一种石墨烯无纺布纤维地毯及其制作方法和应用
技术领域
本发明涉及纤维地毯制作技术领域,具体地涉及一种石墨烯无纺布纤维地毯及其制作方法和应用。
背景技术
随着生活水平的不断提高,人们对生活用品的舒适性要求也不断提高。冬天在家庭、办公等场所,地暖的使用越来越普遍。
地暖,是地板辐射采暖的简称,是以整个地面为散热器,通过地板辐射层中的热媒,均匀加热整个地面,利用地面自身的蓄热和热量向上辐射的规律由下至上进行传导,热量是由置于地板内的供热系统提供的一种供暖方式,但现有的地暖由于导热性差,这样加热时间就会长,也会浪费电能。
有研究学者将石墨烯应用在地暖供热系统中,达到导热效果好的目的。例如中国专利108131714A公开了一种石墨烯地暖,该产品导热效果好、节能环保、安装方便、快捷。但是在实际应用中,该种石墨烯地暖的石墨烯纤维发热丝需要间隔8厘米铺设,石墨烯供热系统是单面发热,导致热转换率较低;并且时间久了之后,容易产生霉菌,长期使用,存在健康隐患。
发明内容
本发明为了提高石墨烯供热系统的热转换率并达到抗菌效果,提供了一种石墨烯无纺布纤维地毯及其制作方法和应用,可以完全解决上述技术问题。
解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
本发明设计了一种石墨烯无纺布纤维地毯,依次包括无纺布层、石墨烯层和铝箔层,所述的铝箔层完全覆盖石墨烯层并且包裹于无纺布层的周边,所述的石墨烯层均匀喷涂在无纺布层的上表面,所述的铝箔层位于石墨烯层的上表面,所述的无纺布层和铝箔层通过等间距点焊连接,所述的纤维地毯按照要求定制任意尺寸,其中边缘处是铝箔层比无纺布层略长,足够包裹石墨烯层和无纺布层,并且持续延展至无纺布层的下表面至少3cm,所述的石墨烯层的厚度为0.3~0.5mm;所述的石墨烯层的边缘处设置一接线口,所述的接线口处焊接有正负极导线。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种石墨烯无纺布纤维地毯的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)采用普通纤维用传统方法制备出无纺布;
(2)将石墨烯原液与浆料混合后,搅拌均匀,形成喷涂液,然后通过静电喷涂的方式将喷涂液均匀喷至无纺布上,形成0.3~0.5mm的厚度的石墨烯层;60~65℃条件下利用专用烘干设备内真空烘干至少8小时;
(3)自然冷却后,将石墨烯层的边缘处预留一处接线口,接线口处安置一塑料壳体,所述的塑料壳体的宽度以足够完全包裹导线为宜,将正负极导线分别焊接在石墨烯层上;
(4)用铝箔覆盖石墨烯层,并且延伸至无纺布面进行封边;
(5)通过点焊设备控制焊点距离,等距点焊工艺,将无纺布层、石墨烯层和铝箔层焊接在一起形成石墨烯无纺布纤维地毯。
进一步地说,步骤(2)中所述的浆料包括30-60质量份的水性树脂、20-30质量份的胶水、1-2质量份的抗氧剂、0.5-2质量份的硬脂酸盐、10-30质量份的填料和10-40质量份的水;石墨烯与浆料的质量比为5-8:100,所述的石墨烯原液是将石墨烯通过超声分散的方式均匀分散于水中,形成浓度为20-30g/L的石墨烯水分散液;其中,石墨烯为径向尺寸1-100μm,层数为1-3层的石墨烯;
所述的填料为微米级的针状、颗粒状、纤维状、柱状填料中的任意一种或多种;
所述的水性树脂为环氧树脂、醇酸树脂、酚醛树脂、丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯树脂中的至少一种。
所述的静电喷涂是通过激光静电喷涂枪将喷涂液均匀喷至无纺布上。
所述的专用烘干设备为等离子烘干仪;所述的等离子烘干仪包括烘干箱、设置在烘干箱顶部的重力热管换热器和设置在烘干箱内壁上的等离子气体处理器,所述的重力热管换热器热空气入口与烘干箱尾气出口相连接,所述的重力热管换热器热空气出口与等离子气体处理器相连接,所述的烘干箱上还设置有通风门,所述的通风门通过回风管道与重力热管换热器冷空气出口相连,所述的重力热管换热器冷空气入口与外部连通。
