技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于混动车辆(PHEV)或电动车辆(BEV)的线束的电气接线盒以及采用该电气接线盒的高压线束。
背景技术
车辆电气化发展了多年并且需要新设计的线束。为了安全起见,车辆中使用高压需要提高的绝缘能力。而且,高压线束必须被完全屏蔽以防止对环境的电磁辐射。电磁辐射会干扰例如自动驾驶车辆的传感器。通过在标准线束中使用分配器连接以减少长缆线的量是现有技术中公知的。当使用屏蔽的高压缆线时,分配器连接更加复杂。通常,电气接线盒具有由金属制成的保护外壳,该保护外壳为内部的高压缆线提供机械保护以及屏蔽能力。屏蔽缆线的屏蔽编织连接至保护外壳并且建立所有缆线与保护外壳的屏蔽连续性。在驱动模式下或在由高压线束损坏引起故障的情况下,屏蔽编织可能含有高压。在此情况下,保护外壳需要引导高电流。一直处于故障模式直到高压安全电路开关关闭系统。此负载取决于所需求的装置功率或者故障线路。保护外壳通常由铝制成。为了安全起见,铝外壳需要绕铝外壳布置的保护层或者由电绝缘材料制成的外壳。否则将需要额外的接地连接。总之,由铝制成的保护外壳是沉重且昂贵的并且将需要额外的罩或者接地。

发明内容

12.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的电气接线盒(10),其中,所述接线盒外壳(100)包括两个半体壳,这两个半体壳能分开地绕所述电气汇流元件(200)布置,限定所述接线盒外壳(100)。
13.根据权利要求5所述的电气接线盒(10),其中,所述细长体(210)是Y形的并且其中所述连接件(205)布置在Y形的所述细长体(210)的端部,借此两个连接件(205)布置在所述细长体(210)的一个端部并且一个连接件(205)布置在所述细长体(210)的相反的端部。
14.一种电线束,该电线束包括至少三根电缆(300)以及根据权利要求1至13中任一项所述的电气接线盒(10),其中,所述电缆(300)包括箍(320),该箍设置在所述电缆(300)的所述线端部(310)处从而电连接屏蔽编织(302),所述线端部(310)伸出穿过所述接线盒外壳(100)内的至少一个开口(110),所述箍(320)电连接至所述电气汇流元件(200)的所述连接件(205),从而电连接所有电缆(300)的所述屏蔽编织(302)。
15.一种制造根据权利要求14所述的电线束的方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
提供至少三根电缆(300)以及电气接线盒(10);
打开所述接线盒外壳(100);
相对于所述电气汇流元件(200)将所述线端部(310)调整到使所述箍(320)能安装至所述连接件(205)的位置;
使所述箍(320)连接至所述连接件(205);
封闭所述接线盒外壳(100)。
