providing an injection mold, putting the concave-convex ornament unit into an injection mold cavity of the injection mold, injecting molten plastic into the injection mold cavity, cooling the molten plastic in the injection mold cavity to form a plastic part fixedly connected on the base material layer, forming the concave-convex ornament on the plastic part and the concave-convex ornament unit, and installing the plastic part on an external article.
