In brief, the rear mold 30 plays a role in forming the structure of the product and ejecting the product after forming; the front mold 31 of the mold plays a role in forming the front structure of the product to form the appearance surface of the surface A of the product; the rear mold 30 and the front mold 31 are completely matched and sealed to form a closed cavity space through parting surfaces, and the theoretical matching clearance between the rear mold 30 and the front mold 31 is zero clearance. As shown in fig. 11 of the rear bumper rear mold, the bottom plate 33 plays a role in bearing and fixing a mold core, an ejector plate, an ejector pin, a hot runner, a guide post and a large inclined top on the rear mold; the big cap 34 plays the roles of simulating the structural profile of the back surface of the product and ejecting the product; the large inclined tops 35 are symmetrically distributed left and right, so that the function of disassembling the back side structure of the product is achieved, and the function of ejecting the product after the product is molded is achieved; the guide post 36 plays a role in guiding the whole rear mould into the mould core along the guide rail of the front mould and completely inosculating with the mould core without deviation; the ejector plate 37 functions to fix all the ejector pins and ejector blocks of the rear mold. The ejector plate 37 is fixed on the bottom plate 33, the large cap 34 and the large inclined top 35 are adjacently matched to form a complete product back structural profile, the product back structural profile is connected to the ejector plate 37 through an ejector pin or an ejector rod, and the guide post 36 is fixed on the core base.
Rear bumper front mold as shown in fig. 12, the front mold bottom plate 38 is used for carrying the cavity, the cooling system and other parts; the front mold cavity 39 functions as the appearance surface structure of the A surface of the molded product; the front mold guiding groove 40, i.e., the guiding rail, serves to guide the rear bumper mold to a defined position along a correct track as shown in fig. 11, and serves to guide and position the rear bumper mold, the front mold guiding groove 40 is located on the side wall of the front mold cavity 39, the front mold cavity 39 is located on the front mold base plate 38, and the front mold base plate 38, the front mold cavity 39, the front mold guiding groove 40 and other components finally form the whole front mold module of the rear bumper mold.
According to the process requirements, the bottom plate 33 plays a role in bearing and fixing a mold core, an ejector plate, an ejector pin, a hot runner, a guide post and a large inclined top on the rear mold; the big cap 34 plays the roles of simulating the structural profile of the back surface of the product and ejecting the product; the large inclined tops 35 are distributed in a left-right symmetrical mode as shown in figure 11, play a role in disassembling the back side structure of a product and play a role in ejecting the product after the product is formed; the guide post 36 plays a role in guiding the whole rear mould into the mould core along the guide rail of the front mould and completely inosculating with the mould core without deviation; the ejector plate 37 functions to fix all the ejector pins and ejector blocks of the rear mold.
