Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configuration of the financial information evaluation device shown in FIG. 1 does not constitute a limitation of the financial information evaluation device and may include more or fewer components than shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components.
Based on the hardware structure, the invention provides various embodiments of the method.
Referring to fig. 2, in a first embodiment of the method for evaluating a user location representation of a financial transaction of the present invention, the method includes:
step S10, acquiring base station positioning information and GPS positioning information of the terminal when the user transacts the financial business through the terminal;
it should be noted that the financial transaction referred to in the present embodiment may refer to insurance purchase, loan application, trust product purchase, fund financing product application, and the like.
The financial information evaluation device can obtain the positioning information of the terminal when the financial service is transacted from the terminal used by the user for transacting the financial service. The base station Location technology used by the base station Location information is also called mobile Location Service (LBS-Location Based Service) technology, which obtains the Location information of the terminal through the network of the telecom operator. In this embodiment, the method for obtaining the base station location information by using the terminal may be to invoke a third party interface and obtain the base station location information by using the query service provided by the third party interface, where the base station location information may include information such as a cell code, a base station code, a mobile country code, and a mobile network number. The GPS (Global Positioning System) is generally obtained by autonomous measurement of a GPS module built in the terminal in combination with software, and taking an android terminal as an example, the GPS Positioning information can be obtained through LocationManager.
Step S20, determining cities corresponding to the base station positioning information and the GPS positioning information respectively according to the base station positioning information and the GPS positioning information;
and the GPS positioning is independently used, and the positioning accuracy can reach 10 meters most accurately. The accuracy of the positioning of the base station by using the base station alone is related to the number of base stations near the terminal, and the more the number of the base stations of the accessory is, the higher the measurement accuracy is. The two positioning methods of GPS positioning and base station positioning can determine the city of the terminal when transacting financial business in positioning accuracy.
It should be noted that the principle of base station positioning is that a terminal measures downlink pilot signals of different base stations to obtain arrival times or arrival time differences of downlink pilot signals of different base stations, and calculates the position of the terminal by using a trigonometric formula estimation algorithm according to the arrival times or arrival time differences and coordinates of the base stations. Since the base station positioning itself depends on the base station communication, if the base station positioning is modified, the normal communication of the terminal is hindered, and once the base station positioning is modified by software, the SIM Card (Subscriber identity Module Card) of the terminal may not be communicated or even recovered, so that the risk of modifying the base station positioning is large and the difficulty coefficient is high.
Step S30, judging whether the city corresponding to the base station positioning information is the same as the city corresponding to the GPS positioning information; if not, go to step S40;
the main function of modifying the positioning information when transacting financial business is to participate in marketing activities in other areas, because the marketing activities are mainly defined by the city in which the user is located. After acquiring the base station positioning information and the GPS positioning information, the financial information evaluation equipment can judge whether the cities corresponding to the two different positioning information are the same or not, and accordingly, whether the user is suspected of modifying the terminal positioning or not is determined.
When the city corresponding to the base station positioning information is the same as the city corresponding to the GPS positioning information, the suspicion that the user modifies the terminal positioning is not considered, or the suspicion that the user modifies the terminal positioning is small, and the evaluation parameters in the aspect of the user position portrait can be set as low-risk parameters when the user portrait evaluation is carried out.
Step S40, according to the base station positioning information and the GPS positioning information, determining the distance between the base station positioning position and the GPS positioning position;
when the cities corresponding to the base station positioning information and the GPS positioning information are different, the suspicion that the user modifies the positioning is shown, the base station positioning position can be determined according to the base station positioning information, the GPS positioning position can be determined according to the GPS positioning information, and then the straight-line distance between the base station positioning position and the GPS positioning position can be used as a reference to determine whether the user has the suspicion that the user modifies the positioning.
Step S50, obtaining a location portrait assessment parameter corresponding to the user according to the distance between the base station location position and the GPS location position.
The method for setting the position portrait evaluation parameter can be set according to the actual requirement according to the distance between the base station positioning position and the GPS positioning position, for example, the distance can be divided into a plurality of intervals, and each interval corresponds to one evaluation parameter. The position relation between the city corresponding to the base station positioning information and the city corresponding to the GPS positioning information can be determined, and if the two city positions are adjacent, interval judgment is further carried out by using the distance or the distance is compared with a preset threshold value to obtain a position portrait evaluation parameter; and if the city corresponding to the base station positioning information is not adjacent to the city corresponding to the GPS positioning information, directly setting the position portrait evaluation parameter as a high-risk parameter.
