Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种安全鞋制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种安全鞋鞋头的配方。
背景技术
鞋子是以皮、布、木、草、塑料丝等为材料制作的穿在脚上、走路时着地的东西,鞋子有着悠久的发展史。大约在5000多年前的仰韶文化时期,就出现了兽皮缝制的最原始的鞋。鞋子是人保护脚不受伤的工具。最早人们为了在特殊情况下不让脚难受或者受伤,就发明了毛皮鞋子。鞋子发展到现在,就形成了这个样子。各种样式功能的鞋子随处可见。随着我国制鞋技术的不断进步以及全球鞋用材料的日益更新,安全鞋类品种逐步多样化,高档化。国内安全鞋的设计及技术要求开始与国外逐步接轨,一般要求安全鞋具有良好的耐油、防静电、防刺穿、耐酸碱及绝缘等性能。因此,需要提供一种具有优良性能的安全鞋头。

本发明旨在为制作安全鞋鞋头给予一定的指导,而提供一种安全鞋鞋头的配方。

本发明的安全鞋鞋头加入了丁腈橡胶和氟橡胶,使安全鞋鞋头具有很好的耐酸碱性和耐热性,而且氟橡胶的加入使鞋头具有很好的耐油性,古马隆树脂使安全鞋鞋头具有很好的绝缘性,聚氧乙烯醚抗静电剂使鞋头具有防静电性能,炭黑和耐磨剂EVA增强了鞋头的强度,本安全鞋鞋头适用于多种环境穿着。
