Abstract
本发明公开了一种可发电的防割防刺面料,包括防割面料、压电薄膜、夹层面料和衬里层;所述的压电薄膜位于防割面料与夹层面料之间,且与防割面料复合;所述的防割面料为纬编面料,所使用的原料为防切割包覆纱;所述的夹层面料的原料为超高分子量聚乙烯长丝。本发明所涉及的一种可发电的防割防刺面料,在防割面料的一侧复合有压电薄膜,使用该防割防刺面料所制备的服装在穿着时对压电薄膜施加外边,会在两个电极表面上出现正负相反的电荷,产生电流,可对用电设备供电。使用了防切割包覆纱的防割防刺面料使得所制备的服装较原有的防刺服轻便,且具有较高的防割防刺效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及防护服装用面料技术领域,尤其是一种可发电的防割防刺面料。
背景技术
现有的可发电的面料,一般是采用在面料的外表面固定设置有太阳能电池片,此种发电方式,受限于天气情况。只有在晴天有阳光照射的地方进行发电,而不能在阴雨雪雾等无阳光照射的天气条件情况下进行发电。而且作为防割防刺服面料具有发电功能,未见报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可发电的防割防刺面料,在使得面料具有防割防刺功能的前提下,使得该面料所制备的服装在穿着时能够发电,为其他的用电设备提供电能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是这样实现的:
本发明所涉及的一种可发电的防割防刺面料,包括防割面料、压电薄膜、夹层面料和衬里层;
所述的压电薄膜位于防割面料与夹层面料之间,且与防割面料复合;
所述的防割面料为纬编面料,所使用的原料为防切割包覆纱;所述的夹层面料的原料为超高分子量聚乙烯长丝;
所述的防切割包覆纱,由内至外依次包括芯丝、包覆丝和包缠丝;所述的包覆丝完全包覆芯丝,芯丝不外漏;所述的包缠丝包缠包覆丝;所述的芯丝为玻璃纤维长丝,所述的包覆丝为超高分子量聚乙烯长丝,所述的包缠丝包括Z 向包缠丝和S向包缠丝。
作为上述方案的进一步说明,所述的夹层面料的面密度为500-700克每平方米;所述的防割面料的面密度为200-500克每平方米;所述的衬里层的面宽度为 30-50克每平方米。
作为上述方案的进一步说明,所述的Z向包缠丝和S向包缠丝的旦数总和为150D。
作为上述方案的进一步说明,所述的包缠丝为涤纶长丝或尼龙长丝。
作为上述方案的进一步说明,所述的玻璃纤维长丝的细度为100tex。
作为上述方案的进一步说明,所述的超高分子量聚乙烯长丝的细度为 200D-400D。
作为上述方案的进一步说明,所述的防割面料外侧设置有一复合面料层。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所涉及的一种可发电的防割防刺面料,在防割面料的一侧复合有压电薄膜,使用该防割防刺面料所制备的服装在穿着时对压电薄膜施加外边,会在两个电极表面上出现正负相反的电荷,产生电流,可对用电设备供电。使用了防切割包覆纱的防割防刺面料使得所制备的服装较原有的防刺服轻便,且具有较高的防割防刺效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进一步说明。
实施例一
结合图1和图3,对本实施例作详细说明。本实施例所涉及的一种可发电的防割防刺面料,包括防割面料、压电薄膜、夹层面料和衬里层。
在本实施例中,压电薄膜位于防割面料与夹层面料之间,且与防割面料复合。所使用的压电薄膜为PVDF,它具有压电效应,在受动外边的作用而变形时会在两个电极表面上出现正负相反的电荷。当外边去掉后,它又会恢复到不带电的状态,这种现象称为正压电效应。
在本实施例中,防割面料为纬编面料,所使用的原料为防切割包覆纱防割面料的面密度为200-500克每平方米。夹层面料的原料为超高分子量聚乙烯长丝,超高分子量聚乙烯长丝的细度为200D-400D;夹层面料的面密度为500-700 克每平方米。所使用的衬里层为常规普通的纯棉面料,克重范围为30-50克每平方米。
进一步的,本实施例所使用的防切割包覆纱,由内至外依次包括芯丝、包覆丝和包缠丝;所述的包覆丝完全包覆芯丝,芯丝不外漏;所述的包缠丝包缠包覆丝;所述的芯丝为玻璃纤维长丝,所述的包覆丝为超高分子量聚乙烯长丝,所述的包缠丝包括Z向包缠丝和S向包缠丝。
