Abstract
The invention discloses a BB oil emulsifier which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3-5 parts of phenol ether phosphate, 6-10 parts of low-foaming surfactant, 7-10 parts of dipropyl dimethyl phenol ether, 26-31 parts of potassium oleate, 17-21 parts of kerosene and 40-60 parts of deionized water, wherein the BB oil emulsifier can completely remove oily stains such as mineral oil and edible oil on the fabric under the specified conditions (the concentration is 0.2%, the temperature is 80 ℃ and the time is 30 minutes) by arranging the components of the phenol ether phosphate, the low-foaming surfactant, the dipropyl dimethyl phenol ether, the potassium oleate, the kerosene and the deionized water.

Potassium oleate: has high emulsifying efficiency, but is easy to form calcium soap when meeting hard water. Can also be used as fiber softening agent.
Kerosene: is easy to dissolve in water, and is especially suitable for continuously keeping defoaming and foam inhibition under the conditions of high temperature, strong acid and alkali, high shearing force and high pressure. Better high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance and no oil floating, and can be widely used for eliminating foams of various severe systems in a wide temperature range.
