Technical Field

Background
Heating the non-combustible cigarettes: unlike traditional cigarettes, the low-temperature cigarettes designed by taking the thought of heating without burning can heat tobacco leaves just enough to emit taste without igniting the tobacco leaves. In general, a common cigarette generates a plurality of harmful substances at a high temperature of 900 ℃ during smoking, while a low-temperature cigarette is about 300 ℃ and the harmful substances are reduced. The heating of non-combustible cigarettes requires the cooperation of special smoking means.
The existing heating non-combustion smoking set is divided into an external heating type and an internal heating type. The heating rod of the internal heating type smoking set is required to be inserted into tobacco products, the starter switch is started, the heating rod generates heat, the heat is transferred to tobacco shreds through heat conduction, the tobacco shreds are heated to produce smoke and volatilize flavor substances, and therefore physiological and psychological demands of consumers are met. The external heating type appliance is characterized in that after the tobacco product is inserted into the external heating type appliance, the switching device of the appliance is started, and the volatilization of smoke and aroma substances is completed in a peripheral heating mode, so that the requirements of consumers are met. The tobacco part for smoking in any heating mode is a traditional cigarette-shaped tobacco product which is rolled by taking reconstituted tobacco as a core raw material, and the length of the tobacco product is slightly smaller than that of a traditional cigarette. The reconstituted tobacco is a sheet-shaped tobacco product raw material formed and recombined by the related process from the raw materials such as tobacco leaves, tobacco stems and the like. The current common manufacturing process is a papermaking method, which comprises the steps of leaching raw materials in water, separating the raw materials into leaching solution containing tobacco components and tobacco pulp containing insoluble matters such as fibers, mechanically pulping the tobacco pulp by using related processes and equipment, manufacturing a paper-web-shaped sheet base, coating the leaching solution on the sheet base, drying and shredding to obtain sheet-shaped reconstituted tobacco.
The prior art heated non-combustible tobacco products suffer from the following problems:
1. the core raw materials of the existing tobacco products for producing smoke for heating the non-combustible smoking set are reconstituted tobacco, and the reconstituted tobacco has complex process and high cost; the main flow of the papermaking method sheet production process is more polluted.
2. In order to realize that the reconstituted tobacco can be sucked in a heating non-burning smoking set to generate smoke, materials need to be added in subsequent processing or a formula is adjusted in the production of the reconstituted tobacco, so that the production process is complicated.
3. The existing tobacco products for producing smoke, which are used for heating non-combustible smoking articles, have complex rolling process, require high-cost cigarette making machine to cooperate, and simultaneously require shredding reconstituted tobacco to be finished into a uniform direction.
4. The existing products still do not break through the cigarette style and are in a white cylindrical shape; there is no product in which tobacco core material is implanted into a heating appliance in a capsule manner.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a tobacco capsule suitable for heating a non-combustible cigarette smoking device in order to solve the defects in the prior art.
The invention aims at realizing the following technical scheme:
the tobacco capsule suitable for the heating non-combustible cigarette smoking appliance comprises a first capsule section and a second capsule section which are formed by hollow capsule shells, wherein the first capsule section and the second capsule section can be matched into an integral structure; the first capsule section capsule cavity is filled with powdery or granular tobacco raw materials, and the second capsule section capsule cavity is internally provided with cigarette filter tow; the side surface of the cigarette filter tow is attached to the capsule wall of the second capsule section, and the tobacco raw material fills the gap between the cigarette filter tow and the capsule wall of the second capsule section; and a smoke circulation channel is arranged on the hollow capsule shell.
The hollow capsule shell is made of a material resistant to high temperature of more than 250 ℃.
The hollow capsule shell is made of polyether ketone (PEK) or polyphenylene sulfide (PPS).
The tobacco raw material contains 20-30% of glycerin by mass fraction.
The tobacco raw material also contains essence, spice and preservative.
The granularity of the tobacco raw material is 20-80 meshes.
And the hollow capsule shell is provided with air holes.
The tobacco capsule is cylindrical, gear-type, petal-shaped or hexagonal.
The first capsule section and the second capsule section are connected through a lock catch; the upper part of the first capsule section is provided with a diameter shrinkage section serving as a lock catch inner wall; and the tail end of the second capsule section is not filled with the cigarette filter tow and is used as a locking outer wall to be matched with the diameter shrinkage section.
The capsule shell is formed by an injection molding method.
