Abstract

本发明公开了一种双层真空隔音玻璃,包括钢化玻璃,两个平行设置的所述钢化玻璃的边缘固定在塑胶底座上,所述塑胶底座的外部固定有铝塑边框,两个所述钢化玻璃内侧边缘之间还夹紧有密封胶条,两个所述钢化玻璃中部设有亚克力隔音板,且亚克力隔音板与两侧的钢化玻璃之间设有真空层,所述亚克力隔音板的两侧表面均设有凸棱。本发明通过在双层钢化玻璃之间增加亚克力隔音板,同时能够将传统的单层真空层分割成独立的两个真空层,从而使得噪音传递过程中大幅衰减,亚克力隔音板表面设置的凸棱能够有效反射噪音,并且通过隔音孔能够对进入隔音孔内的声波进行一定的反射吸收,进一步提高隔音降噪效果。

技术领域
本发明属于玻璃装置技术领域,具体涉及一种双层真空隔音玻璃。
背景技术
隔音玻璃是一种对声音起到一定屏蔽作用的玻璃产品,通常是双层或多层复合结构的夹层玻璃。真空玻璃广泛应用在建筑门窗中,以便于提供室内安静的生活环境。传统真空玻璃仅通过在玻璃夹层之间设置隔音阻尼膜进行降噪,无法达到预期降噪效果,因此,需要进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种双层真空隔音玻璃,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种双层真空隔音玻璃,包括钢化玻璃,两个平行设置的所述钢化玻璃的边缘固定在塑胶底座上,所述塑胶底座的外部固定有铝塑边框,两个所述钢化玻璃内侧边缘之间还夹紧有密封胶条,两个所述钢化玻璃中部设有亚克力隔音板,且亚克力隔音板与两侧的钢化玻璃之间设有真空层,所述亚克力隔音板的两侧表面均设有凸棱,所述凸棱顶紧并支撑两侧的钢化玻璃,所述克力隔音板的内部还设有竖直分布的隔音孔。
优选的,每个所述钢化玻璃的内侧表面均设有隔音阻尼胶层。
优选的,所述铝塑边框的内侧中部还设有楔形顶板,所述楔形顶板与塑胶底座上的定位槽相匹配。
优选的,所述塑胶底座的内侧表面还设有用于定位钢化玻璃的玻璃插槽。
优选的,所述密封胶条的内侧面上设有用于卡紧亚克力隔音板的卡槽。
本发明的技术效果和优点:
本发明通过在双层钢化玻璃之间增加亚克力隔音板,不影响玻璃的采光,同时能够将传统的单层真空层分割成独立的两个真空层,从而使得噪音传递过程中大幅衰减,亚克力隔音板表面设置的凸棱能够有效反射噪音,并且亚克力隔音板的内部设有隔音孔,能够对进入隔音孔内的声波进行一定的反射吸收,从而进一步提高双层真空隔音玻璃的隔音降噪效果。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1-3所示,一种双层真空隔音玻璃,包括钢化玻璃3,两个平行设置的所述钢化玻璃3的边缘固定在塑胶底座2上,所述塑胶底座2的外部固定有铝塑边框1,两个所述钢化玻璃3内侧边缘之间还夹紧有密封胶条6,两个所述钢化玻璃3中部设有亚克力隔音板7,且亚克力隔音板7与两侧的钢化玻璃3之间设有真空层4,所述亚克力隔音板7的两侧表面均设有凸棱702。
每个所述钢化玻璃3的内侧表面均设有隔音阻尼胶层。隔音阻尼胶干燥后呈透明状,不影响光照,隔音阻尼胶层厚度为1-2mm,可以对噪音穿入以及穿出钢化玻璃3时进行减噪处理,有助于降低噪音。
所述凸棱702顶紧并支撑两侧的钢化玻璃3,所述克力隔音板7的内部还设有竖直分布的隔音孔701。利用凸棱702能够在抽真空后对钢化玻璃3进行支撑,保持两个钢化玻璃3的稳定性,凸棱702之间组合成真空层4,同时,利用凸棱702能够对噪音的传播进行反射,利用隔音孔701,能够对进入隔音孔701内的声波进行一定的反射吸收,从而大幅度降低噪音传入玻璃的内侧。
所述铝塑边框1的内侧中部还设有楔形顶板5,所述楔形顶板5与塑胶底座2上的定位槽201相匹配。楔形顶块5插入塑胶底座2上的定位槽201内,能够对两侧的钢化玻璃3进行顶紧,提高钢化玻璃3的牢靠程度。
所述塑胶底座2的内侧表面还设有用于定位钢化玻璃3的玻璃插槽202。用于对钢化玻璃3进行定位,钢化玻璃3插入玻璃插槽202后采用粘合剂补全缝隙,保证真空层4的密闭性,方便对钢化玻璃3进行安装。
所述密封胶条6的内侧面上设有用于卡紧亚克力隔音板7的卡槽。密封胶条6与亚克力隔音板7之间通过粘合剂进行粘结固定,从而使得两侧的真空层4之间相互独立,形成双层真空隔音效果。
本发明通过在双层钢化玻璃3之间增加亚克力隔音板7,不影响玻璃的采光,同时能够将传统的单层真空层4分割成独立的两个真空层4,从而使得噪音传递过程中大幅衰减,在亚克力隔音板7表面设置的凸棱702能够有效反射噪音,并且亚克力隔音板7的内部设有隔音孔701,能够对进入隔音孔701内的声波进行一定的反射吸收,从而进一步提高双层真空隔音玻璃的隔音降噪效果。

1.一种双层真空隔音玻璃,包括钢化玻璃(3),其特征在于:两个平行设置的所述钢化玻璃(3)的边缘固定在塑胶底座(2)上,所述塑胶底座(2)的外部固定有铝塑边框(1),两个所述钢化玻璃(3)内侧边缘之间还夹紧有密封胶条(6),两个所述钢化玻璃(3)中部设有亚克力隔音板(7),且亚克力隔音板(7)与两侧的钢化玻璃(3)之间设有真空层(4),所述亚克力隔音板(7)的两侧表面均设有凸棱(702),所述凸棱(702)顶紧并支撑两侧的钢化玻璃(3),所述克力隔音板(7)的内部还设有竖直分布的隔音孔(701)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双层真空隔音玻璃,其特征在于:每个所述钢化玻璃(3)的内侧表面均设有隔音阻尼胶层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双层真空隔音玻璃,其特征在于:所述铝塑边框(1)的内侧中部还设有楔形顶板(5),所述楔形顶板(5)与塑胶底座(2)上的定位槽(201)相匹配。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种双层真空隔音玻璃,其特征在于:所述塑胶底座(2)的内侧表面还设有用于定位钢化玻璃(3)的玻璃插槽(202)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种双层真空隔音玻璃,其特征在于:所述密封胶条(6)的内侧面上设有用于卡紧亚克力隔音板(7)的卡槽。
