Abstract
本发明公开了一种电线电缆耐压试验专用接头,包括筒体、锁夹、导电尖杆和插头;所述筒体后端的内圆面为圆锥面;所述锁夹包括两个半圆形的用于夹紧电缆的夹体;所述夹体的外表面为圆锥面并与所述筒体后端的内圆面相配合;所述插头固定于筒体前端,所述导电插杆通过螺纹连接于所述筒体内并具有用于刺入电缆缆芯部的尖端,所述导电插杆与插头之间设有压缩的导电弹簧;本接头能够有效的将被测试的电缆与耐压试验设备的接线端连接,并且能够有效防止被击穿。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电缆耐压试验设备领域,尤其涉及一种电线电缆耐压试验专用接头。
背景技术
在进行电缆电线的耐压试验工作时,试验接头的使用必不可少,试验接头完成了电线电缆线芯与放电端连接的工作,现有试验接头普遍采用鳄鱼夹,夹头表面无绝缘物质覆盖,且因线芯间隙较小,鳄鱼夹接头在使用时容易导致电缆线芯相互接触而放电出现火花,既不能达到试验目的,又带来安全隐患,如果通过剥开电线线缆的外护套而分开线芯,又会因不能恢复原状只能将剥开外护套部分的电线电缆截断,这样就导致线芯浪费较多的问题,不利于节约成本。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种电线电缆耐压试验专用接头,能够有效的将被测试的电缆与耐压试验设备的接线端连接,并且能够有效防止被击穿。
本发明的电线电缆耐压试验专用接头,包括筒体、锁夹、导电插杆和插头;所述筒体后端的内圆面为圆锥面;所述锁夹包括两个半圆形的用于夹紧电缆的夹体;所述夹体的外表面为圆锥面并与所述筒体后端的内圆面相配合;所述插头固定于筒体前端,所述导电插杆通过螺纹连接于所述筒体内并具有用于刺入电缆缆芯部的尖端,所述导电插杆与插头之间设有压缩的导电弹簧;
进一步,所述筒体靠近后端的侧壁设有条形开口,所述夹体固定有伸出条形开口外的短杆;所述筒体外圆螺纹连接有用于沿轴向推动短杆的螺母;
进一步,所述筒体的侧壁设有环形绝缘腔,绝缘腔中填充有六氟化硫气体;
进一步,所述导电插杆包括相互固定的头部和杆部,其头部设有与所述筒体螺纹连接的外螺纹,头部端面设有方孔;
进一步,所述插头包括一体成型的插头座和插头体,所述插头座通过螺栓连接于筒体前端;且插头座设有外罩与插头体的保护罩;
进一步,所述保护罩可伸缩的方式配合于插头座,插头座内设有推动保护罩伸出的复位弹簧;
进一步,所述筒体的内表面设有橡胶层;
进一步,所述插头座设有环形安装槽;所述保护罩的后端嵌入该环形安装槽内并可沿轴向滑动,所述复位弹簧设置于该环形安装槽内。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的电线电缆耐压试验专用接头,使用时,先将电缆插入到筒体的后端,然后在电缆与筒体之间的缝隙处压入锁夹,使电缆固定在筒体后端,再旋转导电插杆,利用其尖端刺入电缆的芯部,最后将插头与筒体前端固定,将插头插入到耐压试验设备的连接孔内。

具体实施方式
图1为本发明的结构示意图;如图所示:本实施例的电线电缆6耐压试验专用接头,包括筒体9、锁夹8、导电插杆和插头1;所述筒体9后端的内圆面为圆锥面;所述锁夹8包括两个半圆形的用于夹紧电缆6的夹体;所述夹体的外表面为圆锥面并与所述筒体9后端的内圆面相配合;所述插头1固定于筒体9前端,所述导电插杆通过螺纹连接于所述筒体9内并具有用于刺入电缆 6缆芯部的尖端,所述导电插杆与插头1之间设有压缩的导电弹簧11;使用时,先将电缆6插入到筒体9的后端,然后在电缆6与筒体9之间的缝隙处压入锁夹8,使电缆6固定在筒体9后端,再旋转导电插杆,利用其尖端刺入电缆6 的芯部,最后将插头1与筒体9前端固定,将插头1插入到耐压试验设备的连接孔内。
本实施例中,所述筒体9靠近后端的侧壁设有条形开口,所述夹体固定有伸出条形开口外的短杆;所述筒体9外圆螺纹连接有用于沿轴向推动短杆的螺母7;通过旋转螺母7可以推动夹体向前端移动,最终将电缆6夹紧。
本实施例中,所述筒体9的侧壁设有环形绝缘腔10,绝缘腔中填充有六氟化硫气体;六氟化硫气体有着极佳的绝缘性和灭弧能力,可以防止接头被高压击穿。
本实施例中,所述导电插杆包括相互固定的头部4和杆部5,其头部4设有与所述筒体9螺纹连接的外螺纹,头部4端面设有方孔3;可以利用螺丝刀插入该方孔3,转动整个导电插杆。
本实施例中,所述插头1包括一体成型的插头座12和插头1体,所述插头座12通过螺栓连接于筒体9前端;且插头座12设有外罩与插头1体的保护罩 13。
本实施例中,所述保护罩13可伸缩的方式配合于插头座12,插头座12内设有推动保护罩13伸出的复位弹簧2;通过保护套的伸缩动作可以改变插头1 体伸出保护罩13的长度。
本实施例中,所述筒体的内表面设有橡胶层,橡胶层可以提高其与电缆6 之间的摩擦系数。
本实施例中,所述插头座12设有环形安装槽;所述保护罩13的后端嵌入该环形安装槽内并可沿轴向滑动,所述复位弹簧2设置于该环形安装槽内。

1.一种电线电缆耐压试验专用接头,其特征在于:包括筒体、锁夹、导电插杆和插头;所述筒体后端的内圆面为圆锥面;所述锁夹包括两个半圆形的用于夹紧电缆的夹体;所述夹体的外表面为圆锥面并与所述筒体后端的内圆面相配合;所述插头固定于筒体前端,所述导电插杆通过螺纹连接于所述筒体内并具有用于刺入电缆缆芯部的尖端,所述导电插杆与插头之间设有压缩的导电弹簧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电线电缆耐压试验专用接头,其特征在于:所述筒体靠近后端的侧壁设有条形开口,所述夹体固定有伸出条形开口外的短杆;所述筒体外圆螺纹连接有用于沿轴向推动短杆的螺母。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电线电缆耐压试验专用接头,其特征在于:所述筒体的侧壁设有环形绝缘腔,绝缘腔中填充有六氟化硫气体。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电线电缆耐压试验专用接头,其特征在于:所述导电插杆包括相互固定的头部和杆部,其头部设有与所述筒体螺纹连接的外螺纹,头部端面设有方孔。
5.根据权利要求4所述的电线电缆耐压试验专用接头,其特征在于:所述插头包括一体成型的插头座和插头体,所述插头座通过螺栓连接于筒体前端;且插头座设有外罩与插头体的保护罩。
6.根据权利要求5所述的电线电缆耐压试验专用接头,其特征在于:所述保护罩可伸缩的方式配合于插头座,插头座内设有推动保护罩伸出的复位弹簧。
7.根据权利要求6所述的电线电缆耐压试验专用接头,其特征在于:所述筒体的内表面设有橡胶层。
8.根据权利要求7所述的电线电缆耐压试验专用接头,其特征在于:所述插头座设有环形安装槽;所述保护罩的后端嵌入该环形安装槽内并可沿轴向滑动,所述复位弹簧设置于该环形安装槽内。