更进一步地说,步骤(3)所述的点焊工艺是通过激光点焊将无纺布层、石墨烯层和铝箔层焊接在一起,激光点焊过后在地毯上留下均匀排布的焊点,焊点呈现行对齐与列对齐排布,行距为1cm,列距为1.5cm。石墨烯通电后碳分子在焊点之间做均匀布朗运动,在铝箔的反射作用下,聚集热量,达到供暖的功效。这样设计的焊点,一方面可以保证碳分子的运动具有均匀性,另一方面可以很大程度上保证了无纺布、石墨烯层和铝箔层的紧密结合。
本发明还有一个目的是提供一种石墨烯无纺布纤维地毯的应用,作为石墨烯纤维地暖使用。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明结构新颖,利用石墨烯的高导热系数,通过专用的喷涂设备将石墨烯复合浆料均匀喷涂在无纺布层上,一方面可以破坏细菌的细胞膜,导致胞内物质外流达到抗菌效果,内暖纤维强化了生物质石墨烯的抗菌性能,对常见细菌的抑菌率达到90%以上;另一方面,通过覆盖石墨烯无纺布,由原来的单线发热变成面的发热形式,将原来的热转换率提高了20%以上。利用石墨烯的抗菌,抗湿性能在地板下面能有效地在雨季或者潮湿地方起到抗菌和除湿作用。
另外,本发明采用专用的烘干设备对石墨烯无纺布进行烘干,通过设置于烘干箱上的重力热管换热器与烘干箱的尾气进行换热,实现了尾气热量的回收再利用,既节省了能源也提高了热量的利用率,同时通过等离子气体处理器对尾气进行处理减轻了尾气对环境的污染。并且烘干后的石墨烯无纺布也能够保持环保的性能,在后续使用过程中,保护了使用者的健康安全。

实施例1:
一种石墨烯无纺布纤维地毯,依次包括无纺布层1、石墨烯层2和铝箔层3,铝箔层3完全覆盖石墨烯层2并且包裹于无纺布层1的周边,石墨烯层2均匀喷涂在无纺布层1的上表面,铝箔层3位于石墨烯层2的上表面,无纺布层1和铝箔层3通过等间距点焊连接,纤维地毯按照要求定制成300×500mm,其中边缘处是铝箔层3比无纺布层1略长,足够包裹石墨烯层2和无纺布层1,并且持续延展至无纺布层1的下表面5cm处,石墨烯层2的厚度为0.5mm;石墨烯层2的边缘处设置一接线口4,接线口4处焊接有正负极导线5。
该石墨烯无纺布纤维地毯的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)采用普通纤维用传统方法制备出无纺布;
(2)将石墨烯原液与浆料混合后,搅拌均匀,形成喷涂液,然后通过静电喷涂的方式将喷涂液均匀喷至无纺布上,形成0.5mm的厚度的石墨烯层;60℃条件下利用专用烘干设备内真空烘8小时;浆料包括30质量份的水性树脂、20质量份的胶水、1质量份的抗氧剂、0.5质量份的硬脂酸盐、10质量份的填料和10质量份的水;石墨烯与浆料的质量比为1:20,石墨烯原液是将石墨烯通过超声分散的方式均匀分散于水中,形成浓度为20g/L的石墨烯水分散液;其中,石墨烯为径向尺寸1μm,层数为1层的石墨烯;填料为微米级的针状填料;水性树脂为环氧树脂。静电喷涂是通过激光静电喷涂枪将喷涂液均匀喷至无纺布上。专用烘干设备为等离子烘干仪;等离子烘干仪包括烘干箱、设置在烘干箱顶部的重力热管换热器和设置在烘干箱内壁上的等离子气体处理器,重力热管换热器热空气入口与烘干箱尾气出口相连接,重力热管换热器热空气出口与等离子气体处理器相连接,烘干箱上还设置有通风门,通风门通过回风管道与重力热管换热器冷空气出口相连,重力热管换热器冷空气入口与外部连通。
(3)自然冷却后,将石墨烯层的边缘处预留一处接线口,接线口处安置一塑料壳体,塑料壳体的宽度以足够完全包裹导线为宜,将正负极导线分别焊接在石墨烯层上;点焊工艺是通过激光点焊将无纺布层、石墨烯层和铝箔层焊接在一起,激光点焊过后在地毯上留下均匀排布的焊点6,焊点6呈现行对齐与列对齐排布,行距为1cm,列距为1.5cm。
(4)用铝箔覆盖石墨烯层,并且延伸至无纺布面进行封边;
(5)通过点焊设备控制焊点距离,等距点焊工艺,将无纺布层、石墨烯层和铝箔层焊接在一起形成石墨烯无纺布纤维地毯。
该石墨烯无纺布纤维地毯的应用,作为石墨烯纤维地暖使用。
