技术领域
本发明涉及地毯纱加工技术领域,具体为一种阻燃锦纶6BCF花色地毯纱及制备方法。
背景技术
地毯是一种历史悠久的室内装饰铺地材料,不仅可以美化环境、舒缓压力,使人感觉舒适,而且还有保温、吸附空气微尘、降噪吸音等作用,在全世界范围内得到广泛使用。据统计,欧美纤维铺地材料销费量占总铺地材料消费量的70%左右,其他硬质铺地材料如瓷砖、地板等只占约30%。在我国自上世纪80年代初机制地毯替代传统手工地毯的生产方式以后,更以产量大、花色多、质量稳定在商用、家居、汽车等领域得到广泛应用。
随着化纤科技的发展,化纤地毯所占的比例越来越大。化纤地毯与羊毛等其它天然纤维材质地毯相比,具有质量轻、耐磨、色彩鲜艳、防污、防虫蛀,易洗、快干、价格低等特性,近年来,已占整个地毯量的90%以上。但化纤地毯的另外两个特性常给使用带来不便,其一是电绝缘性,由走动磨擦而积聚的静电荷易引起灰尘附着,或使人体产生电击感,甚至产生的静电火花对电子设备、信息系统产生电磁干扰,或引发火灾事故;其二是易燃熔滴性,在使用过程中遇到火星会产生大面积燃烧,根据我国近年的火灾调查结果分析,因纺织品不具备阻燃性能被引燃并蔓延引起的火灾占火灾事故的20%以上。对室内发生火灾的情况测试也表明,阻燃织物则允许有更长的逃逸时间(增加10倍~15倍),燃烧释放的热量只有未阻燃织物的25%,可使火灾造成的损失减少一。
但纤维或地毯织物经普通阻燃处理后,其电阻值都会明显增大,又增加了抗静电的难度。这样,选择合适的阻燃剂和抗静电剂以避免两种助剂的干扰抵制及相互反应、合理确定配方及纺丝工艺将成为今后研究的重点和关键,阻燃抗静电锦纶地毯的商品化难度较大。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种阻燃锦纶6BCF花色地毯纱及制备方法,具备阻燃和抗静电性好的优点,解决了阻燃抗静电锦纶地毯的商品化难度较大的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现阻燃和抗静电性好的目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种阻燃锦纶6BCF花色地毯纱,所述地毯纱由颜色不同的三束抗静电锦纶6膨体纤维、阻燃锦纶6膨体纤维和绵柔型锦纶6膨体纤维组成,所述抗静电锦纶6膨体纤维和绵柔型锦纶6膨体纤维相互交叉缠绕放置,所述阻燃锦纶6膨体纤维缠绕至抗静电锦纶6膨体纤维和绵柔型锦纶6膨体纤维的最外侧。
优选的,所述地毯纱线的密度为1400dtex~3100dtex。
优选的,所述抗静电锦纶6膨体纤维、阻燃锦纶6膨体纤维和绵柔型锦纶6膨体纤维的线密度为20~32dtex。
优选的,所述阻燃锦纶6膨体纤维与抗静电锦纶6膨体纤维和绵柔型锦纶6膨体纤维的颜色不同。
一种阻燃锦纶6BCF花色地毯纱的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:准备锦纶切片、阻燃剂母质颗粒、抗静电剂母质颗粒、绵柔剂母质颗粒和两种颜色不同的上色母质颗粒;
步骤二:准备三个双螺杆挤出机,按照锦纶切片、阻燃剂母质颗粒和第一种颜色的上色母质颗粒与锦纶切片、抗静电剂母质颗粒和第二种颜色的上侧母质颗粒与锦纶切片、绵柔剂母质颗粒和第二种颜色的上色母质颗粒的三种配比分别放入三个双螺杆挤出机内;
步骤三:三份分别组成的原料经双螺杆挤出机生产后被熔化成液体,再由螺杆推进经导管并继续推送至纺丝箱体内,液体在纺丝箱体内通过比例泵进行计量配比,经加压后输送至纺丝组件内进行纺丝工作得出抗静电锦纶6膨体纤维、阻燃锦纶6膨体纤维和绵柔型锦纶6膨体纤维;
步骤四:将步骤三中得出的抗静电锦纶6膨体纤维、阻燃锦纶6膨体纤维和绵柔型锦纶6膨体纤维分别经过冷却和上油的操作后汇集缠绕在一起形成纤维束,将得到的纤维束通过拉伸辊进行有效的拉伸后送入膨化变形器内,调节膨化变形器内的喷射压力为5bar~6.5bar、温度为155℃~193℃,纤维束在膨化变形器内发生形变,形成纤维束间相互交叉缠绕并充分混合在一起的纱线,再使成型的纱线在室温下静置冷却4小时,再将冷却后的纱线经卷绕机卷绕成筒纱进行存储放置。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种阻燃锦纶6BCF花色地毯纱及制备方法,具备以下有益效果:
1、该阻燃锦纶6BCF花色地毯纱,通过地毯纱由颜色不同的三束抗静电锦纶6膨体纤维、阻燃锦纶6膨体纤维和绵柔型锦纶6膨体纤维组成,使地毯纱不仅保持了原先锦纶纱的耐久性和耐脏性,同时又具有永久性抗静电、阻燃性的复合功能,使生产出的地毯纱能够更好的满足人们实际生活中的使用需求,更加的安全、耐用和可靠。
2、该阻燃锦纶6BCF花色地毯纱的制备方法,通过同时利用三个双螺杆挤出机进行同步生产大大的增加了生产效率,使阻燃、抗静电和绵柔三种纱线同步生产出进行纺丝,利用膨化变形器进行对三种纱线的充分混合为形成地毯面纱的抗静电、阻燃纤维网提供了必要的条件能够快速高效的生产出具有阻燃和抗静电性能的地毯纱,便于使用,生产过程简单、实用性高。
