Abstract

The invention discloses a garment containing a protective element and a manufacturing method, belonging to the field of garments and comprising a garment body, wherein the garment body comprises an outer layer fabric, a protective mechanism, an inner layer fabric and polypropylene plastic foaming elastic foam, the polypropylene plastic foaming elastic foam is sewn on one side of the inner layer fabric, the edge positions of the outer layer fabric and the polypropylene plastic foaming elastic foam are sewn and fixed, and the protective mechanism is fixed between the outer layer fabric and the polypropylene plastic foaming elastic foam. The garment containing the protective element and the manufacturing method thereof can effectively prevent water and dirt, are breathable and warm, have certain wear resistance and elasticity, protect the human body at the moment of being impacted by external force, effectively slow down the action of impact force at different angles on a single part, reduce the damage of a user to the human body during outdoor sports and increase the protection performance of the garment body.

Garment comprising a protective element and method for manufacturing
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of garments, and in particular to a garment comprising a protective element and a method for manufacturing.
Background
At present, people often dress the climbing clothes, also known as "outdoor jacket", carry out outdoor exercises, and the climbing clothes is as climbing clothes, when carrying out outdoor use, need possess waterproof and ventilative function simultaneously to satisfy corresponding outdoor experience, but in the current climbing clothes, do not contain corresponding protective element, can't carry out outdoor exercises at the user when, protect user's health under emergency, reduce the damage of outdoor environment to the human body.
In application publication No. CN 105491901 a, a garment containing a protective element and a method for manufacturing are disclosed, comprising: a panel member (334) and a cushioning member (324), the panel member (334) and cushioning member (324) being secured together by stitching (360) through the panel member, the cushioning member comprising a pair of material layers (311, 312) and at least one pad (313) located between the material layers, the pad of polymer foam material passing through the cushioning member (320) being compressible to protect the wearer when in contact with other players, equipment or the ground. However, it has the following disadvantages: the impact force is still directly acted on the corresponding stress position of the user after being compressed, and if the stress is too large, the impact force cannot be completely compressed, and the problem of damaging the user still exists.
Also disclosed in, for example, application publication No. CN 1747665 a is a protective garment including an outer layer of square penetrating armor, an inflatable bladder and an inflation device for inflating the bladder to provide buoyancy to a wearer of the garment when immersed in water. The garment has an inner support means (130) supporting the inner surface of the bladder (110) and an inflatable bladder located between the inner support means (130) and an outer layer of armour (138). The garment also has wall portions (115) which are held together by releasable interengaging means when the device is deflated and which separate to increase the size of the garment to accommodate the volume of the inflated device when the device is inflated. However, it has the following disadvantages: this clothing is only used for protecting user's upper part of the body truck, can't protect arm elbow position, and full gasbag parcel gas permeability is not good, easily makes to produce stifled hotness after dressing for a long time, and the gasbag need fill through compressed gas cylinder or artifical blowing, and operating time is longer, can't protect the human body in the twinkling of an eye that receives the impact.
Disclosure of Invention
1. Technical problem to be solved
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a garment comprising a protective element and a manufacturing method thereof, which can effectively prevent water and dirt, ventilate and keep warm, have certain wear resistance and elasticity, protect a human body at the moment of being impacted by external force, effectively slow down the action of impact force at different angles on a single part, and reduce the damage of a user to the human body during outdoor exercise.
