Abstract

本发明公开了一种凝胶面膜材料及其制备方法,属于面膜的制备技术领域。其解决了现有技术中面膜存在的持水性能差、贴合度不高等缺陷。其是以胶性纤维或其与非成胶性纤维二者混合作为原料制备而成,其中的胶性纤维为海藻酸盐纤维、羧甲基纤维素纤维、壳聚糖纤维中的一种或几种的共混物,采用无纺布工艺和切割工艺,其中所指的无纺布工艺为针刺无纺布工艺、水刺无纺布工艺或热风无纺布工艺。本发明凝胶面膜材料可根据产品应用部位不同可将凝胶面膜材料切割成不同形状,适用于面部、眼部、颈部等皮肤护理区域。本发明凝胶面膜材料贴合度好、持水性能优、生物相容性优。

一种凝胶面膜材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及面膜领域,具体涉及一种凝胶面膜材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
伴随环境污染、社会压力增大和各类化妆品的滥用,痤疮、粉刺、皮肤缺水、重金属污染和深度损伤等逐渐成为困扰人们肌肤的主要问题。
面膜是一种常见的面部护理用品,经涂抹或敷于面部对皮肤进行护理,主要作用有补水和美白。随着化妆品种类的丰富,在面膜的基础上眼膜、颈膜等同类产品相继面世,用于改善眼部和颈部肌肤。目前,面膜生产企业简单的通过向面膜精华液中添加不同的功效成分开发出具有众多功效的新型面膜,但这些开发仅局限于精华液,对面膜材质和生产工艺的开发没有太多进展,采用的还是棉纤维、天丝等目前较为常见的材料,以这些材料制得的面膜具有贴合度不好、持水性能差、生物相容性差和不缓释等缺陷。如申请号201320311594.9公开了一种纯棉水刺无纺布面膜,包括载体,载体的材料为纯棉水刺无纺布,其持水性能差、贴合度不高。如申请号201310525959.2公开了一种高吸水蚕丝无纺布生产工艺,其利用了亲水剂溶液在不同的浓度、温度和时间的条件下,对蚕丝纤维或蚕丝水无纺布进行喷淋、浸泡或浸轧,使蚕丝纤维的吸水性大大提高,其同样存在上述缺陷。
因此,需从根本改变制作面膜的原料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种凝胶面膜材料及其制备方法,其通过选用成胶纤维替换现有原料,并且经无纺布工艺和切割工艺后制得,该凝胶面膜具有贴合度好、持水性能优、生物相容性优等优点。
本发明的任务之一在于提供一种凝胶面膜材料。
一种凝胶面膜材料,其是以胶性纤维或其与非成胶性纤维二者混合作为原料制备而成,所述的胶性纤维为海藻酸盐纤维、羧甲基纤维素纤维、壳聚糖纤维中的一种或几种的共混物。
上述胶性纤维如海藻酸盐纤维、CMC纤维和壳聚糖纤维等,它们在遇到含有钠离子的溶液、水或酸性溶液时可以形成凝胶,以这些纤维为原料经无纺布工艺制得的面膜材料浸泡于精华液时可以快速形成凝胶,将水和精华液锁于纤维内部和纤维之间,一方面可发挥纤维本身特性,包括补水保湿、修复肌肤、去除重金属残留和抗菌消炎等;另一方面可与精华液结合发挥效果,例如缓慢释放、美白和滋养肌肤等。
本发明的另一任务在于提供一种凝胶面膜材料的制备方法。
一种凝胶面膜材料的制备方法,其采用无纺布工艺和切割工艺,所述的无纺布工艺为针刺无纺布工艺、水刺无纺布工艺或热风无纺布工艺。
作为本发明的一个优选方案,所述的无纺布工艺为针刺无纺布工艺。
上述技术方案直接带来的有益技术效果为:
以针刺无纺布生产工艺生产的凝胶面膜材料具有液体吸收性能力强、成胶性能好和肤感柔和等优点,可以大量吸收精华液,充分发挥护理效果,使用舒适。
作为本发明的另一个优选方案,所述的海藻酸盐纤维为海藻钙纤维、含钠海藻酸钙纤维、海藻酸锌纤维、海藻酸铜纤维、海藻酸银纤维等。
进一步的,所述的非成胶性纤维为棉纤维、天丝、竹纤维、聚乙烯纤维或聚丙烯纤维。
进一步的,还包括最后在面膜材料的一侧或两侧增加骨架结构以提高面膜强度的步骤。
进一步的,所述骨架结构所选材料为热风无纺布、热轧无纺布或水刺无纺布。
本发明所带来的有益技术效果为:
本发明凝胶面膜材料可根据产品应用部位不同可将凝胶面膜材料切割成不同形状,适用于面部、眼部、颈部等皮肤护理区域。
本发明的凝胶面膜材料可以应用于日常护理、医美和医用卫生等领域。可通过对凝胶面膜材料的克重(每平方米面膜材料的重量)等指标进行调节以适用不同领域。
