Description

Adjustable optical auto-collimator
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of optical instruments, and more particularly to an adjustable optical autocollimator.
Background
An autocollimator, also called an "autocollimator" or "optical flatness inspection" is a measuring instrument that converts angular measurements into linear measurements using the principle of autocollimation of light. The device is widely used for measuring small angles, flatness of a flat plate, flatness and parallelism of a guide rail and the like. Mainly comprises an optical autocollimator, a photoelectric autocollimator, a laser collimator and the like.
In the existing optical products, especially optical collimator products, various optical lenses including prisms are required, and the positions and angles of the prisms or other lenses used are generally very strict. In practical applications, most products improve positioning accuracy by improving machining accuracy and assembly accuracy, that is, the optical lens is directly fixed on the lens barrel, so that too high requirements are set for machining accuracy and assembly accuracy. In almost all cases, corresponding errors are inevitably generated in the process of machining, assembling and the like, and in such cases, the lenses assembled according to the normal process are difficult to meet the use requirements.
In order to solve the assembly problem caused by the processing problem, part of products adopt an adjustable technology, namely the processing precision requirement is reduced, and the device meets the requirement through the later assembly adjustment. In the prior art, the prism assembly is generally directly fixed on the lens barrel to adjust other lenses, and the structure is often that the assembly is separated, and each adjusting part is independent from each other. Therefore, more assemblies are caused, the assembly parts have preparation tolerance, the accumulated tolerance of the assembled parts is larger, the accurate positioning of the lens is not facilitated, multiple times of debugging are needed, the installation and adjustment process is needed to be completed in two parts, and the installation or debugging efficiency is lower.