2. Technical scheme
In order to solve the problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a garment comprising a protective element and a manufacturing method thereof comprise a garment body, wherein the garment body comprises an outer layer fabric, a protective mechanism, an inner layer fabric and polypropylene plastic foaming elastic foam, one side of the inner layer fabric is sewn with the polypropylene plastic foaming elastic foam, the edge positions of the outer layer fabric and the polypropylene plastic foaming elastic foam are sewn and fixed, and the protective mechanism is fixed between the outer layer fabric and the polypropylene plastic foaming elastic foam;
the outer-layer cloth comprises aramid fibers, first stainless steel wires and spandex fibers, and is formed by sequentially interlacing, winding and weaving a plurality of aramid fibers, first stainless steel wires and spandex fibers;
the protection mechanism comprises first protection rubber, second protection rubber, an air bag and a rubber protection layer, the edge position of the rubber protection layer is sewn and fixed with polypropylene plastic foaming elastic foam, one side of the rubber protection layer is sequentially connected with the first protection rubber and the second protection rubber in a staggered hot melting mode, a first protection ring is hot-melted in the center of the outer side of the first protection rubber, a second protection ring is uniformly hot-melted in the outer side of the second protection rubber, the second protection ring and the first protection ring are arranged in a staggered mode, the first rubber air nozzle and the second rubber air nozzle are respectively fixed on the rubber protection layer at the bottom of the first protection rubber and the second protection rubber, the air bag is uniformly hot-melted in one side, far away from the first protection rubber and the second protection rubber, of the rubber protection layer, and one end of the air bag is connected with the first rubber air nozzle and the second rubber air nozzle;
the inner layer cloth comprises acrylic fibers, second stainless steel wires and polyester fibers, and is formed by sequentially interlacing, winding and weaving the acrylic fibers, the second stainless steel wires and the polyester fibers; the first protective rubber and the second protective rubber are both in a cone structure, and the centers of the first protective rubber and the second protective rubber are both hollow; and the rubber protective layers at the staggered positions of the first protective ring and the second protective ring are uniformly provided with breathable nets.
The manufacturing method of the protective element garment comprises the following steps when the protective element garment is manufactured:
a. taking 1 aramid fiber, a first stainless steel wire and spandex fibers, winding and twisting the aramid fiber, the first stainless steel wire and the spandex fibers in a staggered mode to form strands, and winding and knitting a plurality of strand-forming fibers through a knitting machine to obtain outer-layer cloth;
b. taking 1 acrylic fiber, a second stainless steel wire and a polyester fiber, winding and twisting the acrylic fiber, the second stainless steel wire and the polyester fiber into strands in a staggered manner, and winding and knitting a plurality of stranded fibers through a knitting machine to obtain inner-layer cloth;
c. performing fabric pretreatment on the outer-layer fabric and the inner-layer fabric, and sequentially performing desizing, scouring, cleaning, drying and singeing for later use;
d. selecting dyes with required colors, and respectively dyeing, cleaning and drying the outer-layer cloth and the inner-layer cloth for later use;
e. selecting and mixing 200 parts of polyurethane resin, 20-40 parts of coupling agent, 30-60 parts of cross-linking agent, 10-30 parts of plasticizer, 10-30 parts of penetrating agent and 600 parts of water 400, stirring to prepare the waterproof and anti-fouling paint, immersing the outer layer cloth and the inner layer cloth into the waterproof and anti-fouling paint for padding, and drying the padded outer layer cloth and the padded inner layer cloth for later use;
f. selecting a mould with a corresponding size, sequentially carrying out injection molding on first protective rubber, a first rubber air nozzle, second protective rubber, a second rubber air nozzle and a rubber protective layer, sequentially carrying out staggered hot melting connection on the first protective rubber and the second protective rubber on one side of the rubber protective layer, sequentially clamping the first rubber air nozzle and the second rubber air nozzle on the rubber protective layer at the bottom of the first protective rubber and the second protective rubber, taking an undeployed air bag with the same size, and sequentially carrying out hot melting connection on the air bag and the first rubber air nozzle and the second rubber air nozzle to prepare a protective element for later use;
g. cutting the outer layer cloth and the inner layer cloth according to a certain size, cutting the polypropylene plastic foamed elastic foam cotton with a corresponding size according to the cut size of the outer layer cloth and the inner layer cloth, stacking the polypropylene plastic foamed elastic foam cotton on the inner layer cloth, and sewing and fixing the polypropylene plastic foamed elastic foam cotton along the corners of the inner layer cloth and the polypropylene plastic foamed elastic foam cotton for later use;
h. taking a protective element with corresponding size, overlapping the rubber protective layer on one side of the air bag on the sewed polypropylene plastic foaming elastic foam, sewing and fixing the edge position of the rubber protective layer and the polypropylene plastic foaming elastic foam, finally taking an outer layer cloth with corresponding size, placing the outer layer cloth on the rubber protective layer on one side of the first protective rubber and the second protective rubber, sewing and fixing the edge position of the outer layer cloth and the rubber protective layer, and preparing the corresponding garment containing the protective element
Specifically, the padding time of the outer layer cloth and the inner layer cloth is 30-60 minutes.
