技术领域
本发明属于机车控制技术领域,尤其涉及一种电力机车控制系统。
背景技术
随着雾霾的加重和人们环保意识的增强,汽车尾气排放所造成的环境污染、温室效应已成为一个全球性不能忽视的问题。为此,一些可替代能源动力机车,电动汽车和插电式混合动力汽车等新能源产品得到越来越广泛的应用。然而,上述机车的动力来源多来自燃煤发电,因此,单纯发展电动汽车并不能从根本上解决雾霾和环保问题。太阳能作为一种“取之不尽,用之不竭”的清洁能源,将是解决这一矛盾最有效措施。发展太阳能动力机车从研发开始就一直受到人们的普遍关注。
太阳能低速电力机车通常是在现有电力机车上加装太阳能辅助充电装置,多用于电动人力车、电动三轮车、电力观光车、电力巡逻车、电力四轮车等。现有利于太阳能供电的电力机车控制系统在太阳能的利用率上还有待提高。
发明内容
本发明就是针对上述问题,提供一种可提高太阳能利用效率得电力机车控制系统。

本发明有益效果。
本发明设置一个“中转站”(即太阳能中转储能及供电系统),由“中转站”为电机供电。中转站的电力完全由太阳能提供。太阳能电力智能管控系统可控制(具体控制方式,见图3、4、5):在电力车低速运行时,由“中转站”向电动机供电。汽车高速运行时,太阳能发电功率不够时,再通过蓄电池(即蓄电池动力系统)向电机或“中转站”补充供电,使蓄电池的电能消耗达到最小又使得蓄电池使用寿命得以提高,提高太阳能利用效率。

所述的太阳能光伏发电系统(1)采用太阳能光伏板。所述的太阳能光伏发电系统(1)可根据车辆尺寸和功率选择一块或多块太阳能光伏板。当选择多块太阳能光伏板,其可以通过并联(提高电流)或串联(提高电压)方阵供电方式达到太阳能光伏供电的需求。避免太阳能供电压和供电流过高或不足。
所述太阳能光伏板采用单晶硅、多晶硅、非晶硅或多元化合物。当采用单晶硅时,其光电转化效率10-40%,优选为15%-30%。当采用多晶硅时,其光电转化效率10-30%,优选为12%-20%。当采用多元化合物太阳电池时,其可以是硫化镉类太阳能电池、砷化镓类太阳能电池、铜铟硒类太阳能电池及其它新型多元带隙梯度(如Cu(In,Ga)Se2)类薄膜太阳能电池。
所述的太阳能MPPT充电系统(2)对太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)和蓄电池动力系统(5)电池的充、放电进行控制;
所述的太阳能MPPT充电系统(2)充电压可以从5伏至1000伏,控制电压等级包括:12V、24V、36V、48V、60V、72V、96V、110V、220V、360V、480V及600V。太阳能MPPT充电系统(2)可以保护太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)和蓄电池动力系统(5)免于过充或过放,过充过放均有可能损害负载。过充可能使电池中的电解液汽化,造成故障,而电池过放会引起电池过早失效。
所述的太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)采用蓄电池。蓄电池总电压可以从5伏至1000伏,电压等级包括:12V、24V、36V、48V、60V、72V、96V、110V、220V、360V、480V及600V。太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)蓄电池种类可以是镍镉电池、镍氢电池锂离子、电池锂聚合物电池和铅酸电池。优选记忆效应小的镍氢充电池和锂离子充电池。当选用锂离子充电池时,太阳能电力智能管控系统(8)可避免电池过充或放电,过充获强行放电会导致温度过高而破坏结构、损坏电池并形成爆炸。当选用镍氢充电池时,最好每隔两、三个月左右就对镍镉充电池进行一次充放电,这样可以确保镍镉充电池的记忆效应对电池的影响减到最低状态。
所述蓄电池市电充电系统(4)采用220V或380V交流电为太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)和蓄电池动力系统(5)充电。动力电池总电压可以从5伏至1000伏,电压等级包括:12V、24V、36V、48V、60V、72V、96V、110V、220V、360V、480V及600V。
所述的蓄电池动力系统(5)采用蓄电池。蓄电池种类可以是镍镉电池、镍氢电池锂离子、电池锂聚合物电池和铅酸电池。蓄电池总电压可以从5伏至1000伏,电压等级包括:12V、24V、36V、48V、60V、72V、96V、110V、220V、360V、480V及600V。该动力系统可以是原车自带电池动力系统。

