Therefore, all substances which can clamp the conveying screw are removed in advance by the screening screw in a way of clamping one branch of the screening screw; because the material that can block the conveying screw appears the frequency not high in operation, also can not appear screening spiral all branch road simultaneously by the condition of blocking to can guarantee the whole continuous operation of system.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of solid waste recycling treatment, in particular to an anti-seizing conveying device and a rotating bed for household garbage pyrolytic carbon.
Background
With the development of social economy and the improvement of living standard of residents, the yield of the household garbage is increased year by year, and the treatment of the household garbage becomes one of important environmental problems.
In a common harmless treatment mode of household garbage, composting is more suitable for treating kitchen garbage, landfill needs to occupy a large amount of land, and incineration cannot always get rid of the problem of dioxin pollution.
Pyrolytic carbon is used as an important product of household garbage pyrolysis, and is generally conveyed through multi-stage spiral to achieve a sealing effect. Because the pretreatment link of the household garbage cannot remove substances (such as metal wires) which are easy to block the spiral by 100 percent, the substances remain in the pyrolytic carbon, and equipment failure and production shutdown can be caused. From the field operation condition, the occurrence rate of the fault is about once in two days, the removal time is about 1h, and the continuous production is greatly influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention aims to solve at least one of the technical problems existing in the prior art. To this end, an object of the present invention is to propose an anti-seize conveying device for pyrolytic carbon of household garbage, which can ensure the conveying efficiency of pyrolytic carbon.
The invention further provides a rotating bed.
The anti-seize conveying device for household garbage pyrolytic carbon according to the invention comprises: the screening spiral components are connected with the conveying spiral components in parallel, each screening spiral component comprises a screening spiral and is selectively opened and closed, each conveying spiral component comprises a conveying spiral, and the inner diameter of each screening spiral is smaller than that of each conveying spiral.

In some examples of the invention, each of the screening screw assemblies further comprises a control valve in series with the inlet or outlet of the screening screw.
In some examples of the invention, the control valve is two and is connected in series with the inlet and outlet of the sieving screw, respectively.
In some examples of the invention, the screening screw assemblies are 2-5.
In some examples of the invention, the anti-seize delivery device further comprises: and a stall detector for detecting whether a plurality of the sieving spirals stall.
In some examples of the invention, the anti-seize delivery device further comprises: and the alarm is electrically connected with the stall detector to alarm after receiving a stall signal.
In some examples of the invention, the stall detectors are multiple and in one-to-one correspondence with multiple screening spirals.

Detailed Description
An anti-seize conveyor 10 for pyrolytic carbon of household garbage according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1, the anti-seize conveyor 10 being provided at an outlet hopper 20 of a rotary bed.
As shown in fig. 1, an anti-seize conveyor 10 for pyrolytic carbon of household garbage according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: a plurality of screening screw assemblies 1 and a conveying screw assembly 2, the plurality of screening screw assemblies 1 are connected with the conveying screw assembly 2, and the plurality of screening screw assemblies 1 are arranged in parallel, each screening screw assembly 1 comprises a screening screw 11, and the screening screws 11 are selectively opened and closed. It will be appreciated that when a screening screw 11 in one of the screening screw assemblies 1 is stuck, the screening screw 11 may be stopped, i.e. in a closed state, while the other screening screws 11 connected in parallel thereto are adapted to be increased in charge of continuing the operation, and then the stopped screening screw 11 is cleaned, after which the operation may be continued. During this process, the entire transport process of the pyrolytic carbon is still in progress.
The conveyor screw assembly 2 comprises a conveyor screw 21, the inner diameter of the sieving screw 11 being smaller than the inner diameter of the conveyor screw 21. The inside diameter of the sieving screw 11 may be slightly smaller than the inside diameter of the conveying screw 21 according to practical circumstances. Therefore, all substances which can clamp the conveying screw 21 are removed in advance by the screening screw 11 in a way of clamping one branch of the screening screw 11; because the material that can block the conveying screw 21 appears the frequency not high in operation, also can not appear screening spiral 11 all branch road simultaneously by the dead condition of card to the parallel structure of screening spiral 11 can guarantee the whole continuous operation of system.
According to an alternative embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, each sieving screw assembly 1 further comprises a control valve 12, the control valve 12 being connected in series to the inlet or outlet of the sieving screw 11. It will be appreciated that the provision of the control valve 12 allows to close its corresponding inlet and outlet after the shut down of the sieving screw 11, thus avoiding the material from continuing into the interior thereof, but rather forcing the material into the other still working sieving screw assemblies 1, thus facilitating the cleaning of the sieving screw assemblies 1 and ensuring the continuous operation of the anti-seize conveyor 10.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, there are two control valves 12, and the two control valves 12 are connected in series to the inlet and outlet of the sieving screw 11, respectively. Therefore, after the sieving screw 11 stops rotating, the two control valves 12 at the inlet and the outlet are simultaneously closed, and then the sieving screw 11 is cleaned, so that the cleaning can be better performed, the cleaning efficiency can be improved, and the continuous operation of the anti-jamming conveying device 10 can be ensured.
Preferably, the number of screening screw assemblies 1 is 2-5. The number of the screening screw assemblies 1 of 2-5 is proper, so that the continuous operation of the anti-jamming conveying device 10 can be effectively ensured, and the structural simplicity of the anti-jamming conveying device 10 can be ensured.
Further, the anti-seize conveying apparatus 10 further includes: a stall detector for detecting whether the plurality of sieving spirals 11 stall. The stall detector may signal the detection of stalling of the sieving screw 11 and the anti-seize conveyor 10 closes the control valve 12 of the stalled sieving screw 11 and cleans the sieving screw 11. Through setting up stall detector, can effectively detect the screening spiral 11 of stall to can guarantee the continuous operation of anti-sticking dead conveyor 10, can avoid all blocking dead stall of a plurality of screening spiral components 1 in the anti-sticking dead conveyor 10.

As shown in fig. 1, the conveying screw assembly 2 includes a plurality of conveying screws 21 connected in series, or, the conveying screw assembly 2 includes a plurality of conveying screws 21, the conveying screw 21 of the previous stage can convey the substance to the conveying screw 21 of the next stage, and the plurality of conveying screws 21 thus arranged can convey the pyrolytic carbon more efficiently. Specifically, the number of the conveying screws 21 is 2 to 4.
The rotating bed according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the anti-seize conveying device 10 of the pyrolysis char of the household garbage for use of the above-described embodiment.
A specific example is given below.
Taking the rotary bed anaerobic pyrolysis of household garbage in certain market as an example, the composition and mass (t/d) of the garbage entering the furnace are shown in table 1, and the size is less than 50mm.

The output of pyrolytic carbon is about 173t/d, and the conveying screw conveying capacity is 7.2t/h. The screening screw 11 uses a 3-branch structure, the maximum conveying capacity of a single branch is 4t/h, and the normal working conveying capacity is 2.4t/h.
