The smoothness of the surface of the cavity 10 of the processing mold corresponding to the third region c is up to a level of a1 after being subjected to a high light treatment. Specifically, the highlight treatment to a mirror surface a1 level is equivalent to a 8000# sandpaper level.
In one embodiment, the processing mold is divided into a cavity 10 and a core 11, the cavity 10 and the core 11 form an injection molding cavity of the air inlet grille, and the side wall draft angles alpha of the cavity 10 and the core 11 are both larger than or equal to 7 degrees; the die cavity 10 and the die core 11 are made of alloy steel, the Cr content in the alloy steel is 1.35%, the NI content is 1.0%, and the factory hardness of the alloy steel is 38HRC-42 HRC.
The application of the processing die requires that the content of internal elements of steel, particularly the content of Cr, NI and the like, needs to reach a certain standard, and meanwhile, the die needs to have high temperature resistance to meet the production environment in a high-temperature state. In order to meet the requirements of chemical textures and laser textures, steel adopted by the processing mold needs to have good processing performance, so that three appearance models need to be met simultaneously for products with three appearance models and the selection of steel of the injection mold. The die steel material for processing the die selects German imported Gelitz XPM-ESR steel material, the content of Cr in the die steel material is 1.35 percent, the content of NI in the die steel material is 1.0 percent, the outgoing hardness of the steel material is 38HRC-42HRC, and the die steel material is electroslag remelting die steel material.
As shown in FIG. 4, in one embodiment, the cavity 10 and the core 11 form an injection cavity corresponding to the transverse grid decorative strip 2, the groove height-to-width ratio h/d is less than or equal to 1:1, and the rib groove root width d corresponding to the transverse grid decorative strip 2 is greater than or equal to 20 mm; and the distance e between the openings of the air inlet grids corresponding to two adjacent transverse grid decorative strips 2 is more than or equal to 30 mm.
Specifically, considering factors such as production demoulding and cooling water channel arrangement at the later stage of the air inlet grille, the second area is a chemical fine texture surface, and the third area is a high-brightness surface, so that after the air inlet grille is subjected to injection molding at the later stage, the air inlet grille cannot be stuck to the side of a cavity and cannot be taken, the side wall drawing angles alpha of the second area and the third area of a product are strictly limited, alpha is required to be more than or equal to 7 degrees, the height-to-width ratio h/d of the V-shaped groove of the middle transverse grille decorative strip and the size of the opening width of an air inlet grid are limited, the height-to-width ratio h/d of the V-shaped groove of the transverse grille decorative strip is required to be less than or equal to 1, the bottom width d is more than or equal to 20mm, the opening width e of the transverse grille decorative strip is more than or equal to 30mm, otherwise, and the cavity of a processing mold is not convenient for arranging an effective cooling water channel.
A schematic cross-sectional view of the working mold corresponding to fig. 4 is shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 reflecting a portion of the water path within the mold cavity 10.
In one embodiment, the three groups of independent water paths are respectively connected with three mold temperature machines, and the water supply temperatures of the three mold temperature machines are different. The water path and the water temperature are controlled in a partition mode in the structural design of the mold, when injection molding is carried out, the water paths controlled in the three partition modes are respectively connected with the mold temperature controllers which are not communicated, the three mold temperature controllers can provide different water temperatures according to actual production requirements, the temperatures of different areas of the cavity 10 are adjusted in a differentiated mode, areas with different appearance molding definition requirements on the processing mold can be processed, different temperatures can be obtained, and then air inlet grille products meeting the three appearance moldings can be produced.
The water temperature of the cooling water in the first group of independent water paths and the second group of independent water paths is 60-80 ℃; the water temperature of the cooling water in the third group of independent water paths is 85-90 ℃. The water temperature of the cooling water of the chemical texture and the laser texture is basically the same, but three groups of water paths are controlled in a partition mode instead of two groups of water paths, so that the window for adjusting the injection molding production process is wider, when the laser texture and the chemical texture have certain quality difference or defects, three groups of different water paths can be used for respectively carrying out fine injection molding parameter adjustment, and the adjusted window is wider. For example, the waterway water temperature corresponding to the laser texture is maintained at 65 ℃, while the waterway water temperature of the chemical texture is maintained at 80 ℃.
Further, the processing mold is provided with a boundary line corresponding to the surfaces of the cavity 10 of the first and second regions. In order to better realize the laser texture and chemical texture effects, a boundary line is formed at the boundary between the chemical texture region and the laser texture region on the surface of the cavity 10 of the processing mold. The boundary line is used as the boundary line of the chemical texture and the laser texture, and if the boundary line does not exist, texture etching over-boundary is easily generated in the texture corrosion process, so that the texture is irregular, and the satisfactory texture effect cannot be achieved.
The application also discloses a preparation method of the air inlet grille based on the processing mould, which comprises the following steps:
carrying out corresponding appearance modeling process treatment on the surface of the cavity 10 of the processing mold corresponding to the various appearance modeling areas;
starting injection molding of the air inlet grille, and simultaneously respectively inputting cooling water with the water temperature suitable for the corresponding appearance molding process into each group of independent water paths;
and (4) finishing the integral injection molding of the air inlet grille, and demolding to obtain the air inlet grille.
The processing mold requires that the air inlet grille to be injection molded has various appearance shapes, and the surfaces of cavities 10 of the processing mold corresponding to various appearance shape areas are all processed by corresponding appearance shape processes; for example, the first region of the air intake grille is required to be provided with the laser texture, that is, the surface of the cavity 10 of the processing mold corresponding to the first region is subjected to laser texture processing so as to facilitate later injection molding, so that the first region of the air intake grille is provided with the laser texture; the key point is that a group of independent water paths are arranged in the cavity 10 of the processing mold corresponding to each appearance molding area, the water temperature of cooling water flowing through each group of independent water paths is suitable for the corresponding appearance molding process, the water temperature is controlled in a partitioning mode, the mold temperature is adjusted in a differentiated mode, the surface of the cavity corresponds to the areas with different appearance moldings, different temperatures are obtained, and then the air inlet grille meeting various appearance moldings is produced.
The processing mold can perform one-time injection molding on the air inlet grille, and the molded air inlet grille has various appearance models; the air inlet grille produced by the processing mold does not need to be assembled after being produced by injection molding respectively, and the traditional three parts (the air inlet grille body 1, the carbon fiber membrane 3 and the transverse grille decoration strip 2) are changed into one-step injection molding, compared with the traditional processing mode of the air inlet grille with multiple appearance shapes, the processing mold integrates multiple appearance shapes realized on multiple sets of molds to one set of mold through the zone control of water temperature, so that the cost of investment in the mold is reduced, and the cost of the mold is greatly saved; for the model designer, the boundary limitation of the model is broken through, for the product designer, the product design scheme is optimized, the parts do not need to be disassembled, a plurality of groups of parts are designed, the assembly relation among the parts is considered, and the workload of the designer is reduced.
According to the processing die, for the air inlet grille with three appearance shapes, specifically, the air inlet grille body has two appearance shapes, namely a first area with laser texture and a second area with chemical texture; the transverse grid decorative strip has an appearance shape and is a third area of high-gloss injection molding; in order to realize the laser carbon fiber texture of the first area, the final three-appearance-shaped air inlet grille can be obtained by pasting the carbon fiber membrane and assembling the 3 middle transverse grille decoration strips with the air inlet grille body, so that the material cost and the working hour cost for pasting the carbon fiber membrane are increased; the processing mold can be used for injection molding of the air inlet grille with three appearance shapes at one time, greatly reduces the production cost and further reduces the cost of the whole automobile.
Compared with the multi-part assembling form of the traditional processing method, the processing die does not need transferring and assembling among working procedures, and does not bring poor secondary quality of products; the utility model provides a mold processing, injection moulding air-inlet grille does not have unnecessary process, and the air-inlet grille of producing out of moulding plastics can directly get into whole car assembly, has ensured the quality of many outward appearance molding air-inlet grille.

