Description

PE mulching film
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of PE films, in particular to a PE mulching film.
Background
The PE mulching film has the characteristics of low thickness (10-30 mu m), high yield, low cost and the like, has good temperature rise and entropy preservation performance, can improve the ground temperature, water retention, soil conservation and fertilizer conservation and improve the fertilizer efficiency, and also has multiple functions of weed control, disease and pest prevention, drought and waterlogging prevention, salt suppression and seedling protection, improvement of near-ground photo-thermal conditions, sanitation and cleanness of products and the like. For the seedlings just coming out of the soil, the fertilizer has the effects of protecting roots, promoting growth and the like. The method has strong pertinence and applicability to factors limiting agricultural development such as low temperature, little rain, drought, poor ridge, short frost-free period and the like in the three north area of China, and plays a role in planting two-season rice seedlings and cultivating various crops. The fertilizer is popularized and applied in 31 provincial and municipal municipalities in China, is used for more than 40 crops such as grains, cotton, oil, vegetables, melons and fruits, tobacco, sugar, medicines, hemp, tea, forests and the like, leads the crops to be increased by 30 to 50 percent generally and increased by 40 to 60 percent, and is deeply popular with vast farmers.
At present, in the using and operating process of a common PE mulching film, static electricity is generated on the surface of the film, so that dust is easily accumulated on the surface of the PE mulching film, and the light transmittance and the warming effect of the film are influenced. Secondly, because the condensation of vapor is easy to form water droplets on the surface of the PE mulching film close to the ground surface, the sunlight is reflected, the sunlight transmittance of the mulching film is reduced, and the service performance of the whole mulching film is influenced.
Therefore, it is urgently needed to provide a PE mulching film with high sunlight transmittance and good warming effect.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a PE mulching film with high sunlight transmittance and good warming effect.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a PE mulching film which comprises an outermost layer, a secondary outer layer, a middle layer, a secondary inner layer and an innermost layer which are sequentially arranged, wherein the innermost layer is provided with an anti-dripping agent, and at least the outermost layer in the outermost layer, the secondary outer layer, the middle layer, the secondary inner layer and the innermost layer contains an antistatic agent.
Preferably, the outermost layer comprises, by weight, 5-15% of an antistatic agent, 85-95% of LLDPE and 0-1% of EVA. The EVA, namely the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, has higher weather resistance, anti-fogging performance and warming performance because the EVA contains vinyl acetate monomers, and can improve the antistatic property of the antistatic agent and the light transmittance of the PE mulching film by compounding with the antistatic agent.
Preferably, the antistatic agent is selected from quaternary ammonium cationic antistatic agents or nonionic antistatic agents.
Preferably, the quaternary ammonium salt cationic antistatic agent is selected from the group consisting of hard amidopropyl dimethyl-beta-hydroxyethyl ammonium nitrate or (3-lauramidopropyl) trimethyl ammonium methyl sulfate.
Preferably, the innermost layer comprises 5-15% of the anti-dripping agent and 85-95% of LLDPE.
Preferably, the antidrip agent is selected from one or more of glycerol monooleate, glycerol monoricinoleate, sorbitan monooleate, sorbitan monopalmitate, glycerol monostearate.
Preferably, the secondary outer layer and the secondary inner layer both comprise PE materials, and the density of the PE materials is 0.914-0.920 g/cm3The melt index is 0.8-1.2 g/10 min. Density and melting thereinUnder the fusion index, the toughness of the secondary outer layer and the secondary inner layer is better, and the toughness of the whole PE mulching film can be improved by using the secondary outer layer and the secondary inner layer as a toughness layer.
Preferably, the PE material comprises a density of 0.935 to 0.965g/cm3mPE, and the density of 0.910 to 0.930g/cm3The mLLDPE has a density of 0.948 to 0.965g/cm3The HDPE has a density of 0.910 to 0.930g/cm3A plurality of the LLDPE of (1). After a plurality of PE materials are mixed, the density of the materials of the secondary outer layer and the secondary inner layer is 0.914-0.920 g/cm3
Preferably, the material of the intermediate layer comprises a density of 0.930-0.950 g/cm3The HDPE of (1). At this density, the intermediate layer has high tensile strength, and the strength of the PE mulch film is increased as a tensile strength layer.
Preferably, the sub-outer layer and the intermediate layer further comprise an antistatic agent and a low molecular wax. The low molecular wax helps the migration of the antistatic agent, so that the antistatic agent can be slowly separated out to the outermost layer of the PE mulching film. The molecular weight of the low molecular wax is 1000-5000.
Preferably, the low molecular wax is polyethylene wax.
The polyethylene wax has good fluidity and lubricity, has good compatibility with polyethylene, has the capability of migrating to the surface layer of the film, and can be added into the PE mulching film, so that the antistatic agent can slowly separate out the outermost layer of the PT mulching film, namely the outermost layer, and the PE mulching film can keep the antistatic property for a long time.