实施例2:

(2)将石墨烯原液与浆料混合后,搅拌均匀,形成喷涂液,然后通过静电喷涂的方式将喷涂液均匀喷至无纺布上,形成0.3mm的厚度的石墨烯层;65℃条件下利用专用烘干设备内真空烘10小时;浆料包括60质量份的水性树脂、30质量份的胶水、2质量份的抗氧剂、2质量份的硬脂酸盐、30质量份的填料和40质量份的水;石墨烯与浆料的质量比为2:25,石墨烯原液是将石墨烯通过超声分散的方式均匀分散于水中,形成浓度为30g/L的石墨烯水分散液;其中,石墨烯为径向尺寸100μm,层数为3层的石墨烯;填料为微米级的颗粒状填料和纤维状填料;水性树脂为醇酸树脂和酚醛树脂按照质量比为1:1的混合物。静电喷涂是通过激光静电喷涂枪将喷涂液均匀喷至无纺布上。专用烘干设备为等离子烘干仪;等离子烘干仪包括烘干箱、设置在烘干箱顶部的重力热管换热器和设置在烘干箱内壁上的等离子气体处理器,重力热管换热器热空气入口与烘干箱尾气出口相连接,重力热管换热器热空气出口与等离子气体处理器相连接,烘干箱上还设置有通风门,通风门通过回风管道与重力热管换热器冷空气出口相连,重力热管换热器冷空气入口与外部连通。
(3)自然冷却后,将石墨烯层的边缘处预留一处接线口,接线口处安置一塑料壳体,塑料壳体的宽度以足够完全包裹导线为宜,将正负极导线分别焊接在石墨烯层上;点焊工艺是通过激光点焊将无纺布层、石墨烯层和铝箔层焊接在一起,激光点焊过后在地毯上留下均匀排布的焊点6,焊点6呈现行对齐与列对齐排布,行距为1cm,列距为1.5cm。
(4)用铝箔覆盖石墨烯层,并且延伸至无纺布面进行封边;
(5)通过点焊设备控制焊点距离,等距点焊工艺,将无纺布层、石墨烯层和铝箔层焊接在一起形成石墨烯无纺布纤维地毯。
该石墨烯无纺布纤维地毯的应用,作为石墨烯纤维地暖使用。
实施例3:
一种石墨烯无纺布纤维地毯,依次包括无纺布层1、石墨烯层2和铝箔层3,铝箔层3完全覆盖石墨烯层2并且包裹于无纺布层1的周边,石墨烯层2均匀喷涂在无纺布层1的上表面,铝箔层3位于石墨烯层2的上表面,无纺布层1和铝箔层3通过等间距点焊连接,纤维地毯按照要求定制成1000×1000mm,其中边缘处是铝箔层3比无纺布1层略长,足够包裹石墨烯层2和无纺布层1,并且持续延展至无纺布层1的下表面4cm处,石墨烯层2的厚度为0.4mm;石墨烯层2的边缘处设置一接线口4,接线口4处焊接有正负极导线5。
该石墨烯无纺布纤维地毯的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)采用普通纤维用传统方法制备出无纺布;
(2)将石墨烯原液与浆料混合后,搅拌均匀,形成喷涂液,然后通过静电喷涂的方式将喷涂液均匀喷至无纺布上,形成0.4mm的厚度的石墨烯层;65℃条件下利用专用烘干设备内真空烘12小时;浆料包括50质量份的水性树脂、25质量份的胶水、1.5质量份的抗氧剂、1质量份的硬脂酸盐、20质量份的填料和30质量份的水;石墨烯与浆料的质量比为7:100,石墨烯原液是将石墨烯通过超声分散的方式均匀分散于水中,形成浓度为25g/L的石墨烯水分散液;其中,石墨烯为径向尺寸50μm,层数为2层的石墨烯;填料为微米级的柱状填料;水性树脂为丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯树脂按照质量比为1:1的混合物。静电喷涂是通过激光静电喷涂枪将喷涂液均匀喷至无纺布上。专用烘干设备为等离子烘干仪;等离子烘干仪包括烘干箱、设置在烘干箱顶部的重力热管换热器和设置在烘干箱内壁上的等离子气体处理器,重力热管换热器热空气入口与烘干箱尾气出口相连接,重力热管换热器热空气出口与等离子气体处理器相连接,烘干箱上还设置有通风门,通风门通过回风管道与重力热管换热器冷空气出口相连,重力热管换热器冷空气入口与外部连通。
(3)自然冷却后,将石墨烯层的边缘处预留一处接线口,接线口处安置一塑料壳体,塑料壳体的宽度以足够完全包裹导线为宜,将正负极导线分别焊接在石墨烯层上;点焊工艺是通过激光点焊将无纺布层、石墨烯层和铝箔层焊接在一起,激光点焊过后在地毯上留下均匀排布的焊点6,焊点6呈现行对齐与列对齐排布,行距为1cm,列距为1.5cm。