the processing mould comprises a cavity (10), and the surfaces of the cavity (10) of the processing mould corresponding to various appearance moulding areas are processed by corresponding appearance moulding processes; a group of independent water paths are arranged in the cavity (10) of the processing mould corresponding to each appearance modeling area, and the water temperature of cooling water circulating in each group of independent water paths is suitable for the corresponding appearance modeling process;
the surface of the processing mould corresponding to the cavity (10) of the first area is subjected to laser texture treatment, the surface of the cavity (10) corresponding to the second area is subjected to chemical texture treatment, and the surface of the cavity (10) corresponding to the third area is subjected to highlight treatment;
three groups of independent water paths which are respectively adjacent to the first area, the second area and the third area are arranged in the processing die, the water temperatures of cooling water circulating in the three groups of independent water paths are different, and the respective water temperatures are suitable for respective appearance modeling processes.
2. The mold for manufacturing an intake grill as recited in claim 1, wherein: the three groups of independent water paths are respectively a first group of independent water paths, a second group of independent water paths and a third group of independent water paths;
the first group of independent water paths correspond to the first area and comprise four independent water paths which are used for feeding water from the side of the cavity (10), bending for three times and discharging water from the side of the cavity (10);
the second group of independent water paths corresponds to a second area and comprises two independent water paths which feed water from one side of the cavity (10) to discharge water from the other side of the cavity (10);
the third group of independent water paths corresponds to a third area and comprises six independent water paths, and each transverse grid decorative strip (2) controls the water temperature through two independent water paths.