与现有技术中的面膜相比,本发明凝胶面膜材料贴合度好、持水性能优、生物相容性优。
具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种凝胶面膜材料及其制备方法,为了使本发明的优点、技术方案更加清楚、明确,下面结合具体实施例对本发明做详细说明。
本发明所选主要原料海藻酸盐纤维、羧甲基纤维素纤维、壳聚糖纤维均可通过商业渠道购买获得。
实施例1:
以海藻酸盐纤维为原料生产针刺凝胶面膜材料,具体方法如下:
第一步、称取海藻酸盐纤维10公斤;
第二步、将第一步称取得到的海藻酸盐纤维加入到针刺无纺布生产线内,依次经开松、梳理、铺网、针刺、切割后制得宽幅为25cm的无纺布卷材;
第三步、将第二步制得的宽幅为25cm的海藻酸盐纤维针刺无纺布卷材放入面膜布切割设备中,切割得到海藻酸盐纤维针刺凝胶面膜材料;
实施例2:
以海藻酸盐纤维和羧甲基纤维素纤维为原料生产针刺凝胶面膜材料,具体方法如下:
分别称取5公斤海藻酸盐纤维和5公斤锁甲基纤维素纤维,按照实施例1生产工艺生产得到以海藻酸盐纤维和羧甲基纤维素纤维为原料的针刺凝胶面膜材料。
实施例3:
以海藻酸盐纤维和天丝纤维为原料生产水刺凝胶面膜材料,具体方法如下:
分别称取5公斤羧甲基纤维素纤维和5公斤天丝纤维,按照水刺无纺布的生产工艺生产得到以海藻酸盐纤维和天丝纤维为原料生产水刺凝胶面膜材料。
实施例4:
以羧甲基壳聚糖纤维和聚丙烯纤维为原料生产热风无纺布凝胶面膜材料,具体方法如下:
分别称取4公斤羧甲基壳聚糖纤维和6公斤聚丙烯纤维,按照热风无纺布生产工艺生产得到以羧甲基壳聚糖纤维和聚丙烯纤维为原料生产热风无纺布凝胶面膜材料。
实施例5:
以热风无纺布为骨架结构的凝胶面膜材料的生产,具体方法如下:
称取10公斤海藻酸盐纤维,按照实施例1中的生产工艺依次经过依次经开松、梳理、铺网,待铺网完成后将海藻酸盐纤维网下层与热风无纺布重叠在一起后放入针刺机内,然后经针刺和切割工艺共制得无纺布卷材,然后经面膜布切割机切割后制得带有骨架结构的凝胶面膜材料。
对实施例1至实施例5生产的凝胶面膜材料进行取样测试产品性能,样品标号为样品1号-样品5号,另取市场已有面膜材料进行对比,标号为样品6号,测试结果如表1所示:

1.一种凝胶面膜材料,其特征在于:其是以胶性纤维或其与非成胶性纤维二者混合作为原料制备而成,所述的胶性纤维为海藻酸盐纤维、羧甲基纤维素纤维、壳聚糖纤维中的一种或几种的共混物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种凝胶面膜材料的制备方法,其特征在于:其采用无纺布工艺和切割工艺,所述的无纺布工艺为针刺无纺布工艺、水刺无纺布工艺或热风无纺布工艺。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种凝胶面膜材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的无纺布工艺为针刺无纺布工艺。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种凝胶面膜材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的海藻酸盐纤维为海藻钙纤维、含钠海藻酸钙纤维、海藻酸锌纤维、海藻酸铜纤维或海藻酸银纤维。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种凝胶面膜材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的非成胶性纤维为棉纤维、天丝、竹纤维、聚乙烯纤维或聚丙烯纤维。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种凝胶面膜材料的制备方法,其特征在于:还包括最后在面膜材料的一侧或两侧增加骨架结构以提高面膜强度的步骤。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种凝胶面膜材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述骨架结构所选材料为热风无纺布、热轧无纺布或水刺无纺布。