In the embodiment, the city where the user is located is determined by using the GPS positioning information and the base station positioning information of the user terminal, when the city corresponding to the GPS positioning information is different from the city corresponding to the base station positioning information, the suspicion that the positioning position of the user terminal is modified is determined, the distance between the GPS positioning position and the base station positioning position can be further determined according to the GPS positioning information and the base station positioning information, and the user position portrait evaluation parameter is set according to the suspicion, so that a corresponding evaluation parameter label is added to the user position portrait of the financial service. According to the scheme, the user position is determined by combining the GPS positioning information and the base station positioning information, and the base station positioning information is generally difficult to change, so that the description of the position picture is accurate, accurate label reference of the user picture is provided for business approval personnel, the risk of neglecting the user picture in the subsequent business auditing process is prevented, and the risk of financial business is reduced. In addition, when the financial business is popularized, activities with different preferential strengths can be set for users in different regions, if the user participates in a great activity of preferential activities by pulling wool through a tampered address, loss and obstruction are brought to normal operation of a company, the position portrait is comprehensively confirmed through GPS positioning information and base station positioning information, the user with the tampered address can be effectively identified, and the loss and the obstruction brought by the user pulling wool are reduced for the company.
Further, referring to fig. 3, the first embodiment of the method for evaluating a user location image of financial services according to the present invention is a second embodiment of the method for evaluating a user location image of financial services according to the present invention, in this embodiment, the step S50 includes:
step S51, determining whether the distance is greater than a first threshold; if yes, go to step S52; if not, go to step S53;
step S52, setting the position portrait evaluation parameter corresponding to the user as a high risk parameter;
it should be noted that, in the process of comparing the first threshold with the second threshold, it may also be determined whether the distance is smaller than the second threshold, and then, according to the determination result of whether the distance is smaller than the second threshold, it is determined whether the distance is greater than the first threshold, which is not described herein again.
In this embodiment, the distance is divided into three different intervals, which are respectively greater than the first threshold, between the first threshold and the second threshold, and smaller than the second threshold, and each different interval corresponds to a different evaluation parameter level, where the case greater than the first threshold corresponds to the high-risk parameter. When the distance is greater than the first threshold value, the fact that the distance between the GPS positioning position and the base station positioning position is far is shown, the suspicion that the user modifies the positioning position is large, the financial information evaluation equipment sets the position portrait evaluation parameter as a high-risk parameter, and the evaluation parameter of the user position portrait is set as the high-risk parameter, so that an approver can pay attention to the aspect in the service approval process, and the risk of financial services is reduced.
Step S53, determining whether the distance is smaller than a second threshold, wherein the second threshold is smaller than the first threshold; if yes, go to step S54; if not, go to step S55;
step S54, setting the position portrait assessment parameter corresponding to the user as a low risk parameter;
if the distance is less than or equal to a first threshold, then further determining if the distance is less than a second threshold, wherein the first threshold is greater than the second threshold. If the distance is smaller than the second threshold, it indicates that the GPS positioning location is closer to the base station positioning location itself, and it may be that the user is located in a nearby location where two cities intersect, so that the situation that the city corresponding to the GPS positioning information is different from the city corresponding to the base station positioning information occurs, and it can be concluded that the suspicion of the user in modifying the positioning location is small, and the location portrait assessment parameter can be set as a low-risk parameter.
And step S55, setting the position portrait evaluation parameter corresponding to the user as a middle risk parameter.
If the distance is between the first threshold and the second threshold, the evaluation parameter is between the low-risk parameter and the high-risk parameter, and the corresponding position portrait evaluation parameter can be set as the middle-risk parameter. According to the scheme, the distance between the GPS positioning position and the base station positioning position is divided into sections by setting the first threshold value and the second threshold value, so that the corresponding position portrait evaluation parameter is obtained, the distances between different GPS positioning positions and the base station positioning positions are effectively divided, the position portrait description is accurate, an approver can ask for review according to the different position portrait evaluation parameters, and the financial business risk is effectively reduced.
