Claims (4)
- 전자기파 차폐용 직물의 제조방법에 있어서,금속코팅사와 일반사의 섬도를 비교하여 섬도가 큰 것을 심사로, 섬도가 작은 것을 효과사로 하여 커버링 복합하여 금속복합사를 제조하는 단계;각 일반사의 섬도를 비교하여 섬도가 큰 것을 심사로, 섬도가 작은 것을 효과사로 하여 커버링 복합하여 일반복합사를 제조하는 단계;상기 금속복합사와 일반복합사를 경사 및 위사에 배열하여 제직하는 단계를 포함하고,상기에서 전자기파 차폐 성능은 금속메쉬의 열린정도에 의해 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기파 차폐용 직물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제직단계는 에어제트 직기, 래피어 직기 또는 셔틀 직기를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기파 차폐용 직물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속복합사 및 일반복합사는 심사에 효과사가 심사 꼬임의 반대방향으로 토크가 발생하지 않도록 커버링 복합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기파 차폐용 직물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속메쉬의 열린정도는 0.282×0.282mm2 내지 0.484×0.295mm2 인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기파 차폐용 직물의 제조방법.