电力切换系统(12)可以是自动和手动。当电力切换系统(12)为自动模式是,可以通过电力智能判断系统(11)指导电力切换系统(12)实现太阳能的最大化利用。所述的能实现上述不同电力系统切换的电力切换系统(12)组件可以是小型继电器、中间继电器、直流(或交流)接触器。

所述电力智能判断系统可采用威纶通MP6103ip。
实施例一:本实施例中,直流电机动力系统(7)为额定电压为72VDC,额定功率为1200瓦的直流电机。太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)由一组72VDC,8ah的锂电池组构成。电力监控系统(10)为触摸屏。太阳能最大化利用体现在太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)为直流电机动力系统(7)的供电主体。而太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)唯一能量来源为太阳能。仅当太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)供电不足时,才使用蓄电池动力系统(5)中的能源,使得太阳能利用最大化。
当不采用太阳能充电系统时,由太阳能电力智能管控系统(8)通过电力数据采集系统(9)获得电压、电流、电量、功率等数据并传输至电力监控系统(10)。通过对电力智能判断系统(11)设定启用电力切换系统(12)。太阳能光伏发电系统(1)与太阳能MPPT充电系统(2)断开。太阳能MPPT充电系统(2)与蓄电池动力系统(5)断开。太阳能MPPT充电系统(2)与太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)断开。太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)与电动车控制器(6)断开。蓄电池动力系统(5)与电动车控制器(6)导通。电动车控制器(6)与直流电机动力系统(7)导通。此时,电动车的唯一动力来源为市电充电。晚上静止时,蓄电池市电充电系统(4)给蓄电池动力系统(5)供电。白天工作时,电动车控制器(6)会根据操作者的指令对车辆进行启动、运行、进退、速度、停止等动作。由此消耗的全部电力由市电补充。
当采用传统太阳能辅助充电方式时,通过电力智能判断系统(11)设定启用电力切换系统(12)。太阳能光伏发电系统(1)与蓄电池动力系统(5)相连的太阳能MPPT充电系统(2)常通。太阳能MPPT充电系统(2)与蓄电池动力系统(5)常通。太阳能光伏发电系统(1)与太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)相连的太阳能MPPT充电系统(2)常断。太阳能MPPT充电系统(2)与太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)常断。蓄电池动力系统(5)与电动车控制器(6)导通。太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)与电动车控制器(6)常断。此时,太阳能作为电动车的重要辅助动力来源。晚上静止时,利用市电通过蓄电池市电充电系统(4)给蓄电池动力系统(5)充电。白天工作时,太阳能光伏发电系统(1)为蓄电池动力系统(5)供电。电动车控制器(6)会根据操作者的指令对车辆进行启动、运行、进退、速度、停止等动作。由此消耗的全部电力以市电为主,太阳能为辅进行补充。
设备间的电力切换系统(12)导通与断开由电力智能判断系统(11)控制。晚上静止时,利用市电通过蓄电池市电充电系统(4)给蓄电池动力系统(5)充电。白天工作时,通过由太阳能电力智能管控系统(8)通过电力数据采集系统(9)获得电压、电流、电量、功率等数据并传输至电力监控系统(10)。电动车控制器(6)根据操作者的指令对车辆进行启动、运行、进退、速度、停止等动作。直流电机动力系统(7)做出相应动作并消耗电力。此时,太阳能光伏发电系统(1)通过太阳能MPPT充电系统(2)与太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)常通。与蓄电池动力系统(5)常断。太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)与电动车控制器(6)导通。直流电机动力系统(7)电力供给一般由太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)。太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)在放电的同时利用太阳能光伏发电系统(1)通过太阳能MPPT充电系统为其充电。为防止锂电池组过充和过放,通过对电力智能判断系统(11)自动启用和断开电力切换系统(12)。由太阳能电力智能管控系统(8)通过电力数据采集系统(9)获得电压、电流、电量、功率等数据并传输至电力监控系统(10)并进行判断。可选充电方式有恒流充电,恒压充电与浮充充电。通过对太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)锂电池组电流、电压和电量的检测,当充电从恒流充电进入恒压充电并开始浮充充电时,即可视为充电结束。此时,电压在一定误差范围内波动,电流降低值定值。(由电力监控系统(10)输入)当太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)锂电池组电压降低至低限值或电量降低至20%(由电力监控系统(10)输入),可视为太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)电力亏损,改由蓄电池动力系统(5)供电。通常情况下,可通过设定太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)电量、电压和电流的阈值以防止过充和过放,延缓太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)锂电池组寿命。此外,在行驶过程中,通过PLC的自动控制系统,可将太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)的电压值或电量值作为给定值,通过太阳能MPPT充电系统(2)电量供给和蓄电池动力系统(5)选择性旁路供给,最大化地利用太阳能对电动机车进行电力供应。
实施例二:本实施例中,直流电机动力系统(7)为额定电压为72VDC,额定功率为1200瓦的直流电机。太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)由两组72VDC,8ah的锂电池组构成。电力监控系统(10)为触摸屏。太阳能最大化利用体现在太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)为直流电机动力系统(7)的供电主体。而太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)唯一能量来源为太阳能。仅当太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)供电不足时,才使用蓄电池动力系统(5)中的能源,使得太阳能利用最大化。
当不采用太阳能充电系统时,与实施例一中所对应的控制方式相同。
当采用传统太阳能辅助充电方式时,与实施例一中所对应的控制方式相同。
设备间的电力切换系统(12)导通与断开都由电力智能判断系统(11)自动设定。晚上静止时,利用市电通过蓄电池市电充电系统(4)给蓄电池动力系统(5)充电。白天工作时,通过由太阳能电力智能管控系统(8)通过电力数据采集系统(9)获得电压、电流、电量、功率等数据并传输至电力监控系统(10)。电动车控制器(6)会根据操作者的指令对车辆进行启动、运行、进退、速度、停止等动作。直流电机动力系统(7)做出相应动作并消耗电力。车辆行驶过程中,电力系统的供给可以包括以下几种方式(表1)。