在本实施例中所使用的芯丝为玻璃纤维长丝,细度为100tex。所使用的包覆丝2为超高分子量聚乙烯长丝,细度为200-400D,在本实施例中选择为400D。包缠丝包括Z向包缠丝和S向包缠丝。Z向包缠丝和S向包缠丝的旦数总和为 150D。在本实施例中,Z向包缠丝和S向包缠丝的细度为相同均为75D。Z向包缠丝和S向包缠丝的螺距为包缠丝直径的5-10倍,本实施例中选择为5倍。
更进一步的,包缠丝为涤纶长丝或尼龙长丝。在本实施例中,Z向包缠丝和 S向包缠丝均选择为涤纶,颜色为黑色。包缠丝的作用是提高切割包覆纱的耐磨性,并改善所制备的面料的外观,使面料看起来和常规面料相似。
在使用本实施例所涉及的可发电的防割防刺面料制备服装时,将复合有压电薄膜的防割面料使用激光按照设计分切成所需要的形状。并将夹层面料亦使用激光按照设计分切成所需要的形状。将防割面料、夹层面料和衬里层按照设计要求缝制成衣服的前片后片的袖子等,并对压电薄膜通过导线连接有电流输出端。在穿着所制备的服装时,会由于对压电薄膜的作用,会产生电源,可对与导线相连接的元件进行供电。
实施例二
结合图2和图4,对本实施例作详细说明。本实施例所涉及的防割防刺面料,与实施例一的区别在于:
防割面料外侧设置有一复合面料层。所使用的复合面料层为迷彩面料或其他普通的面料。在使用迷彩面料时,可将该面料制成军警人员的作战或作训服,在野外时可所携带的用电器件进行供电。
在本实施例中,防割面料为纬编面料,所使用的原料为防切割包覆纱防割面料的面密度为200-500克每平方米。夹层面料的原料为超高分子量聚乙烯长丝,超高分子量聚乙烯长丝的细度为200D-400D;夹层面料的面密度为500-700 克每平方米。所使用的衬里层为常规普通的纯棉面料,克重范围为30-50克每平方米。
另一区别在于,所使用的防切割包覆丝中Z向包缠丝和S向包缠丝均为两根,即在包覆丝的外侧具有四根包缠丝,且Z向包缠丝选择为涤纶长丝,S向包缠丝选择为尼龙长丝,颜色均选择为灰色。所选择的涤纶长丝和尼龙长丝的细度均为75D。作为另一种选择,涤纶长丝可选择为50D,而尼龙长丝选择为100D。 Z向包缠丝和S向包缠丝的螺距为包缠丝直径的5-10倍,本实施例中选择为10 倍。
实施例一和实施例二中防切割包覆纱所制备的防割面料,经过测试,可达到欧标EN388:2016的5级,为最高级别。
经INTERTEK公司所检测的Bladde Cut Resistance结果见下表:

在欧标EN388:2016中,第5级的规定是按照标准的测试方法划破时的最小要求为20.0次。故实施例一和实施例二所制备的面料均满足第5级的规定,而在欧标EN388:2016中第5级为最高标准。
将实施例一中所涉及的防切割包覆纱命名为第一防切割包覆纱,实施例二中所涉及的防切割包覆纱命名为第二防切割包覆纱。实施例一中防割面料全部由第一防切割包覆纱纬编而成,实施例二中防切割面料全部由第二防切割包覆纱纬编而成。
更进一步的,防刺防弹背心中的防割面料由第一防切割包覆纱与第二防切割包覆纱纬编而成,两种防切割包覆纱排列顺序可以不限于1:1,还可以为1: 2、1:3、1:4,或者2:1、3:1、4:1,更可以为2:2、2:3、3:3,及其他的排列顺序和比例。可以使得防割面料具有不同的性能。所谓的排列顺序为1:1,是两种纱线的排列规律为一根第一防切割包覆纱与一根第二防切割包覆纱。

1.一种可发电的防割防刺面料,其特征在于,包括防割面料、压电薄膜、夹层面料和衬里层;
所述的压电薄膜位于防割面料与夹层面料之间,且与防割面料复合;
所述的防割面料为纬编面料,所使用的原料为防切割包覆纱;所述的夹层面料的原料为超高分子量聚乙烯长丝;
所述的防切割包覆纱,由内至外依次包括芯丝、包覆丝和包缠丝;所述的包覆丝完全包覆芯丝,芯丝不外漏;所述的包缠丝包缠包覆丝;所述的芯丝为玻璃纤维长丝,所述的包覆丝为超高分子量聚乙烯长丝,所述的包缠丝包括Z向包缠丝和S向包缠丝。
2.如权利要求1所述的可发电的防割防刺面料,其特征在于,所述的夹层面料的面密度为500-700克每平方米;所述的防割面料的面密度为200-500克每平方米;所述的衬里层的面宽度为30-50克每平方米。
3.如权利要求1所述的可发电的防割防刺面料,其特征在于,所述的Z向包缠丝和S向包缠丝的旦数总和为150D。
4.如权利要求1所述的可发电的防割防刺面料,其特征在于,所述的包缠丝为涤纶长丝或尼龙长丝。
5.如权利要求1所述的可发电的防割防刺面料,其特征在于,所述的玻璃纤维长丝的细度为100tex。
6.如权利要求1所述的可发电的防割防刺面料,其特征在于,所述的超高分子量聚乙烯长丝的细度为200D-400D。