3. Advantageous effects
(1) According to the garment body, the outer layer cloth, the aramid fiber, the first stainless steel wire and the spandex fiber are arranged, so that the strength, elasticity, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance and ageing resistance of the outer layer cloth are improved through the aramid fiber, the first stainless steel wire and the spandex fiber, the insulation effect of the outer layer cloth is improved, the surface of the garment body is protected through the outer layer cloth, and the service life of the garment body is prolonged.
(2) According to the garment, the inner layer cloth, the acrylic fibers, the second stainless steel wires and the polyester fibers are arranged, so that the strength, elasticity, corrosion resistance and insulativity of the inner layer cloth are improved through the acrylic fibers, the second stainless steel wires and the polyester fibers, the softness and lightness of the inner layer cloth are increased, and the heat preservation effect of the inner layer cloth is guaranteed, so that the garment body can be effectively suitable for outdoor exercises such as mountain climbing and the like, and the wearing comfort level of a user is improved.
(3) According to the invention, the outer-layer cloth and the inner-layer cloth are immersed into the waterproof anti-fouling coating and padded, so that the waterproof anti-fouling coating is immersed into the fibers of the outer-layer cloth and the inner-layer cloth, thereby increasing the waterproof anti-fouling performance of the outer-layer cloth and the inner-layer cloth, increasing the anti-fouling performance of the surface of the garment body, and facilitating the wearing and use of the garment body.
(4) According to the invention, the first protection rubber, the first protection ring, the first rubber air nozzle, the second protection rubber, the second protection ring, the second rubber air nozzle and the air bag are arranged, so that when a user is impacted by external force during outdoor movement, the first protection rubber and the second protection rubber at stressed positions are stressed and compressed, and are mutually pulled through the first protection ring and the second protection ring, the force is gradually guided to the first protection rubber and the second protection rubber at other positions, the stressed area is increased, the impact of the force is reduced, meanwhile, internal air is squeezed into the air bag through the first rubber air nozzle and the second rubber air nozzle, so that the air bag is inflated and expanded, the body of the corresponding part is completely wrapped, and the damage of the external force to the body of the user is effectively reduced.
(5) The invention connects the first protective rubber and the second protective rubber on the rubber protective layer in a staggered hot melting way in sequence, so that the first protective ring and the first protective ring which are hot-melted at the centers of the outer sides of the first protective rubber and the second protective rubber are arranged in a staggered way, when the force is the force in the inclined direction, the single first protective rubber or the second protective rubber is stressed and inclined, the corresponding first protective ring or the second protective ring is stressed and inclined, the first protective ring and the second protective ring which are staggered mutually at the periphery are mutually pulled under the traction force, the stress area is increased, the force is gradually dispersed onto the plurality of first protective rubbers or the second protective rubbers, the plurality of first protective rubbers and the second protective rubbers are extruded, the air bags at the corresponding positions are inflated and expanded, the bodies of the corresponding positions are completely wrapped, and the damage of the external force to the bodies of users is effectively reduced, effectively avoid the damage of different angle external force impact to the human body.
(6) According to the garment, the polypropylene plastic foaming elastic foam is arranged, so that impact force buffered by the air bag acts on the polypropylene plastic foaming elastic foam, the impact force is basically absorbed after secondary shock absorption and energy absorption are carried out on the polypropylene plastic foaming elastic foam, the action performance of force is further reduced, the harm of external force to the body of a user is avoided, and the protection performance of the garment body is improved.
