一种多叶准直器(10)的运动控制方法及治疗设备,涉及医疗器械技术领域,多叶准直器(10)能够随着患者的呼吸调整适形的位置,从而避免对正常组织的照射。一种多叶准直器(10)的运动控制方法,包括:驱动叶片(111)移动,形成与肿瘤(3)形状适应的射束可穿过区域(20);获取呼吸周期信号以及在呼吸周期内肿瘤(3)的图像;根据呼吸周期信号以及在呼吸周期内肿瘤(3)的图像确定肿瘤(3)在呼吸周期内的运动路径;获取肿瘤(3)的当前图像;根据肿瘤(3)的当前图像确定肿瘤(3)在射线束截面内运动的方向和距离;根据肿瘤(3)在射线束截面内运动的方向和距离驱动小车(12)在射线束截面内移动,从而使射线束穿过叶片(111)形成的射束可穿过区域(20)始终聚焦在肿瘤(3)上。
