The shape and the preparation method of each functional area combination in the tearable multifunctional towel are the same as those in example 2, except that the mixed solution is composed of, by weight, 1.5 parts of lecithin, 2 parts of polysorbate, 0.4 part of silicone emulsion, 0.8 part of palmitic acid, 10 parts of hyaluronic acid, 2 parts of mineral oil, 25 parts of sorbitol, 28 parts of seaweed, 20 parts of fruit acid, 12 parts of sodium citrate, 15 parts of functional additives and 30 parts of deionized water. The functional auxiliary agent comprises 25 parts by weight of plum blossom borneol, ardisia crenata, hydrozincite, tartaric acid, oxalic acid and deionized water: 15: 3: 7: 2: 18.

The functional auxiliary agent comprises 40 parts by weight of plum blossom borneol, ardisia crenata, hydrozincite, tartaric acid, oxalic acid and deionized water: 25: 5: 8: 7: 30.

The combination shape and the preparation method of each functional area in the tearable multifunctional towel are the same as those in embodiment 3, except that one side of the breakable lines along the aligned sidelines of the wet towel and the other partitioned towels is connected with the PE film on the wet towel, so that when the breakable lines are torn along the aligned sidelines of the partitioned towels, the PE film on the outermost layer of the wet towel can be conveniently and rapidly torn off from the wet towel for use.
Examples 1 to 9 were tested according to GB/T22798-2009 test method for depilation rate of towel products, GB/T22799-2009 test method for water absorption of towel products, and GB15981-1995 evaluation method and standard for disinfection and sterilization effects, respectively, and the test results are shown in table 1:

As can be seen from the above table, the tearable multifunctional towel prepared by the invention is not only convenient to carry, but also has various performances superior to national and industrial standards, such as FZ/T62015-2009 antimicrobial towel, GB/T27728-2011 Wet towel and GB15979 hygienic Standard for Disposable sanitary articles.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, which are merely illustrative of the principles of the invention, but that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, which fall within the scope of the invention as claimed. The scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims and equivalents thereof.
Claims (6)
1. A multifunctional towel capable of being torn is characterized in that the towel consists of a dry towel, a wet towel and a breakable line mark; the dry towels are divided into a first dry towel and a second dry towel, the wet towels are divided into a first wet towel and a second wet towel, the first dry towel, the second dry towel, the first wet towel and the second wet towel are connected through breakable lines, and the surface of the wet towels is further covered with a layer of protective film; the wet towel is prepared by the following method: cleaning and drying the non-woven fabric of polyester or pure cotton, and then, obtaining the non-woven fabric with the strength of 300-500J/cm2Irradiating under the ultraviolet light for 60-120 min, weighing and recording the irradiated non-woven fabric, then soaking the non-woven fabric into a mixed solution consisting of lecithin, polysorbate, emulsified silicone oil, palmitic acid, hyaluronic acid, mineral oil, sorbitol, seaweed, fruit acid, sodium citrate, a functional aid and deionized water, taking out and weighing again after soaking for 4-8 h, keeping the non-woven fabric at a certain wet weight, then attaching a layer of protective film, and performing heat sealing treatment on the protective film along the edge line of the wetted non-woven fabric to obtain the wet towel; the functional assistant is plum blossom borneolCinnabar root, hydrozincite, tartaric acid, oxalic acid and deionized water; the wet weight is the mass percentage of the mixed solution in the non-woven fabric in a dry state, and the wet weight is 5-20%; the protective film is a double-layer composite film and consists of an inner layer film attached to the wet towel side and an outer layer film attached to the inner layer film, the inner layer film is a water-soluble film, and the outer layer film is a PE film; the inner layer film is filled with capsules, the capsules are gelatin-coated alkaloid materials, and the mass percentage concentration of the capsules in the water-soluble film is 5-15%.

The tearable multifunctional towel according to claim 1, wherein the mixed solution comprises, by weight, 1 to 5 parts of lecithin, 1.5 to 3 parts of polysorbate, 0.1 to 1 part of silicone emulsion, 0.5 to 2 parts of palmitic acid, 8 to 16 parts of hyaluronic acid, 1 to 5 parts of mineral oil, 22 to 46 parts of sorbitol, 21 to 38 parts of seaweed, 18 to 24 parts of fruit acid, 10 to 18 parts of sodium citrate, 10 to 25 parts of a functional assistant, and 30 to 50 parts of deionized water.
3. The tearable multifunctional towel of claim 1, wherein the functional auxiliary comprises, in parts by weight, 20-50 parts of borneol, ardisia crenata, hydrozincite, tartaric acid, oxalic acid and deionized water: 10-30: 1-10: 5-10: 1-10: 10 to 30.

The tearable multifunctional towel according to claim 1, wherein the breakable mark is composed of a protective layer and a woven layer, the protective layer is a silicone release layer, the woven layer is a plain structure formed by interweaving warp and weft, and the ratio of the tensile strength of the warp to the tensile strength of the weft is 1.7 to 2, wherein the tensile strength of the warp is in the range of 100 to 140MPa, the weft is polyvinyl alcohol fiber, and the warp is polyester fiber.
5. A method for preparing a tearable multifunctional towel according to claim 1, wherein the method for preparing comprises the following steps:
s1: cleaning, drying and disinfecting the first dry towel and the second dry towel, flattening and compressing the first dry towel and the second dry towel, and carrying out corona treatment on the edge line part of the first dry towel and the second dry towel glued with the first wet towel or the second wet towel;
s2: gluing the corona-treated parts of the first dry towel and the second dry towel obtained in the step S1, sequentially arranging and aligning the prepared first wet towel, the second wet towel, the first dry towel and the second dry towel according to different designed functional areas of the tearable towel, and gluing any two towels of the first wet towel, the second wet towel, the first dry towel and the second dry towel through a glue applicator to form the integrated tearable multifunctional towel.
6. The method for preparing the tearable multifunctional towel according to claim 5, wherein the corona power of the corona treatment is 1.0-2.0 KW, and the running speed is 10-50 cm/min.