(7) The garment is provided with the rubber protective layer and the breathable net, so that the air bag is in a closed state when a user normally wears the garment, the breathable net between the first protective rubber and the second protective rubber and the gap between the air bag can effectively ensure the air permeability between the outer layer cloth and the inner layer cloth of the garment body, and the situation that the user feels stuffy after wearing the garment for a long time is avoided, so that the wearing comfort of the user is improved.

Referring to fig. 1-7, an embodiment of the present invention is shown: a garment comprising a protective element and a manufacturing method thereof comprise a garment body 1, wherein the garment body 1 comprises an outer layer fabric 2, a protective mechanism, an inner layer fabric 5 and polypropylene plastic foamed elastic foam 6, one side of the inner layer fabric 5 is sewn with the polypropylene plastic foamed elastic foam 6, the edge positions of the outer layer fabric 2 and the polypropylene plastic foamed elastic foam 6 are sewn and fixed, and the protective mechanism is fixed between the outer layer fabric 2 and the polypropylene plastic foamed elastic foam 6;
the outer layer cloth 2 comprises aramid fibers 21, first stainless steel wires 22 and spandex fibers 23, and the outer layer cloth 2 is formed by sequentially winding and weaving the aramid fibers 21, the first stainless steel wires 22 and the spandex fibers 23 in a staggered manner;

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to examples.
Example 1
The manufacturing method of the protective element garment comprises the following steps when the protective element garment is manufactured:
a. taking 1 aramid fiber 21, a first stainless steel wire 22 and a spandex fiber 23, winding and twisting the aramid fiber, the first stainless steel wire and the spandex fiber into strands in a staggered manner, and winding and knitting a plurality of strand-forming fibers through a knitting machine to obtain an outer-layer cloth 2;
b. taking 1 piece of the cloth 51, 52 and 53, winding and twisting the cloth into strands in a staggered manner, and winding and knitting a plurality of strand-forming fibers by a knitting machine to obtain an inner layer cloth 5;
c. performing fabric pretreatment on the outer-layer fabric 2 and the inner-layer fabric 5, and sequentially performing desizing, scouring, cleaning, drying and singeing for later use;
d. selecting dyes with required colors, and respectively dyeing, cleaning and drying the outer-layer cloth 2 and the inner-layer cloth 5 for later use;
e. selecting 100 parts of polyurethane resin, 20 parts of coupling agent, 30 parts of cross-linking agent, 10 parts of plasticizer, 10 parts of penetrating agent and 400 parts of water, mixing and stirring to prepare waterproof and anti-fouling paint, immersing the outer-layer cloth 2 and the inner-layer cloth 5 into the waterproof and anti-fouling paint, padding for the outer-layer cloth 2 and the inner-layer cloth 5 for 30 minutes, effectively immersing the waterproof and anti-fouling paint into fibers of the outer-layer cloth 2 and the inner-layer cloth 5, thereby increasing the waterproof and anti-fouling performance of the outer-layer cloth 2 and the inner-layer cloth 5, and drying the padded outer-layer cloth 2 and the padded inner-layer cloth 5 for later use;
f. selecting a mould with a corresponding size, sequentially carrying out injection molding on the first protective rubber 3, the first rubber air tap 32, the second protective rubber 4, the second rubber air tap 42 and the rubber protective layer 8, sequentially carrying out staggered hot melting connection on the first protective rubber 3 and the second protective rubber 4 on one side of the rubber protective layer 8, sequentially clamping the first rubber air tap 32 and the second rubber air tap 42 on the rubber protective layer 8 at the bottom of the first protective rubber 3 and the second protective rubber 4, taking the undeployed air bags 7 with the same size, and sequentially carrying out hot melting connection on the air bags 7 with the first rubber air tap 32 and the second rubber air tap 42 to prepare a protective element for later use;
g. cutting the outer layer cloth 2 and the inner layer cloth 5 according to a certain size, cutting polypropylene plastic foamed elastic foam 6 with a corresponding size according to the size of the cut outer layer cloth 2 and inner layer cloth 5, stacking the polypropylene plastic foamed elastic foam 6 on the inner layer cloth 5, and sewing and fixing the edges of the inner layer cloth 5 and the polypropylene plastic foamed elastic foam 6 for later use;
h. taking a protective element with a corresponding size, enabling a rubber protective layer 8 on one side of an air bag 7 to be stacked on the sewn polypropylene plastic foaming elastic foam 6, sewing and fixing the edge position of the rubber protective layer 8 and the polypropylene plastic foaming elastic foam 6, finally taking an outer layer cloth 2 with a corresponding size, placing the outer layer cloth 2 on the rubber protective layer 8 on one side of the first protective rubber 3 and the second protective rubber 4, and sewing and fixing the edge position of the outer layer cloth 2 and the rubber protective layer 8 to obtain the corresponding protective element-containing garment.