The tobacco capsule provided by the invention directly uses powdery or granular tobacco raw materials, and when in use, the capsule is directly placed in a sucking device to generate smoke at the temperature of not higher than 300 ℃ so as to meet the sucking requirement of consumers. The problems that in the production of the prior art, tobacco raw materials are required to be reprocessed into reconstituted tobacco, the reconstituted tobacco is complex in process and serious in potential pollution are solved; secondly, the problems that in the prior art, the raw materials are prepared to be finished until a product is generated depending on a cigarette making machine, reconstituted tobacco needs to be shredded and straightened in the same direction, the equipment cost is high, and the manufacturing process flow is complex are solved; thirdly, the problem of complex combination structure of the cigarette filter tow and the reconstituted tobacco in the prior art is solved; the production process is simple, only powdery or granular tobacco raw materials are required to be filled into the first capsule section, and cigarette filter tow is required to be filled into the second capsule section; then simply compound first capsule section and second capsule section to utilize the cigarette filter tow in the second capsule section to make powdered or granular tobacco raw materials can fill up the capsule chamber, thereby make the capsule shell can laminate completely with heating incombustible smoking set, improved heating efficiency.

Example 1
A tobacco capsule suitable for heating non-combustible cigarette smoking device, as shown in figures 1-3, comprises a first capsule section 1 and a second capsule section 2 which are composed of hollow capsule shells, wherein the first capsule section and the second capsule section can be matched into an integral structure, such as matched through a locking structure; the first capsule section capsule cavity is filled with powdery or granular tobacco raw materials 8, and the second capsule section capsule cavity is internally provided with cigarette filter tow; the side surface of the cigarette filter tow is attached to the capsule wall of the second capsule section, and the tobacco raw material fills the gap between the cigarette filter tow and the capsule wall of the second capsule section, so that the capsule shell is tightly contacted with a smoking device, and the heat transfer efficiency is improved; the hollow capsule shell is provided with a smoke circulation channel 3 for smoke circulation so as to enable consumers to suck.
The tobacco raw material adopted in the application is powder or granular material obtained by crushing common re-baked tobacco leaves and adding raw materials such as combustion improver, essence, spice and preservative. The combustion improver is preferably glycerin, wherein the glycerin content is 20% -30% (mass fraction) of the tobacco raw material. The particle size of the tobacco material is preferably 20-80 mesh. The tobacco raw material is required to fully fill the gap between the cigarette filter tow 5 and the capsule wall of the second capsule section, so that the tobacco capsule keeps a certain shape and is tightly attached to the smoking device, and the heat transfer efficiency is improved.
The cigarette filter tow is arranged inside the capsule, so that tobacco raw materials can be filled in the capsule, and the heat conduction efficiency is improved. If the tobacco material is arranged outside the capsule, the composite structure is complex, the tobacco material is easy to fill the capsule completely, the capsule shell is easy to loosen and deform, the capsule shell cannot be well attached to a sucking device, and the heat conduction efficiency is reduced. The specific reasons are that when the tobacco raw materials are filled in the capsules, a loading tool is generally adopted, when the filling quantity is reached and the capsules are filled, partial tobacco raw materials are very easy to be discharged from the capsules along with the loading tool when the loading tool is disassembled, so that the capsules cannot be filled in the capsules; the cigarette filter tow is arranged inside the capsule, the device is simple, the pressure of the cigarette filter tow to the tobacco raw material can be utilized, the tobacco raw material can be completely filled in the capsule, the tobacco raw material can be in a compacted state, the capsule shell can be kept in shape more easily, and deformation does not occur.
The capsule shell material in the application is made of materials resistant to the high temperature of more than 250 ℃, and can not release toxic and harmful substances when being heated to 300 ℃ for use, and can generate bad smell which influences the sucking feeling, and the capsule shell material is insoluble in glycerin. Preferably Polyetherketone (PEK) or polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), which are used in comparison to the gelatin materials commonly used in conventional capsules, can not only resist the high temperature of more than 250 ℃, but also is not easy to deform at high temperature, thereby being convenient for heat conduction.
Air holes can be arranged on the upper end face and the lower end face or the side face of the capsule, so that a smoke circulation channel is formed, and smoke can escape from the capsule for consumers to inhale. The size of the air hole is limited by the fact that the tobacco raw material does not leak and the suction requirement can be met. If the selected capsule shell material has natural air permeability, the requirement of sucking can be met, and no additional perforation is needed.
