本发明涉及一种具有偏置主圆弧和八字顶的罗茨泵用转子,其半叶理论型线由峰同心扇弧段、峰减重圆弧段、偏置主圆弧段、偏置主圆弧段的谷共轭弧段和扇点对应的谷避让圆弧段共5部分首尾相连组成,其中偏置主圆弧的起点半径过峰节点;偏置主圆弧段的终点为转子副的节点;峰减重圆弧段由过扇点和偏置主圆弧段起点且与扇点半径线相切的三个条件所唯一确定;谷避让圆弧段由过谷共轭弧段的终点、谷点和圆心在谷轴上的这三个条件所唯一确定,从而实现转子叶的重心偏往谷部、更低的径向泄漏和更大的转子形状系数。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有偏置主圆弧和八字顶的罗茨泵用转子。
背景技术:
罗茨泵是一种回转式容积泵,工作原理类似于齿轮泵,具有原理简单、体积小、重量轻、成本低、密封性好、无污染等特点,广泛应用于介质输送、抽真空、鼓风等方面。
转子的形状系数直接决定了泵的介质输出量,追求转子更大的形状系数是其设计的永恒主题。其中,在目前所有的泵用转子中,圆弧转子最常见,形状系数也最大,2叶时为ε 0 =1.67,3叶时为ε 0 =1.48;但缺点是转子叶的重心偏往峰部,不利于缓解转子系统的动不平衡和降低振动故障;转子顶部的径向泄漏大。
发明内容
本发明针对背景技术中的问题,提出一种具有偏置主圆弧和八字顶的泵用转子,其目的在于:通过偏置主圆弧和八字顶的组合型线创新,从而实现转子叶的重心偏往谷部、更低的径向泄漏和更大的转子形状系数。
为实现上述目的,本发明技术解决方案如下:
一种具有偏置主圆弧和八字顶的泵用转子,其半叶理论型线由峰同心扇弧段、峰减重圆弧段、偏置主圆弧段、偏置主圆弧段的谷共轭弧段和扇点对应的谷避让圆弧段共5部分首尾相连组成。其中,偏置主圆弧的起点半径过峰节点;偏置主圆弧段的终点为转子副的节点;峰减重圆弧段由过扇点和偏置主圆弧段起点且与扇点半径线相切的三个条件所唯一确定;谷避让圆弧段由过谷共轭弧段的终点、谷点和圆心在谷轴上的这三个条件所唯一确定。
其设计方法包括以下步骤:
首先,基于偏置主圆弧的起点半径过峰节点和偏置主圆弧段的终点为转子副的节点,由谷共轭弧段的2个无奇异点条件和偏置主圆弧段的终点为转子副的节点,唯一确定出偏置主圆弧段的形位尺寸;
其次,由过扇点和偏置主圆弧的起点且与扇点半径线相切的三个条件,唯一确定出峰减重圆弧段;
最后,由过谷共轭弧段的终点、谷点和圆心在谷轴上的这三个条件,唯一确定出谷避让圆弧段。
相对于现有技术,本发明有益效果如下:
本发明的泵用转子较传统转子的最大形状系数得到有效提高;峰减重圆弧段致使叶重心偏往谷部;同心扇弧段致使径向泄漏更低;谷避让圆弧段确保不存在运动干涉且加工相对简单。

实施例:泵用2叶转子的偏置主圆弧和八字顶的组合型线
如图1所示,本发明的一种具有偏置主圆弧和八字顶的罗茨泵用转子简称为创新转子;常见圆弧转子简称为传统转子,其峰部为圆心o'位于峰轴上的单一圆弧段。创新转子峰轴和节圆的交点简称为峰节点;扇弧的端点2简称为扇点;峰同心扇弧段的圆心角简称为扇角;点1为峰点;点6为谷点。
本发明的创新转子的半叶理论型线由峰同心扇弧段12,峰减重圆弧段23,偏置主圆弧段34,偏置主圆弧段34的谷共轭弧段45,扇点2对应的谷避让圆弧段56,共5部分的首尾相连组成。其中,扇角为3 °;偏置主圆弧段34的起点半径过峰节点;偏置主圆弧段34的终点4为转子副的节点;峰减重圆弧段23由过点2和点3且与半径线o 12相切的三个条件所唯一确定;谷避让圆弧段56由过点5和点6及圆心在谷轴上的这三个条件所唯一确定。两减重圆弧段的形状类似于八字形,八字顶由此得名。

由图1中传统转子与创新转子的型线比较看,峰减重圆弧段能有效降低转子的峰部质量,致使叶重心偏往谷部,从而缓解转子系统的动不平衡,降低振动故障;创新转子的同心扇弧段代替传统转子的非同心圆弧段致使径向泄漏更低。
由图1中扇点2的避让线段和谷避让圆弧段56的比较看,运动中始终不存在型线上的几何干涉,且谷避让圆弧段56的加工也简单些。

1.一种具有偏置主圆弧和八字顶的泵用转子,其特征在于:其半叶理论型线由峰同心扇弧段、峰减重圆弧段、偏置主圆弧段、偏置主圆弧段的谷共轭弧段和扇点对应的谷避让圆弧段共5部分首尾相连组成;所述偏置主圆弧段的起点半径过峰节点;偏置主圆弧段的终点为转子副的节点;所述峰减重圆弧段由过扇点和偏置主圆弧段的起点且与扇点半径线相切的三个条件所唯一确定;所述谷避让圆弧段由过谷共轭弧段的终点、谷点和圆心在谷轴上的这三个条件所唯一确定;所述扇点为扇弧的端点,所述峰节点为峰轴和节圆的交点。
