技术领域
本发明涉及一种屏蔽材料,特别涉及一种人防设施用防辐射屏蔽材料。
背景技术
防辐射屏蔽门是人防设施的一个基本元件。为了保证防辐射屏蔽门的气密性,避免辐射源从门板与门框连接处的空隙向外辐射,对屏蔽门外的人员造成伤害。因此一般需要在屏蔽门上安装多套锁闭系统,但是各套锁闭系统无法连动,需要单独锁闭。因此在出现紧急事态的情况下,工作人员需要将屏蔽门开启紧急逃走,由于其开关复杂,需要单独开启多道锁闭系统,势必会造成应对事态不及时的情况。
专利201720881542.3公开了一种防辐射屏蔽门,旨在解决现有防辐射屏蔽门各锁闭系统之间无法联动连接,导致开启屏蔽门不方便,当遇到突发状况,容易造成安全事故的问题。其技术方案要点是:一种防辐射屏蔽门,包括安装在墙体上的门框和铰接在门框上的门板;所述门框靠近门板和门框铰接的一端开设有两个第一卡接槽,所述门框相对一端开设有两个第二卡接槽;所述门板滑移连接有与第一卡接槽和第二卡接槽配合的第一锁块和第二锁块、推动第一锁块和第二锁块同时卡合或者同时脱离于第一卡接槽和第二卡接槽以实现门板锁合和解锁合于门框上的驱动机构。
上述的屏蔽门门板结构简单,虽然起到了屏蔽的效果,但是其用于制作门体的材料屏蔽性能不能满足现代社会的需求。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提出了一种人防设施用防辐射屏蔽材料,用于制作屏蔽门的门体,强度高、防辐射性能好、防火性能好。
具体的技术方案如下:
人防设施用防辐射屏蔽材料,包括底板和顶板,底板上设有一圈第一卡槽,顶板上设有一圈第二卡槽,第一卡槽和第二卡槽对应设置,多个耐火砖通过水泥叠加的粘接固定在第一卡槽和第二卡槽之间;
耐火砖的外侧自内向外依次设有内固定层、第一屏蔽板层、第二屏蔽板层和外防护层;
底板、顶板、外防护层均由铝板压制而成,内固定层由铅板压制而成;
内固定层的上下两端分别通过螺丝固定在第二卡槽和第一卡槽的外壁上,内固定层的四个外侧壁上分别相互平行的设有多个支撑杆,支撑杆的长度大于第一屏蔽板层和第二屏蔽板层的厚度之和,支撑杆穿过第一屏蔽板层和第二屏蔽板层插入外防护层中的定位槽中,并自外向内通过螺丝加以锁紧固定。
进一步的,第一屏蔽板层由四块第一屏蔽板拼接而成,第二屏蔽板层由四块第二屏蔽板拼接而成。
进一步的,第一屏蔽板的组成成分按重量份数计为:
聚乙烯100-120份、硼酸15-25份、铅粉20-30份、氮化硼12-25份、苯甲酸锌10-16份、单硬脂酸丁酯3-8份、膨润土10-15份。
进一步的,第一屏蔽板的制备方法如下:
(1)按重量份数计将聚乙烯100-120份、硼酸15-25份、铅粉20-30份、氮化硼12-25份、苯甲酸锌10-16份、单硬脂酸丁酯3-8份、膨润土10-15份加入密炼机中混合至熔融状态;
(2)将熔融状态的混合物加入挤出机中,挤出成型后进行切割造粒,得到颗粒A;
(3)将颗粒A加入硫化液压机中模压成型,脱模后即可得到第一屏蔽板。
进一步的,第二屏蔽板的组成成分按重量份数计如下:
三元乙丙橡胶55-120份、铜粉6-15份、氧化石墨烯3-8份、硫酸钡5-12份、硅酸盐水泥55-120份、不锈钢纤维20-28份和水30-50份。
进一步的,第二屏蔽板的制备方法如下:
(1)按重量份数计将三元乙丙橡胶55-120份、铜粉6-15份、氧化石墨烯3-8份、硫酸钡5-12份加入混炼机中混炼得到混合物A;
(2)按重量份数计将硅酸盐水泥55-120份和水30-50份混合搅拌均匀后得到混合物B;
(3)将混合物A、混合物B和不锈钢纤维20-28份混合搅拌均匀后得到混合物C;
(4)将混合物C浇注成型即可得到第二屏蔽板。
进一步的,屏蔽材料的组装方法如下:
(1)将底板平置,将耐火砖通过水泥向上叠加的粘接固定在第一卡槽中,再将顶板压设在耐火砖上;
(2)将内固定层的上下两端分别通过螺丝固定在第二卡槽和第一卡槽的外壁上;
(3)依次将第一屏蔽板层、第二屏蔽板层穿过支撑杆压设在内固定层上;
(4)将外防护层压设在第二屏蔽板层上,并通过螺丝加以锁紧固定。

