Abstract
制备与聚合物结合的橡胶化学品的方法,其特征
是:将橡胶化学品和选加的添加剂细分解在低分子量
的可聚合液体中;引发使发生聚合,也可以加入另一
种与可聚合液体发生反应生成聚合物的组分之后再
引发聚合;和将这样生成的橡胶化学品与聚合物的固
体均匀混合物任选地转化成适宜的使用形式。
Description
本申请所指的橡胶化学品是加入到橡胶化合物中的物质,以使硫化发生、控制硫化过程和影响硫化橡胶的性能。橡胶化学品通常是粉末,因而不易于均匀地掺入橡胶化合物中和通常在处理过程中发生粉尘。因此橡胶化学品常以无粉尘的结合形式加以使用,以避免粉尘,容易掺入和改善化合物的均匀性。
已证明使用橡胶结合形式的橡胶化学品作为母料是特别有利的。适宜的结合剂是EPDM橡胶、乙烯/醋酸乙烯酯共聚物橡胶或它们的混合物。这些常常是丸粒状的母料除橡胶化学品和橡胶外还经常含有增塑剂和分散助剂。
另一类橡胶结合化学品是使用油膏或类似材料作为结合剂,如与二羧酸交联的环氧化三酸甘酯(德国专利申请P3920411)。
为从橡胶化学品、也可以加入的助剂以及聚合粘结剂来制得这些母料,必须在常规的混合设备中(如封闭混合器、挤塑机或辊压机)进行混合和然后将它们转化成可用的适宜形式(如丸粒)。机械混合过程并不能保证完全均匀,尤其是因为橡胶化学品易于再结块。
本发明是基于发现:有可能更容易地制得与聚合物结合的橡胶化学品,而且能耗低、均匀性好,只要在预先已细分散的橡胶化学品存在下制得聚合物。
本发明因此提供一种与聚合物结合的橡胶化学品的制备方法,其特征在于橡胶化学品及可选加的添加物,如增塑剂被细分散于低分子量的可聚合液体中,然后引发聚合(也可以先加入另一组分,之后再引发聚合、这另一组分可与可聚合液体反应生成聚合物),和这样生成的固体,橡胶化学品和聚合物的均匀混合物,也可以再转化成可流注的形式。
与本发明有关的橡胶化学品的例子有硫化加速剂,如二硫化四甲基氨基硫羰(tetramethyl thiuram disulphide)(TMTD),二硫化二苯并噻唑(dibenzothiazyl disulphide)(MTBS),N-环己基-2-苯并噻唑亚磺酰胺(N-Cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazyl sulphenamide)(CBS);苄基二硫代氨基甲酸锌(Zinc benzyl dithiocarbamate)(ZBEC);硫化剂,如硫磺(Sulphur)(S),二硫化双吗啉(dimorpholine disulphide)(DTDM),二硫化己内酰胺(Caprolactam disulphide);活化剂,如氧化锌、氧化镁、氧化铅,以及其它用于橡胶化合物中的添加剂,如阻滞剂、稳定剂、抗氧化剂、填料和加工助剂。
有几种“在现场”形成橡胶化学品粘合剂的可能性。例如,可以把橡胶化学品分散在如苯乙烯的一种液体单体中,可用常规方法如使用催化剂或加热来引发此单体的聚合。为此目的,可使用任何已知的聚合方法,只要聚合是从液体单体开始和得到的聚合物与橡胶相容。
另一种可能性是将橡胶化学品分散在一种液体中,这种液体是一种可聚合体系的一个组分,而这可聚合体系是由至少两种组分组成;和然后加入第二种组分。
上述方式的一个例子是将橡胶化学品分散在环氧化脂肪酸或脂肪酸酯中(如三酸甘油酯)和然后与多元酸,如二羧酸或磷酸或部分酯化的磷酸(phosphoric acid partial ester),反应生成聚合物。这样的体系在现有技术的德国专利申请P3307421和P4231073中有详细介绍。
利用相同的原理,橡胶化学品也可以分散在多醇聚醚/多醇聚酯(polyether polyol/polyester polyol)中,和用多官能团异氰酸酯形成聚合物。这些体系在聚氨酯化学中早已公知。
实例
实例1
在一溶解器中向由40份(重)氧化豆油(Edenol D81,Henkel KGaA)主8份(重量)由硫代羧酸和羧酸酯混合物(Vulkano181,Bayer AG)组成的混合物中加入48份(重量)MBTS(二硫化巯基苯并噻唑,mercapto benzothiazyl disulphide)粉末进行搅拌。
向这样得到的液体混合物中加入5份(重)部分酯化的磷酸(Additin C8/100,Rhein-Cheme)进行搅拌也可以在冷却中加入;10分钟后再加入1份(重)磷酸(85%)。升高混合物的温度至大约55℃。约5分钟后得到聚合的塑性易碎产物,其肖尔硬度(Shore O hardness)50至60。
实例2
使用-溶解器在48份(重)环氧化豆油(环氧化的氧占6.0-6.3%,Edenol D81,Henkel KGaA)中加入50份(重)研细的硫粉进行均匀的搅拌。
在所得到的高粘度混合物中加入、2份(重)磷酸(85%)进行搅拌,也可以在冷却中加入。约5分钟后生成聚合的塑性的易碎产物,其肖尔硬度50至60。
实例3
使用-溶解器在23份(重)蓖麻油(羟基值165)2份(重)多醇(羟基值250,Desmodur TM,Bayer AG)、20份(重)己二酸二辛酯和6份(重)亚甲基双(二苯基)二异氰酸酯的混合物中加入51份(重)MBTS(mercaptobenzothiazyl disulphide)粉末进行搅拌。
当得到均匀的混合物,再加入0.06份(重)二丁锡二乙酸酯。2-4小时后得到聚合的塑性的易碎产物,其肖尔硬度35-45。
Claims (1)
- 制备与聚合物结合的橡胶化学品的方法,其特征在于,将橡胶化学品和选加的添加剂细分散在低分子量的可聚合液体中;引发使发生聚合,也可以加入另一种与可聚合液体发生反应生成聚合物的组分之后再引发聚合;和将这样生成的橡胶化学品与聚合物的固体均匀混合物任选地转化为适宜的使用形式。
