Abstract
本发明涉及一种建筑防腐防水材料,具体涉及一种用于混凝土结构的高分子防腐防水涂料。所述的高分子防腐防水涂料由液料和粉料组成:A组液料:水性环氧树脂、聚三氟氯乙烯树脂、叔碳酸乙烯酯、有机硅树脂、聚硅氧烷、催化剂、消泡剂、分散剂,B组粉料:石墨鳞片、玻璃鳞片、云母鳞片、石英砂、陶瓷原料、高钙粉、无机颜料混合而成,本发明提供一种不但价格低于玻璃钢、聚氨酯、环氧树脂,而且产品附着性强,耐久行好的到防腐防水涂料,又能使施工完成以后的混凝土外表面涂料表面光滑度大副度增加,产品的抗老化性能好,使用更加持久、防腐防水性能更佳优越。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑防腐防水材料,具体说涉及一种用于混凝土结构的高分子防腐防水涂料。
背景技术
现有技术中,防腐涂料大多是玻璃钢、聚氨酯、环氧树脂等溶解型的防腐材料,不旦使用起来不方便,而且价格高,施工时有材料的吸附能力差,尤其是在混凝土结构的外表面施工时,因混凝土结构的外表面粗糙度比较差,吸附能力不好的防腐防水涂很难在混凝土的外表面附着,防腐防水涂料施工完成以后,涂料表面光滑度较差,不能对混凝土形成保护膜,达不到防腐防水的效果、涂料的表面加快老化,产品的耐久性能差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术的不足,提供一种不但价格低于玻璃钢、聚氨酯、环氧树脂,而且产品附着性强,耐久行好的到防腐防水涂料,又能使施工完成以后的混凝土外表面涂料表面光滑度大副度增加,产品的抗老化性能好,使用更加持久、防腐防水性能更佳优越。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的种用于混凝土结构的高分子防腐防水涂料,其原料的组成及重量份数如下:
A组液料
B组粉料
使用时A组和B组混合使用。

高分子防腐防水涂料由液料和粉料的组分比2:1形成一级料:干燥时间(25℃):表干≤2h,实干≤6h;
固含量:≥70%;
粘结强度:≥1.8MPa;
拉伸强度:≥2MPa;
断裂伸长率:≥300%;
不透水性:不透水
硫酸、盐酸:≤20%不起泡、不脱落;
硝酸:≤15%不起泡、不脱落;
氯化钠:≤15%不起泡、不脱落;
氢氧化钠:≤20%不起泡、不脱落;
煤油、汽油、柴油:不起泡、不脱落。

高分子防腐防水涂料由液料和粉料的组分比1.5:1形成二级料:
干燥时间(25℃):表干≤2h,实干≤8h;
固含量:≥70%;
粘结强度:≥1.5MPa;
拉伸强度:≥1.6MPa;
断裂伸长率:≥200%;
不透水性:不透水
硫酸、盐酸:≤10%不起泡、不脱落;
硝酸:≤10%不起泡、不脱落;
氯化钠:≤10%不起泡、不脱落;
氢氧化钠:≤10%不起泡、不脱落;
煤油、汽油、柴油:不起泡、不脱落。

硝酸:≤5%不起泡、不脱落;

氢氧化钠:≤5%不起泡、不脱落;

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于混凝土结构的高分子防腐防水涂料,其特征在于:所述的陶瓷原料选用陶瓷粉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于混凝土结构的高分子防腐防水涂料,其特征在于:所述的无机颜料选用氧化铁颜料。
