All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for querying a courier note number according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method is executed by a device for querying a courier note number, where the device may be implemented by software and/or hardware, and the device may be configured in a terminal device, and the method may be applied in a scenario where a user queries a courier note number.
As shown in fig. 1, the technical solution provided by the embodiment of the present invention includes:
s110, receiving a first character string of the first express identification code, wherein the first character string is part of the content of the first express identification code.
Optionally, the first express identification code, the second express identification code and the target express identification code are all mobile phone numbers; correspondingly, the first character string is a part of the number of the mobile phone, for example, the first character string is the last four digits of the number of the mobile phone.
In other embodiments, the first express identification code, the second express identification code and the target express identification code may also be information such as a landline number and an identification number.
And S120, sending the first character string to a server.
S130, receiving one or more second express identification codes returned by the server according to the first character string, wherein the second express identification codes comprise the first character string.
Optionally, S130 specifically includes:
and the receiving server returns an identification code list according to the first character string, wherein the identification code list comprises one or more second express identification codes, and the second express identification codes comprise the first character string.
Further, the second express delivery identification codes in the identification code list are sorted and listed according to the latest use time and/or the use frequency.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the courier user inquires the express waybill number through the mobile phone terminal, the mobile phone terminal receives the last four-digit number of the mobile phone number input by the user in the inquiry box and sends the last four-digit number to the server.
The server inquires all the mobile phone numbers of the tail numbers corresponding to the last four-digit numbers according to the last four-digit numbers, sorts the inquired mobile phone numbers according to the latest service time for the express service, and/or sorts the inquired mobile phone numbers according to the service frequency for the express service, and sends the sorted mobile phone numbers to the mobile phone terminal in a mobile phone number list form, wherein the mobile phone number list comprises one or more mobile phone numbers.
The mobile phone end receives the mobile phone number list sent by the server, displays the mobile phone number list, and the user can select the target mobile phone number to be inquired from the displayed mobile phone number list.
And S140, sending the target express identification code selected by the user from the one or more second express identification codes to a server.
In the embodiment of the invention, the mobile phone end sends the target mobile phone number selected by the user to the server according to the selection operation of the user.
The server inquires the express waybill number corresponding to the target mobile phone number according to the association relation between the mobile phone number and the express waybill number, and sends the inquired express waybill number and an information page of the express waybill number to the mobile phone terminal.
S150, receiving the express waybill number returned by the server according to the target express identification code.
In the embodiment of the invention, the mobile phone end receives the express delivery order number and the information page returned by the server and displays the information page of the express delivery order number, and the user can update the latest information of the express, such as shelving information, delivery information and the like, on the information page.
According to the method for inquiring the express waybill number, provided by the embodiment of the invention, a second express identification code containing a first character string of the first express identification code is inquired and obtained from a server, and a corresponding express waybill number is inquired from the server through a target express identification code selected from the second express identification code, wherein the first character string is part of the content of the first express identification code. Compared with the method in the prior art, the method has the advantages that the user can quickly inquire the express waybill number only by inputting the first short character string and selecting the target express identification code from the second express identification code, the input operation is simple and quick when the user inquires the express waybill number, and the inquiry efficiency is high.
Fig. 2 is a method for querying an express waybill number according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, a technical solution provided by the embodiment of the present invention includes:
s210, receiving a first character string of the first express identification code, wherein the first character string is part of the content of the first express identification code.
And S220, starting timing.
S230, detecting whether a second character string input by a user is received or not in preset time, and if the second character string input by the user is not received, executing the following S240; if there is the second character string for which the user input is received, the following S280 is performed.
Optionally, the second string includes at least one character.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a timing strategy is added on the basis of the above embodiment. And when the mobile phone end receives the last four digits of the mobile phone number input by the user, executing a timing strategy and starting countdown. For example, within 1 second of the countdown, the mobile phone detects whether the user continues to input characters, if the characters input by the user are not received, it is determined that the user wants to query by using the last four digits of the mobile phone number, the following S240 is executed, and the last four digits of the mobile phone number input by the user are sent to the server; if the character input by the user is received, it is determined that the user wants to perform a query using the complete target phone number, and the following step S280 is performed.
And S240, sending the first character string to a server.
And S250, receiving one or more second express identification codes returned by the server according to the first character string, wherein the second express identification codes comprise the first character string.
And S260, sending the target express identification code selected by the user from the one or more second express identification codes to a server.
And S270, receiving the express waybill number returned by the server according to the target express identification code.
And S280, waiting for the user to input the target express identification code, sending the target express identification code to the server, and executing the S270.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the mobile phone end receives the characters input by the user within 1 second of countdown, the mobile phone end waits for the user to continuously input the complete target mobile phone number and sends the complete target mobile phone number input by the user to the server.
The server inquires the express waybill number corresponding to the target mobile phone number according to the incidence relation between the mobile phone number and the express waybill number, and sends the inquired express waybill number and an information page of the express waybill number to the mobile phone terminal.
The mobile phone end receives the express delivery waybill number and the information page returned by the server, the information page of the express delivery waybill number is displayed, and a user can update the latest information of the express, such as shelving information and delivery information, on the information page.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, through a timing strategy, when a user inputs a first character string in a preset time, a mobile phone end detects whether the user continues to input characters, if the characters input by the user are not received, the user is judged to adopt the first character string for inquiring, and an inquiring mode of only inputting the first character string is provided for the user; if the characters input by the user are received, the fact that the user wants to adopt the complete target express identification code for inquiring is judged, and an inquiring mode of inputting the complete target express identification code is provided for the user.
Optionally, on the basis of the above embodiment, after S210 and before S220, the following two steps may be further included:
a length value of the first string is calculated.
The data type of the characters in the first string is confirmed.
Correspondingly, S220 may specifically be:
and when the length value of the first character string is equal to the preset length value and the characters in the first character string are numbers, starting timing.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a verification policy is further added on the basis of the above embodiment. When a user inputs characters in a query box displayed at a mobile phone end, the mobile phone end calculates the length value of the input first character string every time the mobile phone end receives one character, and confirms the data type of the characters in the input first character string. And when the length value of the first character string is equal to 4 (preset length value) and each character in the first character string is a number in 0-9, judging that the first character string conforms to the form of the last four digits of the mobile phone number, starting timing, otherwise, judging that the first character string does not conform to the form of the last four digits of the mobile phone number, and not starting timing.
Through the verification strategy, the mobile phone end only responds to the first character string which passes the verification, does not respond to the first character string which does not pass the verification, and can avoid initiating an invalid query request to the server.