Example 2
This example differs from example 1 in that: in the step e, 150 parts of polyurethane resin, 30 parts of coupling agent, 40 parts of cross-linking agent, 20 parts of plasticizer, 20 parts of penetrating agent and 500 parts of water are mixed and stirred to prepare waterproof and anti-fouling paint, the outer-layer cloth 2 and the inner-layer cloth 5 are immersed into the waterproof and anti-fouling paint and are padded for 45 minutes, the waterproof and anti-fouling paint is effectively immersed into fibers of the outer-layer cloth 2 and the inner-layer cloth 5, so that the waterproof and anti-fouling performance of the outer-layer cloth 2 and the inner-layer cloth 5 is improved, and the outer-layer cloth 2 and the inner-layer cloth 5 which are padded are dried for later use;
the rest is the same as example 1.
Example 3
This example differs from example 1 in that: in the step e, 200 parts of polyurethane resin, 40 parts of coupling agent, 50 parts of cross-linking agent, 30 parts of plasticizer, 30 parts of penetrating agent and 600 parts of water are mixed and stirred to prepare waterproof and anti-fouling paint, the outer-layer cloth 2 and the inner-layer cloth 5 are immersed into the waterproof and anti-fouling paint and are padded for 60 minutes, the waterproof and anti-fouling paint is effectively immersed into fibers of the outer-layer cloth 2 and the inner-layer cloth 5, so that the waterproof and anti-fouling performance of the outer-layer cloth 2 and the inner-layer cloth 5 is improved, and the outer-layer cloth 2 and the inner-layer cloth 5 which are padded are dried for later use;
the rest is the same as example 1.

e. selecting and mixing 200 parts of polyurethane resin, 20-40 parts of coupling agent, 30-60 parts of cross-linking agent, 10-30 parts of plasticizer, 10-30 parts of penetrating agent and 600 parts of water 400, stirring to prepare the waterproof and anti-fouling paint, immersing the outer cloth (2) and the inner cloth (5) into the waterproof and anti-fouling paint for padding, and drying the padded outer cloth (2) and the inner cloth (5) for later use;
f. selecting a mould with a corresponding size, sequentially carrying out injection molding on first protective rubber (3), a first rubber air nozzle (32), second protective rubber (4), a second rubber air nozzle (42) and a rubber protective layer (8), sequentially and alternately connecting the first protective rubber (3) and the second protective rubber (4) to one side of the rubber protective layer (8) in a hot melting manner, sequentially clamping the first rubber air nozzle (32) and the second rubber air nozzle (42) to the rubber protective layer (8) at the bottoms of the first protective rubber (3) and the second protective rubber (4), taking an undeployed air bag (7) with the same size, and sequentially connecting the air bag (7) with the first rubber air nozzle (32) and the second rubber air nozzle (42) in a hot melting manner to obtain a protective element for later use;
