一种视频眼镜头带(100)及视频眼镜，该视频眼镜头带(100)包括：相互连接的第一头环主体(1)以及第二头环主体(2)，第一头环主体(1)与第二头环主体(2)之间形成佩戴空间；第一头环主体(1)上设有用以与视频眼镜主体(200)配合的对接组件(3)；第二头环主体(2)内设有电池组件，电池组件包括电池(211)。视频眼镜头带(100)将电池组件设于视频眼镜头带(100)后半部分的第二头环主体(2)内，以使电池组件后置，从而可以使视频眼镜的整机重量分布均匀，给用户带来更舒适的视觉体验。
