Abstract
The invention relates to a centralized control system for railway signal dispatching, which comprises a dispatching center, area controllers and station interlocking equipment, wherein one dispatching center is connected with at least one area controller, and one area controller is connected with at least one trolley station interlocking equipment; the control system can realize the configuration of system functions and equipment according to requirements, meanwhile, an area controller is adopted, and centralized control of one or more station interlocking equipment can be realized through the area controller. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of saving the cost of system equipment and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a railway signal control system, in particular to a railway signal dispatching centralized control system.
Background
At present, centralized control of railway signal equipment is realized by combining a dispatching centralized system (CTC) with a computer interlocking system (CBI) system, computer interlocking (CBI) equipment is arranged at a station to control the station signal equipment, meanwhile, dispatching centralized (CTC system, CTC) equipment is arranged at each computer interlocking station, and dispatching center CTC equipment is additionally arranged and communicated with each station CTC equipment in jurisdiction through a wide area network, so that centralized control of the dispatching center on a plurality of station signal equipment is realized.
The current system requires that each CBI station is provided with a corresponding CTC device to perform a centralized control function on the railway signaling device. The CTC equipment arranged at the station comprises an autonomous machine, a vehicle service terminal, an electric service maintenance machine and the like. Besides centralized control of railway signal equipment, the station CTC equipment can also provide functions of scheduling commands, operation plans, construction maintenance and the like for station operators on duty.
However, in some cases, such as western remote railway lines, many stations are unmanned stations, the functions provided by the current systems are not used by people, in some stations with less busy lines, some stations with simple transportation operations are rarely used by the functions provided by the systems, and with the aid of the systems, the dispatcher can complete the operations of the stations at the center. That is, these stations need only implement the centralized control function, and do not need to implement other functions such as scheduling commands, operation plans, and the like. Although these stations and busy trunk stations are different in demand, they are basically consistent in terms of station equipment configuration, it is obvious that the provision of a complete set of dispatch centralized equipment at these stations is somewhat wasteful, increases construction costs, and the provision of more equipment at stations also means higher maintenance costs.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a centralized control system for railway signal scheduling.
The aim of the invention can be achieved by the following technical scheme:
a centralized control system for railway signal dispatching comprises a dispatching center, area controllers and station interlocking equipment, wherein one dispatching center is connected with at least one area controller, and one area controller is connected with at least one trolley station interlocking equipment;
the control system can realize the configuration of system functions and equipment according to requirements, meanwhile, an area controller is adopted, and centralized control of one or more station interlocking equipment can be realized through the area controller.
Preferably, the station interlocking equipment comprises a computer interlocking host, an operation terminal, an interlocking maintenance platform and station network equipment, wherein the computer interlocking host, the operation terminal and the interlocking maintenance platform are respectively connected with the station network equipment, and the station network equipment is connected with the area controller.
Preferably, the station network device comprises a first station switch and a second station switch with dual hot standby redundancy.
Preferably, the area controller can be simultaneously interlocked with one to a plurality of station computers for communication, so as to acquire station information and send control instructions to stations.
Preferably, the dispatching center comprises a dispatching center operation room, a dispatching center equipment room and a query room, wherein the dispatching center equipment room is respectively connected with the dispatching center operation room and the query room.
Preferably, the dispatching center operation room comprises a plurality of dispatching desks and operation room network equipment, the dispatching desks are respectively connected with the operation room network equipment, the dispatching center equipment room comprises a database server, a communication front-end server, a GPS time service instrument, a system maintenance workstation and equipment room network equipment, the database server, the communication front-end server, the GPS time service instrument and the system maintenance workstation are respectively connected with the equipment room network equipment, the query room comprises a plurality of query terminals and the query room network equipment, the query terminals are respectively connected with the query room network equipment, and the equipment room network equipment is respectively connected with the operation room network equipment, the query room network equipment and the area controller.

