本发明涉及一种面料,具体为导电牛仔布,由经纱和纬纱垂直交错编织而成,所述经纱包括棉纤维经纱和导电纤维经纱,所述的棉纤维经纱和导电纤维经纱相互间隔平行设置;所述纬纱包括棉纤维纬纱和导电纤维纬纱,所述的棉纤维纬纱和导电纤维纬纱相互间隔平行设置;所述的导电纤维经纱和导电纤维纬纱均为导电复合纤维;所述的导电复合纤维包括不锈钢丝,不锈钢丝与棉纱并捻合股。本发明提供导电牛仔布,利用石墨烯和金属材料的功能特性,导电性能好,赋予牛仔布织物优良的防辐射及抗静电性能,对人体有很大的防护作用,并且穿着舒适、透气。

本发明涉及一种面料,具体为导电牛仔布。
背景技术
随着社会的进步和发展,单一性能的纺织品已经不能满足人们日常的生活需求,对于多功能性纺织品的研发已经成为主流,一些特定的行业对纺织品的性能也提出了不同的要求,具有特殊性能的织物赋予了织物产品更高的附加值,更有意义的是将纺织品的应用范围扩展、渗透到新的领域。
导电纤维的现有种类有金属导电纤维、碳素导电纤维和有机导电纤维,导电纤维以其优良的导电性能被广泛地应用于抗静电、防辐射、传感器及军工等领域。现有导电、抗电磁辐射织物主要采用涂层法和化学电镀金属法生产, 涂层织物价廉, 易于生产, 导电、抗辐射性能好。牛仔作为风靡全球、长盛不衰的流行服装,有着巨大的市场,但一般牛仔面料不具有导电、防静电、防辐射的能力。电磁干扰还会造成通信设备无法对通信频段信号的正常接收。对于一些医疗设备,如心脏起搏器,电磁干扰会扰乱其正常工作。但是导电牛仔布采用传统方法制备不适合,比如导电的牛仔布采用涂层法不透气,不适合服装面料,采用化学电镀金属法,镀层容易在穿着过程中脱落。导致导电失效。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种“导电”牛仔织物,使牛仔织物也能有导电、防电磁辐射和防静电等复合功能,可以保护人体健康,并且穿着舒适,不易失效。
具体的技术方案为:
导电牛仔布,由经纱和纬纱垂直交错编织而成,所述经纱包括棉纤维经纱和导电纤维经纱,所述的棉纤维经纱和导电纤维经纱相互间隔平行设置;所述纬纱包括棉纤维纬纱和导电纤维纬纱,所述的棉纤维纬纱和导电纤维纬纱相互间隔平行设置;所述的导电纤维经纱和导电纤维纬纱均为导电复合纤维;所述的导电复合纤维包括不锈钢丝,不锈钢丝与棉纱并捻合股。
其中,所述的棉纱外涂覆有石墨烯涂层。
进一步的,所述的不锈钢丝位于导电复合纤维的中心,多根棉纱缠绕在不锈钢丝周围。
石墨烯作为当代新材料之王,在电学、光学和力学等方面的性能优异,又称为“黑金”。将石墨烯整理到纺织品表面,除保留纺织品原有的性能之外,给纺织品赋予了新的功能。石墨烯导电功能材料可改善纺织品的静电现象和制备导电功能复合材料。
本发明提供导电牛仔布,利用石墨烯和金属材料的功能特性,导电性能好,赋予牛仔布织物优良的防辐射及抗静电性能,对人体有很大的防护作用,并且穿着舒适、透气。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示 意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1所示,导电牛仔布,由经纱和纬纱垂直交错编织而成,所述经纱包括棉纤维经纱1和导电纤维经纱3,所述的棉纤维经纱1和导电纤维经纱3相互间隔平行设置;所述纬纱包括棉纤维纬纱2和导电纤维纬纱4,所述的棉纤维纬纱2和导电纤维纬纱4相互间隔平行设置;所述的导电纤维经纱3和导电纤维纬纱4均为导电复合纤维。
如图2所示,所述的导电复合纤维包括不锈钢丝43,不锈钢丝43与棉纱41并捻合股。
所述的棉纱41外涂覆有石墨烯涂层42。
导电复合纤维,制备过程为,将棉纤维先纺成纱,随后通过树脂粘合剂、增稠剂、分散好的石墨烯水性浆料共混制成石墨烯功能涂料,并在棉纱41表面涂,将其纺成纱后,并捻机上将不锈钢丝43及石墨烯涂层42的棉纱41分组并捻合股,控制捻系数为300。
所述的不锈钢丝43位于导电复合纤维的中心,多根棉纱41缠绕在不锈钢丝43周围。棉纤维经纱1可以每两根或者多根排列一组,每组之间间隔一根导电纤维经纱3,同样,棉纤维纬纱2可以每两根或者多根排列一组,每组之间间隔一根导电纤维纬纱4,每组棉纤维含有的棉纤维根数根据导电需求设置,导电系数高的棉纤维数量较少。导电性方面,纤维比电阻(Ω·cm)可达到40以下,具有很好的抗静电效果;对于防辐射性能方面,采用法兰同轴法和屏蔽室法测试,SE达到30dB以上。

1.导电牛仔布,由经纱和纬纱垂直交错编织而成,其特征在于,所述经纱包括棉纤维经纱(1)和导电纤维经纱(3),所述的棉纤维经纱(1)和导电纤维经纱(3)相互间隔平行设置;所述纬纱包括棉纤维纬纱(2)和导电纤维纬纱(4),所述的棉纤维纬纱(2)和导电纤维纬纱(4)相互间隔平行设置;所述的导电纤维经纱(3)和导电纤维纬纱(4)均为导电复合纤维;所述的导电复合纤维包括不锈钢丝(43),不锈钢丝(43)与棉纱(41)并捻合股。
2.根据权利要求1所述的导电牛仔布,其特征在于,所述的棉纱(41)外涂覆有石墨烯涂层(42)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的导电牛仔布,其特征在于,所述的不锈钢丝(43)位于导电复合纤维的中心,多根棉纱(41)缠绕在不锈钢丝(43)周围。
