本发明涉及一种汽车用模压注射海绵橡胶密封条,包括以下质量份数的原材料:EPDM生胶为100份、补强剂炭黑N550为60‑80份、石蜡油为60‑80份、氧化锌为3‑10份、硬脂酸为1‑3份、表面活性剂为1‑5份、分散剂为1‑4份、油膏为2‑3份、吸湿剂为6‑12份、硫化剂为1‑2份、促进剂为2‑3份、发泡剂为6‑12份。

技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶材料技术领域,具体涉及一种汽车用模压注射海绵橡胶密封条。
背景技术
汽车车门密封条上的海绵橡胶材料,汽车车门密封条目前主要是由EPDM橡胶生产的发泡海绵密封条,安装在汽车车门钣金上,在车门关闭状态下和门框挤压在一起起到密封的作用,主要起到车门密封、防尘、防震和防噪声的作用,是汽车车门中不可缺少的组成部分,现有车门密封条的生产是采用EPDM橡胶中添加化学发泡剂进行硫化发泡制得的海绵配方。目前传统的海绵密封胶条在接角的位置处,通常都是采用与直段密封胶条不相同的密实胶进行接角,这种密封胶条在安装于汽车车门时,关门的时候由于各个部位的挤压力不同,而导致车门关好后的密封性不够强,同时车门的边沿的密封胶条的手感极差,给正常的使用造成了一定的影响,而且加工也相对比较耗费材料,间接地增加了更多的污染产物。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供了一种汽车用模压注射海绵橡胶密封条,在一定程度上降低了污染产物的量,同时能够保证产品的在使用的过程中有极好的密封性能,又有着很好的手感,降低了厂家的加工成本。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种汽车用模压注射海绵橡胶密封条,包括以下质量份数的原材料:EPDM生胶为100份、补强剂炭黑N550为60-80份、石蜡油为60-80份、氧化锌为3-10份、硬脂酸为1-3份、表面活性剂为1-5份、分散剂为1-4份、油膏为2-3份、吸湿剂为6-12份、硫化剂为1-2份、促进剂为2-3份、发泡剂为6-12份。
优选的,所述油膏和发泡剂的质量份之比为1:3-4。
优选的,所述发泡剂为ADC和OBSH两种混合。
优选的,所述ADC和OBSH质量份之比为1:0.5-1。
优选的,所述促进剂为ZDBC、TMTD、TETD和CZ和DTDM的一种或多种混合。
优选的,所述促进剂为ZDBC、TMTD、TETD、CZ和DTDM五种混合。
优选的,所述EPDM生胶的门尼粘度为8-10。
优选的,所述硫化剂采用硫磺硫化体系。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明在一定程度上降低了污染产物的量,同时能够保证产品的在使用的过程中有极好的密封性能,又有着很好的手感,降低了厂家的加工成本。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种汽车用模压注射海绵橡胶密封条,包括以下质量份数的原材料:EPDM生胶为100份、补强剂炭黑N550为70份、石蜡油为70份、氧化锌为8份、硬脂酸为3份、表面活性剂PEG-4000为5份、分散剂WB-16为2份、油膏为3份、吸湿剂为10份、硫磺粉为1.5份、ZDBC为1.5份、TMTD为0.6份、TETD为0.6份、CZ为1份、DTDM为1.5份、ADC为6份、OBSH为6份。所述油膏是通过交联不饱和天然油产生的聚合物,其特殊结构赋予弹性体不一样的发泡结构,改善产品表面光滑型。
实施例2:
一种汽车用模压注射海绵橡胶密封条,包括以下质量份数的原材料:EPDM生胶为100份、补强剂炭黑N550为60份、石蜡油为60份、氧化锌为3份、硬脂酸为2份、表面活性剂PEG-4000为1份、分散剂WB-16为4份、油膏为2份、吸湿剂为6份、硫磺粉为1份、ZDBC为1份、TMTD为0.6份、TETD为0.4份、CZ为0.5份、DTDM为0.5份、ADC为4份、OBSH为2份。
实施例3:
一种汽车用模压注射海绵橡胶密封条,包括以下质量份数的原材料:EPDM生胶为100份、补强剂炭黑N550为80份、石蜡油为80份、氧化锌为10份、硬脂酸为1份、表面活性剂PEG-4000为3份、分散剂WB-16为1份、油膏为2.5份、吸湿剂为12份、硫磺粉为2份、ZDBC为1.5份、TMTD为1.5份、TETD为1份、CZ为1份、DTDM为1份、ADC为4份、OBSH为4份。
对比例1:
与实施例1相同,除了将质量份ADC为6份、OBSH为6份替换成只加入ADC为6份。
对比例2:
与实施例1相同,除了将质量份ADC为6份、OBSH为6份替换成只加入OBSH为6份。
对比例3:
与实施例1相同,除了不加入任何发泡剂。
对比例4:
与实施例1相同,除了不加入油膏。
将实施例1-3与对比例1-4进行性能比较,见下表:

1.一种汽车用模压注射海绵橡胶密封条,其特征在于:包括以下质量份数的原材料:EPDM生胶为100份、补强剂炭黑N550为60-80份、石蜡油为60-80份、氧化锌为3-10份、硬脂酸为1-3份、表面活性剂为1-5份、分散剂为1-4份、油膏为2-3份、吸湿剂为6-12份、硫化剂为1-2份、促进剂为2-3份、发泡剂为6-12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车用模压注射海绵橡胶密封条,其特征在于:所述油膏和发泡剂的质量份之比为1:3-4。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种汽车用模压注射海绵橡胶密封条,其特征在于:所述发泡剂为ADC和OBSH两种混合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种汽车用模压注射海绵橡胶密封条,其特征在于:所述ADC和OBSH质量份之比为1:0.5-1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车用模压注射海绵橡胶密封条,其特征在于:所述促进剂为ZDBC、TMTD、TETD和CZ和DTDM的一种或多种混合。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种汽车用模压注射海绵橡胶密封条,其特征在于:所述促进剂为ZDBC、TMTD、TETD、CZ和DTDM五种混合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车用模压注射海绵橡胶密封条,其特征在于:所述EPDM生胶的门尼粘度为8-10。