该石墨烯无纺布纤维地毯的应用,作为石墨烯纤维地暖使用。

Claims (7)

1.一种石墨烯无纺布纤维地毯,其特征在于,依次包括无纺布层、石墨烯层和铝箔层,所述的铝箔层完全覆盖石墨烯层并且包裹于无纺布层的周边,所述的石墨烯层均匀喷涂在无纺布层的上表面,所述的铝箔层位于石墨烯层的上表面,所述的无纺布层和铝箔层通过等间距点焊连接,所述的纤维地毯按照要求定制任意尺寸,其中边缘处是铝箔层比无纺布层略长,足够包裹石墨烯层和无纺布层,并且持续延展至无纺布层的下表面至少3cm,所述的石墨烯层的厚度为0.3~0.5mm;所述的石墨烯层的边缘处设置一接线口,所述的接线口处焊接有正负极导线。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的石墨烯无纺布纤维地毯的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)采用普通纤维用传统方法制备出无纺布;
(2)将石墨烯原液与浆料混合后,搅拌均匀,形成喷涂液,然后通过静电喷涂的方式将喷涂液均匀喷至无纺布上,形成0.3~0.5mm的厚度的石墨烯层;60~65℃条件下利用专用烘干设备内真空烘干至少8小时;
(3)自然冷却后,将石墨烯层的边缘处预留一处接线口,接线口处安置一塑料壳体,所述的塑料壳体的宽度以足够完全包裹导线为宜,将正负极导线分别焊接在石墨烯层上;
(4)用铝箔覆盖石墨烯层,并且延伸至无纺布面进行封边;
(5)通过点焊设备控制焊点距离,等距点焊工艺,将无纺布层、石墨烯层和铝箔层焊接在一起形成石墨烯无纺布纤维地毯。
3.根据权利要求2所述的石墨烯无纺布纤维地毯的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述的浆料包括30-60质量份的水性树脂、20-30质量份的胶水、1-2质量份的抗氧剂、0.5-2质量份的硬脂酸盐、10-30质量份的填料和10-40质量份的水;石墨烯与浆料的质量比为5-8:100,所述的石墨烯原液是将石墨烯通过超声分散的方式均匀分散于水中,形成浓度为20-30g/L的石墨烯水分散液;其中,石墨烯为径向尺寸1-100μm,层数为1-3层的石墨烯;
所述的填料为微米级的针状、颗粒状、纤维状、柱状填料中的任意一种或多种;所述的水性树脂为环氧树脂、醇酸树脂、酚醛树脂、丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯树脂中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求2所述的石墨烯无纺布纤维地毯的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述的静电喷涂是通过激光静电喷涂枪将喷涂液均匀喷至无纺布上。
5.根据权利要求2所述的石墨烯无纺布纤维地毯的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述的专用烘干设备为等离子烘干仪;所述的等离子烘干仪包括烘干箱、设置在烘干箱顶部的重力热管换热器和设置在烘干箱内壁上的等离子气体处理器,所述的重力热管换热器热空气入口与烘干箱尾气出口相连接,所述的重力热管换热器热空气出口与等离子气体处理器相连接,所述的烘干箱上还设置有通风门,所述的通风门通过回风管道与重力热管换热器冷空气出口相连,所述的重力热管换热器冷空气入口与外部连通。
6.根据权利要求2所述的石墨烯无纺布纤维地毯的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)所述的点焊工艺是通过激光点焊将无纺布层、石墨烯层和铝箔层焊接在一起,激光点焊过后在地毯上留下均匀排布的焊点,焊点呈现行对齐与列对齐排布,行距为1cm,列距为1.5cm。
7.一种如权利要求1所述的石墨烯无纺布纤维地毯的应用,其特征在于,作为石墨烯纤维地暖使用。