The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are some, but not all embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the present invention without making any inventive effort, shall fall within the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1-4, a centralized control system for railway signal dispatching comprises a dispatching center 1, area controllers 2 and station interlocking equipment 3, wherein one dispatching center 1 is connected with at least one area controller 2, and one area controller is connected with at least one trolley station interlocking equipment;
the control system can realize the configuration of system functions and equipment according to requirements, meanwhile, an area controller is adopted, and centralized control of one or more station interlocking equipment can be realized through the area controller.
The station interlocking equipment 3 comprises a computer interlocking host 31, an operation terminal 32, an interlocking maintenance platform 33 and station network equipment 34, wherein the computer interlocking host 31, the operation terminal 32 and the interlocking maintenance platform 33 are respectively connected with the station network equipment 34, and the station network equipment 34 is connected with the area controller 2. The station network device 34 includes a first station switch and a second station switch that are redundant with dual hot standby.
The regional controller can be simultaneously interlocked with one to a plurality of station computers for communication, so as to acquire station information and send control instructions to stations.
The dispatching center 1 comprises a dispatching center operation room 11, a dispatching center equipment room 12 and a query room 13, wherein the dispatching center equipment room 12 is respectively connected with the dispatching center operation room 11 and the query room 13.
The dispatching center operating room 11 comprises a plurality of dispatching desks 111 and operating room network equipment 112, the dispatching desks 111 are respectively connected with the operating room network equipment 112, the dispatching center equipment room 12 comprises a database server 121, a communication front-end server 122, a GPS time service instrument 123, a system maintenance workstation 124 and equipment room network equipment 125, the database server 121, the communication front-end server 122, the GPS time service instrument 123 and the system maintenance workstation 124 are respectively connected with the equipment room network equipment 125, the inquiring room 13 comprises a plurality of inquiring terminals 131 and inquiring room network equipment 132, the inquiring terminals are respectively connected with the inquiring room network equipment, and the equipment room network equipment is respectively connected with the operating room network equipment, the inquiring room network equipment and the area controller.
The equipment room network equipment, the operation room network equipment and the inquiry room network equipment are all double-machine hot standby redundant switches.
The regional controller is arranged in a dispatching center equipment room or a station machine room, if the regional controller is connected with a plurality of station interlocking equipment, the regional controller is arranged in the dispatching center equipment room, and if the regional controller is connected with only one station interlocking equipment, the regional controller is arranged in the station machine room.
The dispatching center realizes centralized control of the administered station signal equipment through the regional controller.
The area controller and the station interlocking equipment support various communication modes, including a serial interface and a network interface, so that the area controller and the station interlocking equipment can realize safe communication;
the area controller is communicated with the dispatching center by adopting network connection.
Fig. 3 is a system information flow chart in which X1, X2, X3 represent control command information, and X4, X5, X6 represent station representation information. In one aspect, a dispatcher operates station signaling devices on a dispatching desk, the control command is sent to an area controller, the area controller sends the command to computer interlocking devices of corresponding stations, and finally the computer interlocking devices control the action of field signaling devices. On the other hand, the station computer interlocking equipment collects station representing information, the representing information is sent to the regional controller, the regional controller forwards the representing information to the dispatching center in real time, and finally the representing information is displayed on the dispatching desk.
Fig. 4 is an example of the system application configuration. Taking a certain overseas signal system project as an example, 20 stations are all provided, and the 20 stations are all simple operation stations with low line driving density. The description is as follows:
(1) Each station of the 20 stations is provided with a set of computer interlocking equipment and network equipment, and the stations adopt a double-network redundancy structure;
(2) And 1 set of regional controller equipment and other dispatching centralized system servers are arranged in the dispatching center machine room.
(3) The station computer interlocking equipment is connected with the dispatching center through the data transmission network based on the optical fiber to communicate with the regional controller.
(4) The regional controller is accessed to a local area network of the dispatching center and is communicated with other servers of the dispatching center.