The first threshold and the second threshold may be set in advance, or may be statistically corrected based on the continuous setting of the position figure evaluation parameter. The first threshold and the second threshold may also be related to the region where the user is located, for example, for a region with a small urban area in the middle region, a series of first thresholds and second thresholds may be set, and for a region with a large urban area in the coastal region or a sparsely distributed urban area in the western region, another series of first thresholds and second thresholds may be set.
It can be understood that, because the base station positioning information is hard to modify, the longest distance value from the center point of the city where the base station positioning location is located to the city edge boundary may be used as the first threshold, and the shortest distance value of the city edge boundary may be used as the second threshold, which helps to perform effective reference and comparison to determine the level condition of the location portrait evaluation parameter, thereby indirectly improving the accuracy of location portrait description.
Further, referring to fig. 4, a second embodiment of the method for evaluating a user location image based on a financial transaction of the present invention provides a third embodiment of the method for evaluating a user location image of a financial transaction of the present invention, wherein the step S55 includes:
step S551, acquiring all IP analytic addresses of the terminal within preset historical time;
the IP (Internet Protocol) address resolution is obtained by using the province, the city where the user is located, and the city in the telecom carrier (or province and city) as the IP address resolution after the IP address resolution. For example, the resolution information obtained after the IP address resolution includes "guangdong province", "shenzhen city", and "china telecom", and "guangdong province shenzhen city" can be used as the IP resolution address of the terminal. The preset historical time refers to a certain period of time before the financial service is approved or before the financial service of the user is applied.
It should be further noted that, the method for acquiring the IP resolution address within the preset historical time may be obtained by requesting, by the application program, the terminal to acquire the corresponding right.
Step S552, determining whether there is an IP address that exceeds a preset ratio and is the same as a city corresponding to the base station positioning information or the GPS positioning information among all IP addresses; if yes, go to step S553;
and step S553, setting the position portrait evaluation parameter corresponding to the user as a middle risk parameter.
In the embodiment, an IP resolution address is introduced, and by comparing the IP resolution address with a city corresponding to the GPS positioning information or a city corresponding to the base station positioning information, when the IP address with a certain preset proportion in the preset historical time is the same as the city corresponding to the GPS positioning information or the city corresponding to the base station positioning information, it can be determined that although the user has a certain unreasonable location, it may be based on objective factors such as inaccurate location, it is contemplated that the user's corresponding location representation evaluation parameter may be set to be intermediate between the low risk parameter and the high risk parameter, the position portrait evaluation parameter of the user is confirmed to be the medium-risk parameter more accurately than the second embodiment, and accuracy of the position portrait is improved.
Further, in other embodiments, when the determination result of the step S552 is "no", the following steps may also be performed:
acquiring the identity information of the user, and inquiring the travel record of the user in the preset historical time according to the identity information of the user;
screening all IP analytic addresses according to the travel record of the user in the preset historical time;
judging whether IP analytic addresses which exceed a preset proportion and are the same as the IP analytic addresses of the cities corresponding to the base station positioning information or the GPS positioning information exist in all the screened IP analytic addresses;
when IP analytic addresses which exceed a preset proportion and are the same as the IP analytic addresses of the cities corresponding to the base station positioning information or the GPS positioning information exist in all screened IP analytic addresses, setting the position portrait evaluation parameters corresponding to the users as middle-risk parameters;
and when the IP analytic addresses which exceed the preset proportion and are the same as the IP analytic addresses of the cities corresponding to the base station positioning information or the GPS positioning information do not exist in all the screened IP analytic addresses, setting the position portrait evaluation parameter corresponding to the user as a high-risk parameter.
The travel record in the user preset historical time can comprise an air journey record, a train taking record, a long distance bus taking record, a record of public transportation means such as a ship taking record and the like.
The step of screening out the IP resolution address may be to compare the inquired travel record with the position of the current IP resolution address according to the recording time corresponding to the IP resolution address, screen out an IP resolution address where the user is not in a city corresponding to the base station positioning information or a city corresponding to the GPS positioning information within a preset historical time, but the actual travel corresponds to the position of the IP resolution address, and then compare all the screened out IP resolution addresses with the city corresponding to the GPS positioning information or the city corresponding to the base station positioning information again after the screening out is completed.
