Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of environmental protection, and particularly relates to a encrusting agent as well as a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
With the rapid development of economy, the problem of environmental pollution is increasingly prominent, wherein suspended particles are an important cause of environmental pollution, and a large amount of raised dust of construction sites and bare lands serving as one of suspended particle sources also becomes a key point for preventing and controlling air pollution. The current treatment measures are mainly that a dust screen covers bare land, fog gun sprays and inorganic salt dust suppressant is used.
The dust suppression effect of the dust screen after covering is not obvious because the holes of the screen are far larger than dust particles. Moreover, the quality of the dust screens on the market is uneven, organic volatile matters are easily generated in the manufacturing and processing process, and the materials lack biodegradation capacity. Fog gun spraying can increase air and soil surface humidity and thereby reduce raise dust, however after moisture evaporates and dries, the raise dust problem can reappear. Inorganic salt dust depressants (magnesium chloride and calcium chloride) are low in cost and widely used as road dust depressants, but the adverse consequences of soil salinization, pavement road corrosion and the like can be caused by overuse of the inorganic salt dust depressants.
Especially for the coal dust which is easy to generate dust in the transportation and storage processes, the dust suppression means can not obtain ideal dust suppression effect.
