Abstract
本发明公开了一种防电弧面料,包括阻燃防静电层、耐高温防水透湿层、阻燃舒适层,阻燃防静电层为阻燃纤维与抗静电纤维混纺结构,阻燃纤维采用以氯乙烯作为共聚单体与丙烯晴聚合所得到的改性腈纶纤维,抗静电纤维采用以聚酰胺和炭黑分别为基质和导电成份的复合有机导电纤维,耐高温防水透湿层为聚四氟乙烯薄膜结构,阻燃舒适层为腈棉纺织的网布结构,阻燃舒适层与耐高温防水透湿层是上下双面贴合结构,阻燃防静电层表面喷涂有防油拒水的涂层。本发明能达到防水防风防静电且阻燃耐高温的功能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及面料技术领域,具体涉及一种防电弧面料。
背景技术
现有的防电弧服装,需要对应不同的场地、天气等使用不同面料制作的防电弧服。由于防护服装都有固定的有效期,同一单位配备的各类防护服都会在同样时间作废,大大增加了电力维护成本。也有使用芳纶混纺面料,贴合PU膜与涤纶20丹尼尔超细网布贴合制成的防电弧布料,该布料虽然具备简单的防电弧性能,但是由于采用PU膜,以及化纤制底面基布,当发生电弧气爆时,靠近皮肤一侧的PU膜与 化纤基布会因为高温迅速熔融,导致比烧伤更严重的皮肤烫伤,且因为覆盖面积大,对人体生命安全有较大威胁。
发明内容
本发明针对背景技术中的不足,提供了一种防电弧面料,通过本发明能达到防水防风防静电且阻燃耐高温的功能。
本发明技术解决方案如下:
一种防电弧面料,包括阻燃防静电层、耐高温防水透湿层、阻燃舒适层,所述阻燃防静电层为阻燃纤维与抗静电纤维混纺结构,阻燃纤维采用以氯乙烯作为共聚单体与丙烯晴聚合所得到的改性腈纶纤维,抗静电纤维采用以聚酰胺和炭黑分别为基质和导电成份的复合有机导电纤维,所述耐高温防水透湿层为聚四氟乙烯薄膜结构,所述阻燃舒适层为腈棉纺织的网布结构,所述阻燃舒适层与耐高温防水透湿层是上下双面贴合结构,所述阻燃防静电层表面喷涂有防油拒水的涂层。
优选的,所述阻燃舒适层的网孔直径为0.8-0.9mm。
优选的,所述耐高温防水透湿层厚度为0.055-0.065mm。
相对于现有技术,本发明有益效果如下:
本发明可防止因为静电聚集产生电火花导致的起火、爆炸等灾害发生,同时具有疏水性;本发明能够应用于多种场合,无论是室内、室外、大风、雨天都可以使用。

实施例:
如图1所示,一种防电弧面料,包括阻燃防静电层1、耐高温防水透湿层2、阻燃舒适层3,阻燃防静电层为阻燃纤维与抗静电纤维混纺结构,阻燃纤维采用以氯乙烯作为共聚单体与丙烯晴聚合所得到的改性腈纶纤维,抗静电纤维采用以聚酰胺和炭黑分别为基质和导电成份的复合有机导电纤维,耐高温防水透湿层为聚四氟乙烯薄膜结构,阻燃舒适层为腈棉纺织的网布结构,阻燃舒适层与耐高温防水透湿层是上下双面贴合结构,阻燃防静电层表面喷涂有防油拒水的涂层,阻燃舒适层的网孔直径为0.8-0.9mm,耐高温防水透湿层厚度为0.055-0.065mm。

1.一种防电弧面料,包括阻燃防静电层、耐高温防水透湿层、阻燃舒适层,其特征在于:所述阻燃防静电层为阻燃纤维与抗静电纤维混纺结构,阻燃纤维采用以氯乙烯作为共聚单体与丙烯晴聚合所得到的改性腈纶纤维,抗静电纤维采用以聚酰胺和炭黑分别为基质和导电成份的复合有机导电纤维,所述耐高温防水透湿层为聚四氟乙烯薄膜结构,所述阻燃舒适层为腈棉纺织的网布结构,所述阻燃舒适层与耐高温防水透湿层是上下双面贴合结构,所述阻燃防静电层表面喷涂有防油拒水的涂层。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种防电弧面料,其特征在于:所述阻燃舒适层的网孔直径为0.8-0.9mm。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种防电弧面料,其特征在于:所述耐高温防水透湿层厚度为0.055-0.065mm。
