技术领域
本发明涉及功能性饲料添加剂领域,具体涉及一种广谱霉菌毒素吸附组合物及其应用。
背景技术
霉菌毒素是霉菌的次级代谢产物,种类繁多,对饲料造成霉变污染。污染饲料的霉菌毒素对动物的免疫系统、消化系统、生殖系统造成常在性危害。目前霉菌毒素脱毒方法主要包括物理脱毒法、化学脱毒法和吸附剂吸附法。
物理脱毒法:主要有机械分离法、粉碎法、密度筛分法、溶剂萃取法、热灭活法和辐射法,这类方法操作都较为复杂,脱毒效果有限,在生产中应用较少。
化学脱毒法,主要包括碱处理法、臭氧处理法和其他化学处理方法。
(1)碱处理法:在实际生产中常用石灰水和氨处理霉变饲料,破坏部分霉菌毒素分子结构,但是这种处理方法存在如下不足之处:商品饲料是干基的,石灰水处理后再烘干,成本失控。
(2)臭氧处理法:臭氧可在体外通过化学反应降解AFB1、AFG、AFB2和AFG2,但是这种处理方法存在如下不足之处:易爆有毒气体,安全风险高。
(3)其他化学处理方法:重亚硫酸钠与AF反应生成水溶性产物,从而解除AF的毒性。但是这种方法只对某几种毒素有效,适用范围较窄。
吸附剂吸附法
用来控制饲料或食品中霉菌毒素最常用的方法是使用霉菌毒素吸附剂。大多数霉菌毒素吸附剂通过降低霉菌毒素质量浓度而减少其他进入血液和靶细胞的机会,从而减轻或防止霉菌毒素产生的毒害作用。吸附剂包括无机霉菌毒素吸附剂和有机霉菌毒素吸附剂两种。
无机霉菌毒素吸附剂,包括:
a、硅铝酸类,如黏土、沸石、皂土、蒙脱石和麦饭石。这类物质在吸附毒素的同时会吸附大量营养素。
b、硅铝酸盐衍生物,对普通硅铝酸盐的分子结构改性,改性后的硅铝酸盐对AF有很强的吸附力,一旦结合后在消化道内不易分离;但改性硅铝酸盐衍生物,价高不适合饲料行业使用。
有机霉菌毒素吸附剂,包括:
a、消胆安。消胆安是一种高相对分子量季胺类阴离子交换树脂,可以吸附OTA和ZON。但人类使用过程中观察到消胆安严重干扰服药者对于维生素的吸收。
b、有机瓷土,有机瓷土是酸性高岭土通过以有机阳离子交换后得到的产物。这种有机瓷土对毒素的吸附作用明显增强。但是,目前尚未工业化有机瓷土。
c、酯化甘露聚糖(ZGM),其是一种啤酒酵母细胞壁提取物,它具有非常大的表面积,1g的EGM于霉菌毒素接触的表面积达22平方米,是一种广谱非特异性的霉菌毒素吸附剂,在广泛的PH范围内对多种霉菌毒素都有很高的结合率。甘露聚糖是畜牧生产主要使用的脱霉产品。酯化甘露聚糖粉末粒径远小于全价饲料粉料粒径,又因为酯化甘露聚糖不溶于水。所以饲料加工厂或养殖场都面临如何将酯化甘露聚糖均匀分散于饲料之中,尽管花费很多成本,依然是“大致”混合均匀。本发明组合物可通过饮水均匀湿润胃肠饲料,可节省混合成本,又保证了混合均匀。
此外,最新解毒方法是用酶或活的微生物对霉菌毒素进行生物降解。但是,生物降解法的成本较高,其实际应用价值现阶段还有所限制。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明针对上述现有技术存在的问题做出改进,即本发明公开了一种广谱霉菌毒素吸附组合物及其应用。
技术方案:一种广谱霉菌毒素吸附组合物,以质量计,包括:
聚维酮 10份~50份;
亚硫酸氢钠 30份~70份;
N—乙酰半胱氨酸 5份~10份。
进一步地,所述聚维酮为聚维酮K30~聚维酮K120。
上述的一种广谱霉菌毒素吸附组合物的应用,在混饲时,广谱霉菌毒素吸附组合物与饲料的质量比为1:500~1000。
上述的一种广谱霉菌毒素吸附组合物的应用,将广谱霉菌毒素吸附组合物混入饮用水时,广谱霉菌毒素吸附组合物与饲料的质量比为1:1000~2000。
本发明采用食品级聚维酮(K30~K120),通过溶解于饮用水给动物投送脱霉剂,无色无臭,不影响动物正常采水量,由于聚维酮以分子状态溶于水中形成真溶液,含有聚维酮均分布于食糜中,与种类繁多的霉菌毒素发生吸附作用,由于聚维酮不被消化酶降解,不被吸收,吸附着霉菌毒素的聚维酮最后于动物粪便一起排出体外,解决了传统脱霉剂与成品饲料难以混合均匀的技术问题。
聚维酮主要依靠自身的疏水基团(聚乙烯基)与霉菌毒素的疏水基因通过疏水力而相互接近,最终形成聚维酮----霉菌毒素疏水结合物。由于霉菌毒素的疏水性远远超过营养素,所以聚维酮脱霉不会发生传统脱霉剂那样吸附营养素,引发营养素缺乏问题。
本发明形成的成品面向自配饲料养殖场,面向颗粒料猪场;根据季节,饲料霉变程度及动物临床表现,可以随时通过饮水系统使用聚维酮成品,将霉菌毒素中毒风险降至最低。