The tobacco capsules may be in a variety of shapes, such as cylindrical, gear, petal or hexagonal.
Because the special smoking device is repeatedly used, the tobacco capsules can be easily taken out from the special smoking device before and after use.
If the product is deformed during suction, the permissible conditions for deformation are: (1) The capsule wall and the device have certain fitting degree, so that poor heating caused by overlarge gaps is avoided; (2) after ingestion, the product is easily removed from the appliance.
As shown in figures 1-3, the tobacco capsule is in a cylindrical shape, the overall length is 20-64mm, the diameter is 7-8mm, and the wall thickness of the capsule shell is 0.1-0.2mm. The first capsule section 1 and the second capsule section 2 are connected through a lock catch; the length of the lock catch is 10-15mm; the upper part of the first capsule section is provided with a diameter contraction section 4 which is used as the inner wall of the lock catch; the second capsule section is not filled with cigarette filter tow 5, and is matched with the diameter contraction section as a lock catch outer wall.
One specific size that can be selected is: the length of the capsule shell (the diameter of the outer wall is 7.4mm, the diameter of the inner wall is 7.0mm, the wall thickness of the capsule wall is 0.2 mm) of the second capsule section (the upper half section) is 30-35mm, and a 20mm long cigarette filter tow (the diameter is 7.0 mm) is arranged in the capsule shell, and one end of the cigarette filter tow is attached to the inner wall of the cylindrical end face of the upper half section capsule shell. The upper half capsule shell is provided with a filter core part (10-15 mm) without filling and is used as the outer wall of the lock catch. Namely the part of the total length (30-35 mm) of the upper half capsule shell minus the built-in 20mm long cigarette filter core forms the outer wall of the lock catch, and the total length of the part is 10-15mm.
The first capsule section (lower section) has a capsule shell length of 30mm and is divided into a locking part (diameter-contracted section) and a non-locking part. The lock catch part is positioned at the upper end and is buckled with the non-filled cigarette filter tow part of the upper half capsule in a molded product, the length of the lock catch part is 10mm, the diameter of the outer wall of the lock catch part is 7.2mm (the lock catch is made to be compact by being larger than the diameter of the inner wall of the upper half by 0.2 mm), the diameter of the inner wall is 6.8mm, the wall thickness is 0.2mm, the diameter of the outer wall of the lower half is 20mm, the diameter of the inner wall is 7.4mm, and the wall thickness is 0.2mm.
As shown in fig. 4, the cigarette filter tow is provided with two sections, the first section of cigarette filter tow is 7 mm long and 7.0mm in diameter, the second section of cigarette filter tow is 6.8mm in diameter and is in accordance with the inner diameter of the lower half capsule locking part, and the second section of cigarette filter tow can extend into the lower half capsule locking part to give greater pressure to tobacco raw materials, so that the capsule shell is less prone to deformation.
The capsule shell may be formed by injection molding. And punching holes at two ends of the molded capsule shell cylinder in a laser punching mode. The pore size density is 3-4/mm, the pores can be round and square, and the maximum diameter is 0.2mm.
The specific manufacturing steps are as follows:
1. pulverizing the main ingredients of the re-cured tobacco into powder with certain granularity (20-80 meshes);
2. mixing the raw materials according to the formula proportion of the set leaf group;
3. adding 20% -30% of glycerol into the mixed leaf group powder and uniformly stirring;
4. adding essence, spice and preservative into the obtained materials, uniformly mixing, and marking as tobacco raw materials;
5. preparing a cylindrical capsule shell by using polyether ketone (PEK) or polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) as a main raw material, wherein the length is 40mm, the diameter is 7.3mm, and the wall thickness is 0.1-0.2mm;
6. punching the lower end of the first capsule section and the upper end face of the second capsule section;
7. filling a raw tobacco material into a first capsule section;
8. placing cigarette filter tow into a second capsule section;
9. the first capsule section and the second capsule section are buckled through a lock catch;
10. and (5) removing dust on the outer surface of the capsule, and finishing and packaging.

the first capsule section and the second capsule section are connected through a lock catch; the upper part of the first capsule section is provided with a diameter shrinkage section serving as a lock catch inner wall; and the tail end of the second capsule section is not filled with the cigarette filter tow and is used as a locking outer wall to be matched with the diameter shrinkage section.
