本发明涉及一种新型氨基脲‑二苯乙烯色差改良剂,该新型氨基脲‑二苯乙烯色差改良剂具有较强的荧光发射性能,对棉纤维和碳酸钙粉体具有显著的改善色差作用。所述的一种新型氨基脲‑二苯乙烯色差改良剂的结构式如下:该新型氨基脲‑二苯乙烯色差改良剂用于棉纤维和和碳酸钙粉体色差改善。

一种新型氨基脲-二苯乙烯色差改良剂
技术领域
本发明属于色差改良剂技术领域。
背景技术
色差改良剂具有很高的光量子产率,对被处理的基质能有效地増艳和改善色差。色差改良剂分子具有较大的共轭体系,能够吸收波长范围在300~400nm左右的紫外光,并发射出波长范围在420~480nm左右的蓝色荧光,从而弥补了基质中由于蓝光缺失而造成的视觉上的泛黄。通过弥补蓝光使人感到被处理的基质更亮洁、更鲜艳。色差改良剂被广泛地用于造纸、纺织、洗涤剂、塑料、油墨、皮革等诸多领域,市场需求巨大。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种新型氨基脲-二苯乙烯色差改良剂,该新型氨基脲-二苯乙烯色差改良剂具有较强的荧光发射性能,对棉纤维和碳酸钙粉体具有显著的改善色差作用。
为了实现上述技术效果,本发明提供的技术方案是这样的:一种新型氨基脲-二苯乙烯色差改良剂,所述的新型氨基脲-二苯乙烯色差改良剂的结构式如下:
本发明与传统色差改良剂相比,具有以下优势:
1.本发明的一种新型氨基脲-二苯乙烯色差改良剂能显著改善棉纤维和碳酸钙粉体的黄度色差,具有与纤维结合牢固度更高,用量较少、性能较高等优点。
2.本发明的一种新型氨基脲-二苯乙烯色差改良剂具有较强的耐酸性能,在弱酸体系中对棉纤维具有优良的色差改善效果。

具体实施例
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明的权利要求做进一步的详细说明,但不构成对本发明的任何限制,任何在本发明权利要求范围内所做的有限修改,仍在本发明的权利要求保护范围内。
将1.85g三聚氯氰、30mL冰水加入反应瓶中,冰浴,搅拌;而后滴加1.85g DSD酸溶液(pH=6),滴加完毕后反应1h,反应结束(TLC检测);加入1.51g 4-苯基氨基脲,升温至30~35℃,用NaHCO3溶液调节pH为6~7,反应4h,反应结束(TLC检测);滴加0.241g十四烷基二甲基叔胺,升温50~55℃,反应4h;而后升温至80~85℃,反应4h,反应结束(TLC检测)。冷却至室温,加入5g氯化钠,搅拌、抽滤,真空干燥得新型氨基脲-二苯乙烯色差改良剂,收率91%。
新型氨基脲-二苯乙烯色差改良剂的光学性能测试
本发明采用荧光发射光谱表征新型氨基脲-二苯乙烯色差改良剂的光学性能,荧光发射光谱图如图1所示。
把新型氨基脲-二苯乙烯色差改良剂配制成浓度为10-6mol/L的水溶液进行光学性能测试。测试结果表明,新型氨基脲-二苯乙烯色差改良剂有较强的荧光发射性能,最大荧光发射峰位于435nm,发射强度为4101。
新型氨基脲-二苯乙烯色差改良剂对棉纤维和碳酸钙粉体色差改善性能测试
新型氨基脲-二苯乙烯色差改良剂的染色浓度分别为0%,0.10%,0.15%,0.20%和0.25%(o.w.f)的水溶液,处理不含色差改良剂的棉纤维。浴比为50:1,室温处理30min,冷水漂洗;室温下干燥,测试色差。

通过色差测试可以看出,新型氨基脲-二苯乙烯色差改良剂在不同浓度下对棉纤维均具有显著的改善黄度色差的作用。
新型氨基脲-二苯乙烯色差改良剂的染色浓度分别为0%,0.0050%,0.010%,0.020%和0.030%(o.w.f)的水溶液,处理不含色差改良剂的800目碳酸钙粉体。碳酸钙粉体50g分别放入上述浓度的溶液中(100mL),室温处理30min,抽滤、烘干,测试黄/蓝色差。

通过色差测试可以看出,新型氨基脲-二苯乙烯色差改良剂对碳酸钙粉体具有显著的改善黄度色差的作用,最佳使用浓度为0.02%。
通过在酸性条件下实验,发现新型氨基脲-二苯乙烯色差改良剂对棉纤维具有优良的色差改善效果。
实验证明新型氨基脲-二苯乙烯色差改良剂是一种新型高性能色差改良剂,具有重要的使用价值和应用前景。
