Abstract

本发明涉及一种船舶居住舱室隔声门,属于空气噪声控制技术领域。所述隔声门主要包括设置在舱室门两侧的门框和通过合页铰接在门框上的门扇;门扇由三层结构组成,外层为铝蜂窝板、中间层为多孔吸声材料、内层为镀锌钢板,多孔吸声材料的内、外、上、下面均由铝蜂窝板和镀锌钢板夹紧固定连接。所述隔声门的门扇采用三层复合结构,增加了隔声门的隔声量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种船舶居住舱室隔声门,属于空气噪声控制技术领域。
背景技术
船舶入级指南中对于船舶舱室有明确的噪声指标要求,居住舱室作为船员或工作人员休息的场所,噪声指标要求更加严格。为满足船舶居住舱室噪声指标的要求,除对噪声源及传递路径采取减振降噪措施外,对接收舱室也会采取相应的措施:如地面铺设浮动底板,墙壁及吊顶敷设隔音板等。但往往容易忽略的是,选用的舱室门隔声效果较差或由于门与门框之间贴合度不好导致的漏声,使得外部噪声进入居住舱室,从而导致舱室噪声值达不到理想的效果。
发明内容
为克服现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种船舶居住舱室隔声门,所述隔声门可以达到比现有船舶舱室门更好的隔声及封闭效果。
为实现本发明的目的,提供以下技术方案。
一种船舶居住舱室隔声门,所述隔声门主要包括设置在舱室门两侧的门框和通过合页铰接在门框上的门扇;所述隔声门还可设有门锁。
其中,门扇由三层结构组成,外层为铝蜂窝板、中间层为多孔吸声材料、内层为镀锌钢板,多孔吸声材料的内、外、上、下面均由铝蜂窝板和镀锌钢板夹紧固定连接。
优选在镀锌钢板上焊接有格子形状的框架,框架中填充多孔吸声材料,铝蜂窝板与镀锌钢板之间焊接固定。
其中,优选铝蜂窝板的厚度为4mm~6mm;
优选多孔吸声材料的厚度为40mm~60mm;
优选镀锌钢板的厚度为4mm~6mm;
根据隔声门的隔声量要求,在结构型式不变的情况下可以选用现有技术中不同吸声效果的多孔吸声材料。
优选在门扇与门框的接触处设有密封橡胶条。
优选门框内侧的四周安装隔音纤维密封条,隔音纤维密封条稍高于门框边缘;更优选门框内侧的四周开有U型槽,用于安装隔音纤维密封条。
有益效果
1.本发明提供了一种船舶居住舱室隔声门,所述隔声门的门扇采用由铝蜂窝板、多孔吸声材料和镀锌钢板组成的三层复合结构,增加了隔声门的隔声量;优选在镀锌钢板上焊接有格子形状的框架,框架中填充多孔吸声材料,避免了多孔吸声材料在夹层内填充时的变形;
2.本发明提供了一种船舶居住舱室隔声门,为使门扇与门框接触处密封效果最佳,在门框设有隔音纤维密封条,门扇设有密封橡胶条,门关紧时,密封橡胶条与隔音纤维密封条相互压缩,隔音纤维密封条能够填补门扇与门框之间接触的空隙,增加了隔声门的密封效果,可进一步降低外界噪声向居住舱室噪声的传递,保证居住舱室的舒适度;
3.本发明提供了一种船舶居住舱室隔声门,所述隔声门的门扇复合结构方便加工、安装简单便捷,所述隔声门所采用的材料均为市面常见材料。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例来详述本发明,但不作为对本发明专利的限定。
实施例1
一种船舶居住舱室隔声门,所述隔声门主要包括设置在舱室门两侧的钢制门框、通过合页铰接在门框上的门扇和门锁。
其中,门扇由三层结构组成,外层为5mm厚的铝蜂窝板1、中间层为60mm厚的多孔吸声材料2、内层为5mm厚的镀锌钢板3,在镀锌钢板3上焊接有格子形状的钢制框架5,框架5中填充多孔吸声材料2,多孔吸声材料2的内、外、上、下均由铝蜂窝板1和镀锌钢板3夹紧焊接固定连。
在门扇与门框的接触处设有密封橡胶条4;在门框内侧的四周开有U型槽,安装有隔音纤维密封条6,隔音纤维密封条6稍高于门框边缘,门关紧时,密封橡胶条4与隔音纤维密封条6相互压缩,隔音纤维密封条6能够填补门扇与门框之间接触的空隙。

1.一种船舶居住舱室隔声门,其特征在于:所述隔声门主要包括设置在舱室门两侧的门框和通过合页铰接在门框上的门扇;门扇由三层结构组成,外层为铝蜂窝板(1)、中间层为多孔吸声材料(2)、内层为镀锌钢板(3),多孔吸声材料(2)的内、外、上、下面均由铝蜂窝板(1)和镀锌钢板(3)夹紧固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种船舶居住舱室隔声门,其特征在于:铝蜂窝板(1)的厚度为4mm~6mm;多孔吸声材料(2)的厚度为40mm~60mm;镀锌钢板(3)的厚度为4mm~6mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种船舶居住舱室隔声门,其特征在于:在镀锌钢板(3)上焊接有格子形状的框架(5),框架(5)中填充多孔吸声材料(2),铝蜂窝板(1)与镀锌钢板(3)之间焊接固定。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种船舶居住舱室隔声门,其特征在于:在门扇与门框的接触处设有密封橡胶条(4);门框内侧的四周安装隔音纤维密封条(6),隔音纤维密封条(6)稍高于门框边缘。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种船舶居住舱室隔声门,其特征在于:门框内侧的四周开有U型槽,用于安装隔音纤维密封条(6)。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种船舶居住舱室隔声门,其特征在于:在镀锌钢板(3)上焊接有格子形状的框架(5),框架(5)中填充多孔吸声材料(2),铝蜂窝板(1)与镀锌钢板(3)之间焊接固定。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种船舶居住舱室隔声门,其特征在于:在门扇与门框的接触处设有密封橡胶条(4);门框内侧的四周安装隔音纤维密封条(6),隔音纤维密封条(6)稍高于门框边缘。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种船舶居住舱室隔声门,其特征在于:在门扇与门框的接触处设有密封橡胶条(4);门框内侧的四周开有U型槽安装隔音纤维密封条(6),隔音纤维密封条(6)稍高于门框边缘。
9.根据权利要求1~8任一项所述的一种船舶居住舱室隔声门,其特征在于:所述隔声门设有门锁。