For example, the user a is going on business and Shanghai in a certain historical time period, but the financial service application is carried out in Shenzhen's home during vacation, and the city corresponding to the GPS positioning information is different from the city corresponding to the base station positioning information, and the financial information evaluation device can screen out the time period of the user a going on business and Shanghai in the trip record and the record of the user IP analytic address in Shanghai in the time period, and compare and judge the user a going on business and Shanghai with the remaining IP analytic addresses after the screening.
By screening out the IP analytic addresses, accidental similar situations such as long-term business trip of a user but financial business application in a business trip are eliminated, and the screened-out IP analytic addresses are reused to judge the position portrait evaluation parameters after all the IP analytic addresses are screened out, so that the position portrait evaluation parameters are corrected, and the accuracy of position portrait description is improved.
Further, referring to fig. 5, a fourth embodiment of the method for evaluating a user location portrait of a financial service according to the present invention is provided based on the second embodiment of the method for evaluating a user location portrait of a financial service according to the present invention, and in this embodiment, after step S50, the method further includes:
step S60, determining whether the GPS positioning information of the terminal is modified through a Software Development Kit (SDK);
the SDK (Software Development Kit) is generally a set of Development tools used by Software engineers to build application programs for specific Software packages, Software frameworks, operating systems, and hardware platforms, and can register an observer through the SDK to monitor whether a state value of the GPS in the database changes, and if so, determine that GPS information is modified. It is understood that when it is determined by the SDK that the GPS positioning information of the terminal is not modified, no operation may be performed.
It should be noted that the scheme is applicable to IOS system (mobile operating system of apple) terminals that have acquired system authority and other terminals that are not IOS systems, such as android terminals.
And step S70, when the GPS positioning information of the terminal is determined to be modified through the SDK and the position portrait evaluation parameter is a medium-risk parameter or a low-risk parameter, the position portrait evaluation parameter is modified into a high-risk parameter.
If the SDK monitors that the GPS positioning information of the user terminal is modified, the user positioning position is determined to be modified, and the user position portrait evaluation parameter can be modified, namely when the position portrait evaluation parameter is a medium-risk parameter or a low-risk parameter, the position portrait evaluation parameter is modified into a high-risk parameter. The SDK monitoring is used for correcting the result of the position image evaluation parameter, so that the accuracy of the position image description is improved.
Further, referring to fig. 6, a fifth embodiment of the method for evaluating a user location image of a financial service according to the present invention is provided based on the second embodiment of the method for evaluating a user location image of a financial service according to the present invention, and in this embodiment, after step S50, the method further includes:
step S80, obtaining the application program list of the terminal, and determining whether the application program list includes the application program with the function of modifying the GPS positioning information;
the financial information evaluation device may acquire in advance a list of applications that can modify the GPS positioning information, then acquire the list of applications of the terminal from the terminal, and compare the list of applications of the terminal with a previously prepared list of applications that can modify the GPS positioning information.
The application program list may be a list of installed application programs of the terminal, or may be a list obtained by adding a list of installed application programs and an uninstalled application program.
Step S90, when the application program list includes the application program with the function of modifying the GPS positioning information and the position portrait evaluation parameter is the medium-risk parameter or the low-risk parameter, the position portrait evaluation parameter is modified to be the high-risk parameter.
If the financial information evaluation equipment finds that the application program list of the terminal comprises the application program capable of modifying the GPS positioning function, the user is considered to modify the GPS positioning information in the evaluation mechanism, and the user can be modified into a high-risk parameter when the position portrait evaluation parameter is a medium-risk parameter or a low-risk parameter. The method has the advantages that the result of the position picture evaluation parameter is corrected by obtaining the application program list for comparison, so that the accuracy of the position picture description is improved, and a correction method universally applicable to all system terminals is provided, wherein the correction method comprises an IOS terminal without system permission.
It is understood that when the application program list does not include the application program having the function of modifying the GPS positioning information, the operation may not be performed. The scheme of comparing the application program list can be combined with the scheme of detecting whether the GPS positioning information is modified or not by using the SDK, so that the accuracy of position portrait evaluation is improved.