从分子结构上分析种类繁多的霉菌毒素与聚维酮之间很难形成配位键,所以,聚维酮-----霉菌毒素相互作用力为非共价键形式的结合力。理论上聚维酮与霉菌毒素结合力有以下3钟:
1、聚维酮分子中的内酰胺是极性基团,在动物胃酸作用下,其氮原子质子化而带正电荷,聚维酮与带负电荷的霉菌毒素可通过静电引力相互结合;形成聚维酮-----霉菌毒素静电结合物。
2、聚维酮分子中的疏水基团聚乙烯基与霉菌毒素的疏水基团可以通过疏水力而相互接近,形成聚维酮----霉菌毒素疏水结合物。
3、聚维酮分子具有大量羰基,为氢键受体,可与部分氢键给体的霉菌毒素形成,聚维酮----霉菌毒素氢键结合物。
易溶于水的霉菌毒素极少,仅有串珠镰刀菌素,丁烯酸内酯、展青霉素等。其余300种霉菌毒素都是疏水性毒素,是聚维酮吸附的对象,对于饲料中其他微量有机污染物如二噁英,也能形成聚维酮----二噁英疏水结合物。
聚维酮分子在水溶液中可能以串联的圆形线圈形式存在,圆形线圈内部主要为聚乙烯基链(疏水区),丁内酰胺基因朝向圆形线圈外部(亲水区)。这种构型能量低,适合以上讨论的三种吸附质----吸附剂结合物形成。
有益效果:本发明公开的一种广谱霉菌毒素吸附组合物及其应用具有以下有益效果:
1.广谱霉菌毒素吸附组合物便于使用,其是水溶性脱霉剂,既可以饮水使用又可拌料使用。
2.防、治皆备:既可应用于预防霉菌毒素的发生,同时对已经发生霉菌毒素的畜禽起到治疗性作用-本发明采用食品级聚维酮(K30~K120),通过溶解于饮用水给动物投送脱霉剂,无色无臭,不影响动物正常采水量,由于聚维酮以分子状态溶于水中形成真溶液,含有聚维酮均分布于食糜中,与种类繁多的霉菌毒素发生吸附作用,由于聚维酮不被消化酶降解,不被吸收,吸附着霉菌毒素的聚维酮最后于动物粪便一起排出体外。
3、本发明聚维酮实质上分子层级吸附剂,与前述常用的固体凝集态吸附剂相比较,具有数量级差异,量小作用大。
4、药动学性质优良,广谱霉菌毒素吸附组合物进入机体后吸收迅速,药物分布广泛,皮肤、肺、肝脏、胆汁等均有药物分布,1~2小时可达峰值,代谢迅速,排出完全,安全性高,无残留。

具体实施例1
一种广谱霉菌毒素吸附组合物,以质量计,包括:
聚维酮 10份;
亚硫酸氢钠 30份;
N—乙酰半胱氨酸 5份。
进一步地,所述聚维酮为聚维酮K30。
以上组合物分(聚维酮、亚硫酸氢钠、N—乙酰半胱氨酸)优先使用食用规格,其次使用药用规格。
上述的一种广谱霉菌毒素吸附组合物的应用,在混饲时,广谱霉菌毒素吸附组合物与饲料的质量比为1:500。
上述的一种广谱霉菌毒素吸附组合物的应用,将广谱霉菌毒素吸附组合物混入饮用水时,广谱霉菌毒素吸附组合物与饲料的质量比为1:1000。
具体实施例2
一种广谱霉菌毒素吸附组合物,以质量计,包括:
聚维酮 50份;
亚硫酸氢钠 70份;
N—乙酰半胱氨酸 10份。
进一步地,所述聚维酮为聚维酮K120。
上述的一种广谱霉菌毒素吸附组合物的应用,在混饲时,广谱霉菌毒素吸附组合物与饲料的质量比为1:1000。
上述的一种广谱霉菌毒素吸附组合物的应用,将广谱霉菌毒素吸附组合物混入饮用水时,广谱霉菌毒素吸附组合物与饲料的质量比为1:2000。
具体实施例3
一种广谱霉菌毒素吸附组合物,以质量计,包括:
聚维酮 30份;
亚硫酸氢钠 50份;
N—乙酰半胱氨酸 7.5份。
进一步地,所述聚维酮为聚维酮K90。
上述的一种广谱霉菌毒素吸附组合物的应用,在混饲时,广谱霉菌毒素吸附组合物与饲料的质量比为1:750。
上述的一种广谱霉菌毒素吸附组合物的应用,将广谱霉菌毒素吸附组合物混入饮用水时,广谱霉菌毒素吸附组合物与饲料的质量比为1:1500。

1.一种广谱霉菌毒素吸附组合物,其特征在于,以质量计,包括:
聚维酮 10份~50份;
亚硫酸氢钠 30份~70份;
N—乙酰半胱氨酸 5份~10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种广谱霉菌毒素吸附组合物,其特征在于,所述聚维酮为聚维酮K30~聚维酮K120。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种广谱霉菌毒素吸附组合物的应用,在混饲时,广谱霉菌毒素吸附组合物与饲料的质量比为1:500~1000。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的一种广谱霉菌毒素吸附组合物的应用,将广谱霉菌毒素吸附组合物混入饮用水时,广谱霉菌毒素吸附组合物与饲料的质量比为1:1000~2000。