The mold for manufacturing an intake grill as recited in claim 2, wherein: the water temperature of the cooling water in the first group of independent water paths and the second group of independent water paths is 60-80 ℃; the water temperature of the cooling water in the third group of independent water paths is 85-90 ℃.

The mold for manufacturing an intake grill as recited in claim 1, wherein: the texture depth of the processing mould corresponding to the laser texture processing of the surface of the cavity (10) of the first area is designed to be 60 mu m; the texture depth of the processing mould corresponding to the chemical texture treatment of the surface of the cavity (10) of the second area is designed to be 25 mu m, and the surface of the processing mould corresponding to the cavity (10) of the third area is subjected to highlight treatment.
5. The mold for manufacturing an intake grill as recited in claim 4, wherein: the processing mold is provided with a boundary line corresponding to the surfaces of the cavity (10) of the first and second regions.

The mold for manufacturing an intake grill as recited in claim 1, wherein: the processing mould also comprises a core (11), the cavity (10) and the core (11) form an injection molding cavity of the air inlet grille, and the side wall draft angles alpha of the cavity (10) and the core (11) are both larger than or equal to 7 degrees; the die cavity (10) and the die core (11) are made of alloy steel, the Cr content in the alloy steel is 1.35%, the NI content is 1.0%, and the factory hardness of the alloy steel is 38HRC-42 HRC.

8. The mold for manufacturing an intake grill as recited in claim 1, wherein: the three groups of independent water paths are respectively connected with three mould temperature machines, and the water supply temperatures of the three mould temperature machines are different.
9. A method for preparing an air intake grille based on the processing mold of claim 1, comprising the steps of:
carrying out corresponding appearance molding process treatment on the surface of a cavity (10) of the processing mold corresponding to various appearance molding areas;
starting injection molding of the air inlet grille, and simultaneously respectively inputting cooling water with the water temperature suitable for the corresponding appearance molding process into each group of independent water paths;
and finishing the integral injection molding of the air inlet grille, and demolding to obtain the air inlet grille.