底板、顶板、外防护层均由铝板压制而成,内固定层由铅板压制而成;

(3)将混合物A、混合物B和不锈钢纤维24份混合搅拌均匀后得到混合物C;
(4)将混合物C浇注成型即可得到第二屏蔽板。

(1)将底板平置,将耐火砖通过水泥向上叠加的粘接固定在第一卡槽中,再将顶板压设在耐火砖上;

(2)将熔融状态的混合物加入挤出机中,挤出成型后进行切割造粒,得到颗粒A;
(3)将颗粒A加入硫化液压机中模压成型,脱模后即可得到第一屏蔽板。
第二屏蔽板的制备方法如下:
(1)按重量份数计将三元乙丙橡胶120份、铜粉15份、氧化石墨烯8份、硫酸钡12份加入混炼机中混炼得到混合物A;
(2)按重量份数计将硅酸盐水泥120份和水50份混合搅拌均匀后得到混合物B;
(3)将混合物A、混合物B和不锈钢纤维28份混合搅拌均匀后得到混合物C;
(4)将混合物C浇注成型即可得到第二屏蔽板。

聚乙烯100-120份、硼酸15-25份、铅粉20-30份、氮化硼12-25份、苯甲酸锌10-16份、单硬脂酸丁酯3-8份、膨润土10-15份。
4.如权利要求3所述的人防设施用防辐射屏蔽材料,其特征为,第一屏蔽板的制备方法如下:
(1)按重量份数计将聚乙烯100-120份、硼酸15-25份、铅粉20-30份、氮化硼12-25份、苯甲酸锌10-16份、单硬脂酸丁酯3-8份、膨润土10-15份加入密炼机中混合至熔融状态;
(2)将熔融状态的混合物加入挤出机中,挤出成型后进行切割造粒,得到颗粒A;
(3)将颗粒A加入硫化液压机中模压成型,脱模后即可得到第一屏蔽板。
5.如权利要求2所述的人防设施用防辐射屏蔽材料,其特征为,第二屏蔽板的组成成分按重量份数计如下:
三元乙丙橡胶55-120份、铜粉6-15份、氧化石墨烯3-8份、硫酸钡5-12份、硅酸盐水泥55-120份、不锈钢纤维20-28份和水30-50份。
6.如权利要求5所述的人防设施用防辐射屏蔽材料,其特征为,第二屏蔽板的制备方法如下:
(1)按重量份数计将三元乙丙橡胶55-120份、铜粉6-15份、氧化石墨烯3-8份、硫酸钡5-12份加入混炼机中混炼得到混合物A;
(2)按重量份数计将硅酸盐水泥55-120份和水30-50份混合搅拌均匀后得到混合物B;
(3)将混合物A、混合物B和不锈钢纤维20-28份混合搅拌均匀后得到混合物C;
(4)将混合物C浇注成型即可得到第二屏蔽板。
7.如权利要求1所述的人防设施用防辐射屏蔽材料,其特征为,屏蔽材料的组装方法如下:
(1)将底板平置,将耐火砖通过水泥向上叠加的粘接固定在第一卡槽中,再将顶板压设在耐火砖上;
(2)将内固定层的上下两端分别通过螺丝固定在第二卡槽和第一卡槽的外壁上;
(3)依次将第一屏蔽板层、第二屏蔽板层穿过支撑杆压设在内固定层上;
(4)将外防护层压设在第二屏蔽板层上,并通过螺丝加以锁紧固定。
