Abstract

本发明公开了一种分动箱,包括输入轴、齿轮、传动机构、同步器、前输出轴、后输出轴、离合器和差速器。本发明中齿轮有五个,传动机构有两个。差速器一端通过离合器与前输出轴连接,另一端直接与后输出轴连接。离合器为牙嵌式,可使前后输出轴既能实现差速,又能实现扭矩1:1的分配。本发明的分动箱质量轻,具有行车切换高低挡功能,能与自动变速器配套使用,也能作为一个传动系统单独使用。

本发明涉及机械传动领域,具体涉及一种分动箱。
背景技术
军用轻型越野车、中型越野车、防雷车和防爆车等正处于更新换代阶段,整车要求从原来的手动挡升级为自动挡,对分时或全时驱动越野车的要求越来越高,在动力方面不仅要求其速度快,而且越野性能也必须强。
国内整车厂为了减轻整车重量,提升整车性能及操作方便性,需要一款质量轻、具有行车切换高低挡功能且能与自动变速器直接对接的分动箱,而国外对此类分动箱进行了限购。
为了打破国外限制、满足市场需求,就需要设计出机构合理、结构紧凑,具有行车切换高低挡功能的分动箱。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种分动箱,质量轻,具有行车切换高低挡功能,能与自动变速器配套使用,也能作为一个传动系统单独使用。
本发明通过以下技术方案得以实现。
一种分动箱,包括输入轴、齿轮、传动机构、同步器、前输出轴、后输出轴、离合器和差速器;
所述齿轮有五个,分别为第一齿轮C1、第二齿轮C2、第三齿轮C3、第四齿轮C4、第五齿轮C5;
所述传动机构有两个,分别为第一传动构件和第二传动构件。
所述第一传动构件两端分别连接第二齿轮C2和第四齿轮C4;
所述同步器与第一齿轮C1或第五齿轮C5连接,并通过第二传动构件与输入轴连接;
所述差速器与第二齿轮C2为一体,一端与离合器连接,另一端与后输出轴连接;
所述第一齿轮C1和第二齿轮C2啮合传动,第二齿轮C2和第三齿轮C3啮合传动,第五齿轮C5和第四齿轮C4啮合传动。
所述离合器为牙嵌式,通过啮合方式分别与前输出轴和差速器连接。
本发明的分动箱采用同步器换挡,能够在行车过程中进行高低挡的切换;在分动箱前后输出端设计带有牙嵌式离合器的差速器,使前后输出轴既能实现差速,又能实现扭矩1:1的分配;本发明的分动箱质量轻,能与自动变速器配套使用,也能作为一个传动系统单独使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体的实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1所示的一种分动箱,输入轴1通过花键套与自动变速器的输出端连接,前输出轴2和后输出轴3通过法兰与传动轴连接。
同步器6向左接合,与第一齿轮C1连接,实现高速挡;同步器6向右接合,与第五齿轮C5连接,实现低速挡。
离合器7不接合,差速器8工作,前输出轴2和后输出轴3实现差速;离合器7接合,差速器8与传动轴整体旋转,实现扭矩1:1的分配。
实现的高、低挡速比如下:
高挡速比 低挡速比
1:0.9 1:1.7
高速挡,扭矩由输入轴1输入,通过第二传动构件5传递给同步器6,同步器7向左接合,动力传递给第一齿轮C1,第一齿轮C1和第二齿轮C2啮合,第二齿轮C2和第三齿轮C3啮合,扭矩传递到差速器8,最后经由前输出轴2和后输出轴3传递出去。
低速挡,扭矩由输入轴1输入,通过第二传动构件5传递给同步器6,同步器7向右接合,动力传递给第五齿轮C5,第五齿轮C5和第四齿轮C4啮合,扭矩通过第一传动构件4传递给第二齿轮C2,第二齿轮C2和第三齿轮C3啮合,扭矩传递到差速器8,最后经由前输出轴2和后输出轴3传递出去。

1.一种分动箱,包括输入轴(1)、齿轮、传动机构、同步器(6)、前输出轴(2)、后输出轴(3)、离合器(7)和差速器(8),其特征在于:
所述齿轮有五个,分别为第一齿轮(C1)、第二齿轮(C2)、第三齿轮(C3)、第四齿轮(C4)、第五齿轮(C5);
所述传动机构有两个,分别为第一传动构件(4)和第二传动构件(5);
所述第一齿轮(C1)和第二齿轮(C2)啮合传动,第二齿轮(C2)和第三齿轮(C3)啮合传动,第五齿轮(C5)和第四齿轮(C4)啮合传动;
所述第一传动构件(4)两端分别连接第二齿轮(C2)和第四齿轮(C4);
所述同步器(6)与第一齿轮(C1)或第五齿轮(C5)连接,并通过第二传动构件(5)与输入轴(1)连接;
所述差速器(8)与第二齿轮(C2)为一体,一端与离合器(7)连接,另一端与后输出轴(3)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种分动箱,其特征在于:所述离合器(7)为牙嵌式,通过啮合方式分别与前输出轴(2)和差速器(8)连接。
