技术领域
本发明涉及鞋底制作技术领域,尤其涉及一种防水鞋底的配方。
背景技术
中国是全球最大的鞋类生产和出口国,鞋类已经成为中国经济的一大支柱。随着社会职业多元化的发展,各行各业对鞋类的功能需求越来越多样化,特别是对鞋底,其性能要求越来越高。不同的鞋对鞋底的要求有不同的侧重点,如运动鞋底耐磨性要求很高,休闲鞋底要求轻便、柔软、登山鞋则必须坚硬。满足这些不同的要求,依赖于制作鞋底所用的不同的材料配方。防水鞋是在常常接触水的环境中使用的,其对于鞋的质量要求更高,对于鞋底的物理性能要求也很高,不但要求防水性能好,而且要有耐寒、绝缘、抗冲击等性能。

本发明旨在为制作防水鞋底给予一定的指导,而提供一种防水鞋底的配方。

本发明在防水鞋底中加入热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶使鞋底具有防水性能,白炭黑可使防水鞋底绝缘,天然橡胶使防水鞋底具有很好的耐寒性能,POE增强了防水鞋底的抗冲击性能。