Preferably, the antistatic agent content in the intermediate layer < the antistatic agent content in the secondary outer layer < the antistatic agent content in the outermost layer.
Preferably, the content of the low molecular wax is 0.5-2% by weight. The small amount of the low molecular wax can precipitate the antistatic agents of the sub-outer layer and the intermediate layer to the outermost layer, so that the antistatic effect of the outermost layer is stronger and the antistatic effect is maintained for a longer time.
Preferably, the thickness of the outermost layer is 1-10% of the total thickness, and the thickness of the innermost layer is 30-40% of the total thickness. The consumption speed of the antidrip agent in the innermost layer is high, and the thickness of the innermost layer is 30-40% of the total thickness, which is beneficial to prolonging the antidrip time.
Preferably, the ratio of the thicknesses of the secondary outer layer, the intermediate layer and the secondary inner layer is 1:2: 1. In the PE mulching film, the materials and the thicknesses of the secondary outer layer and the secondary inner layer are the same, the secondary outer layer and the secondary inner layer are of absolute symmetrical structures, and the middle layer with larger thickness and high tensile strength is arranged in the middle, so that the PE mulching film has better toughness and tensile strength.
According to the PE mulching film provided by the invention, the outermost layer can prevent the surface of the PE mulching film from adsorbing soil and increase the light transmittance of the mulching film, the innermost layer can prevent one surface of the PE mulching film close to the ground surface from being condensed to form water drops and increase the overall light transmittance of the PE mulching film, and the arrangement of the secondary outer layer, the intermediate layer and the secondary inner layer can enable the PE mulching film to keep better tensile and toughness properties. The PE mulching film provided by the invention has high light transmittance and good warming effect, and is beneficial to increasing the yield and value of plants.

It should be noted that all the components in the examples and comparative examples are in percentage by weight. The PE mulching films prepared in the examples 1-6 and the comparative example 1 are subjected to temperature rise performance, heat preservation performance and light transmittance test, and the test methods are as follows:
temperature-raising performance: mulching was placed on the test field, and the surface temperature was measured at 8 hours, 13 hours, and 18 hours per day.
Thermal insulation performance: and (4) covering a mulching film on the test field, measuring the temperature of 5cm underground every two hours at 6-18 hours, and taking an average value.
Light transmittance: and cutting the mulching film into test samples with the same size, and testing by using a film light transmittance tester.
The test results of the temperature-increasing performance, the heat-insulating performance and the light transmittance of the PE mulching films of the examples 1-6 and the comparative example 1 are shown in the table below.
Figure BDA0001922904040000081
As can be seen from the table, the light transmittance of examples 1 to 6 is higher than that of the comparative example, and it is described that providing the outermost layer containing the antistatic agent and the innermost layer containing the drip inhibitor in the PE mulching film contributes to the improvement of the light transmittance of the entire mulching film. In the temperature increasing effect tests of the examples 1 to 6, the temperature difference between the 13 th time and the 8 th time is larger than that of the comparative example, which shows that the temperature reaching the temperature of the examples is higher than that of the comparative example, and the temperature increasing effect is better than that of the comparative example. In the heat preservation effect tests of examples 1-6, the average temperature value of the test is higher than that of the comparative example, which shows that the arrangement of the outermost layer containing the antistatic agent and the innermost layer containing the anti-dripping agent on the PE mulching film is beneficial to improving the heat preservation effect of the mulching film, and the effect is probably the dual effect that the outermost layer can prevent the soil from being adsorbed on the surface of the mulching film and the innermost layer can prevent the surface of the mulching film close to the surface of the ground from forming water drops.
Compared with the example 3, the light transmittance, the heat preservation effect and the temperature increase effect of the example 4 are better than those of the example 3, probably because the EVA is added into the outermost layer in the example 4, and the EVA contains a vinyl acetate monomer, the coating has higher weather resistance, fog drop prevention and heat preservation performances, and can improve the antistatic property of the antistatic agent and improve the light transmittance, the temperature increase performance and the heat preservation performance of the PE mulching film by compounding with the antistatic agent.
Example 5 compares with example 3, and example 5's transmittance, heat preservation effect and effect of heating are all better than example 3, probably because antistatic agent and polyethylene wax have been added to the time skin layer and the intermediate layer of the PE plastic film in example 5, polyethylene wax and polyethylene have fine compatibility, have the ability that can migrate to the film top layer, polyethylene wax is added to the PE plastic film, makes antistatic agent can slowly precipitate the top layer of PT plastic film, namely outermost layer, thereby makes the PE plastic film can keep long time antistatic property, improves PE plastic film's transmittance, heating performance and heat preservation performance.
The transmittance, the heat-insulating effect and the temperature-increasing effect of example 6 were better than those of examples 4 and 5, probably due to the addition of EVA to the outermost layer and the addition of antistatic agent and polyethylene wax to the next outer layer and the intermediate layer of the PE geomembrane.
