Abstract

本发明公开了一种便携式PCB板放置架,包括载板分体Ⅰ、载板分体Ⅱ和载板组件,载板分体Ⅰ和载板分体Ⅱ通过合页铰接相连,载板分体Ⅰ和载板分体Ⅱ的顶部开设有多个与载板组件相适配的插槽,单个载板组件包括载板箱,压板条和限位环,载板箱置于载板分体内的底部,载板箱的顶端设置有限位环连接压板条,载板分体Ⅰ和载板分体Ⅱ在相对合页的另一端口设置有连接座。本发明结构简单,能够一次性完成较多量的PCB板的放置作业,体积较小,便于提携收纳,方便实用,而且只需通过连接座将放置架安装在传输装置上即可完成PCB板的传输,无需在放置架和传输装置之间进行交换,操作简单,工作效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及电子信息技术领域,尤其涉及了一种便携式PCB板放置架。
背景技术
PCB板是一种是重要的电子部件,是电子元器件的支撑体,是电子元器件电气连接的载体,印制板从单层发展到双面、多层和挠性,并且仍旧保持着各自的发展趋势。在PCB生产过程中,各工序之间需要将PCB板暂存于放置架上,为了减小放置架的使用数量,往往采用体积较大的放置架进行PCB板的集中式放置,由于放置架的笨重,操作不方便,实用性较差。目前的移动式放置架虽然提高了放置架的灵活性,但是如果利用传输带进行运输时需要将放置架上的PCB一个个的转移到传输带上,工作量较大,工作效率低。
因此,为了解决上述存在的问题,本发明特提供了一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种结构合理、操作简单以及方便实用的便携式PCB板放置架。
本发明针对上述技术缺陷所采用的技术方案是:
一种便携式PCB板放置架,包括载板分体Ⅰ、载板分体Ⅱ和载板组件,所述载板分体Ⅰ和载板分体Ⅱ通过合页铰接相连完成折叠或展开操作,所述载板分体Ⅰ和载板分体Ⅱ为空心结构,且空心部分设置有多个载板组件,所述载板分体Ⅰ和载板分体Ⅱ的顶部开设有多个与载板组件相适配的插槽,且载板分体Ⅰ和载板分体Ⅱ的顶部还设置有多个限位柱与载板组件间隔设置,单个所述载板组件包括载板箱、压板条和限位环,其中载板箱置于载板分体内的底部,载板箱的顶端设置有限位环连接压板条,所述载板分体Ⅰ和载板分体Ⅱ在相对合页的另一端口设置有连接座,且连接座上设置有用于提携的吊环Ⅰ,所述载板分体Ⅰ和载板分体Ⅱ上均设置有拉门。
进一步地,单个所述压板条的内壁设置有卡规。
进一步地,单个所述限位环的内壁设置有防滑凸棱,且限位环为硅胶材质。
进一步地,单个所述载板箱的底部设置有软垫。
进一步地,所述合页上设置有吊环Ⅱ。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,通过载板分体Ⅰ、Ⅱ的折叠结构,能够一次性完成较多量的PCB板的放置作业,体积较小,便于提携收纳,方便实用,而且只需通过连接座将放置架安装在传输装置上即可完成PCB板的传输,无需在放置架和传输装置之间进行交换,操作简单,工作效率高。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例和附图对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明的保护范围的限定。
如图1所示的一种便携式PCB板放置架,包括载板分体Ⅰ1、载板分体Ⅱ2和载板组件3,载板分体Ⅰ1和载板分体Ⅱ2通过合页4铰接相连完成折叠或展开操作,载板分体Ⅰ1和载板分体Ⅱ2为空心结构,且空心部分设置有多个载板组件3,载板分体Ⅰ1和载板分体Ⅱ2的顶部开设有多个与载板组件3相适配的插槽5,且载板分体Ⅰ1和载板分体Ⅱ2的顶部还设置有多个限位柱6与载板组件3间隔设置,单个载板组件3包括载板箱7、压板条8和限位环9,其中载板箱7置于载板分体内的底部,载板箱7的顶端设置有限位环9连接压板条8,载板分体Ⅰ1和载板分体Ⅱ2在相对合页4的另一端口设置有连接座10,且连接座10上设置有用于提携的吊环Ⅰ11,载板分体Ⅰ1和载板分体Ⅱ2上均设置有拉门12。
在本实施例中,单个压板条8的内壁设置有卡规13,用于PCB板规矩的插入载板箱7或从载板箱7中抽出,减少插板或抽板过程中存在卡顿、卡死等情况,保证每次操作的连贯性和有效性,操作简单快速。
在本实施例中,单个限位环9的内壁设置有防滑凸棱14,且限位环9为硅胶材质,在PCB板插入载板箱7后具有较好的限位作用,有效避免PCB板在传输过程中出现晃荡、磨损等情况,而且硅胶质地柔软不会对PCB板造成损伤,保证PCB板的质量。
在本实施例中,单个载板箱7的底部设置有软垫15,有效避免因抽插动作过度而导致PCB板损坏等现象。
在本实施例中,合页4上设置有吊环Ⅱ16,吊环Ⅰ11的设置用于在载板分体Ⅰ1、Ⅱ2展开过程中的提携起吊操作;载板分体Ⅰ1、Ⅱ2折叠后,只需通过合并的吊环Ⅰ11和吊环Ⅱ16即可完成提携起吊操作,操作简单,方便实用。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,能够一次性完成较多量的PCB板的放置作业,体积较小,便于提携收纳,方便实用,而且只需通过连接座将放置架安装在传输装置上即可完成PCB板的传输,无需在放置架和传输装置之间进行交换,操作简单,工作效率高。

1.一种便携式PCB板放置架,包括载板分体Ⅰ、载板分体Ⅱ和载板组件,其特征在于:所述载板分体Ⅰ和载板分体Ⅱ通过合页铰接相连完成折叠或展开操作,所述载板分体Ⅰ和载板分体Ⅱ为空心结构,且空心部分设置有多个载板组件,所述载板分体Ⅰ和载板分体Ⅱ的顶部开设有多个与载板组件相适配的插槽,且载板分体Ⅰ和载板分体Ⅱ的顶部还设置有多个限位柱与载板组件间隔设置,单个所述载板组件包括载板箱、压板条和限位环,其中载板箱置于载板分体内的底部,载板箱的顶端设置有限位环连接压板条,所述载板分体Ⅰ和载板分体Ⅱ在相对合页的另一端口设置有连接座,且连接座上设置有用于提携的吊环Ⅰ,所述载板分体Ⅰ和载板分体Ⅱ上均设置有拉门;