当采用多组72VDC,8ah的锂电池时,切换方式与双电池组方式相同。通过电力智能判断系统(11)设定启用电力切换系统(12)。太阳能光伏发电系统(1)通过太阳能MPPT充电系统(2)持续为除工作状态之外的其它太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)电池组充电。仅当动力不足或电力不足时,由蓄电池动力系统(5)辅助供电或直接供电。当所有太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)电池组均充满时,可由太阳能光伏发电系统(1)通过太阳能MPPT充电系统(2)给蓄电池动力系统(5)充电。
可以理解的是,以上关于本发明的具体描述,仅用于说明本发明而并非受限于本发明实施例所描述的技术方案,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,仍然可以对本发明进行修改或等同替换,以达到相同的技术效果;只要满足使用需要,都在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (8)
1.一种电力机车控制系统,包括太阳能光伏发电系统(1)、太阳能MPPT充电系统(2)、太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)、蓄电池市电充电系统(4)、蓄电池动力系统(5)、电动车控制器(6)、直流电机动力系统(7)、太阳能电力智能管控系统(8);
其特征在于蓄电池动力系统(5)的能量通过蓄电池市电充电系统(4)获得,或通过太阳能电力智能管控系统(8)由太阳能光伏发电系统(1)通过太阳能MPPT充电系统(2)获得;
蓄电池动力系统(5)向直流电机动力系统(7)的电力供给由太阳能电力智能管控系统(8)调控;
太阳能光伏发电系统(1)通过太阳能电力智能管控系统(8)利用太阳能MPPT充电系统(2)向太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)供电;
太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)通过太阳能电力智能管控系统(8)为直流电机动力系统(7)提供动力能源;
电力机车速度通过电动车控制器(6)调变直流电机动力系统(7)功率大小控制;
所述的太阳能MPPT充电系统(2)对太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)和蓄电池动力系统(5)电池的充、放电进行控制;
所述太阳能电力智能管控系统(8)包括电力数据采集系统(9)、电力监控系统(10)、电力智能判断系统(11)和电力切换系统(12);
所述的电力数据采集系统(9)将系统内组件电压、电流、电量进行实时采集,通过电力监控系统(10)展现给用户;
电力智能判断系统(11)根据电力数据采集系统(9)所采集的信号进行计算、比较,对电力切换系统(12)给出指令;
电力切换系统(12)控制太阳能光伏发电系统(1)与太阳能MPPT充电系统(2)、太阳能MPPT充电系统(2)与蓄电池动力系统(5)、太阳能MPPT充电系统(2)与太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)、太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)与直流电机动力系统(7)、蓄电池动力系统与(5)直流电机动力系统(7)之间的通断;
太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)为直流电机动力系统(7)的供电主体,太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)唯一能量来源为太阳能;仅当太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)供电不足时,才使用蓄电池动力系统(5)中的能源;
当所有太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)电池组均充满时,由太阳能光伏发电系统(1)通过太阳能MPPT充电系统(2)给蓄电池动力系统(5)充电;
在电力机车低速运行时,由“太阳能中转储能及供电系统”向电动机供电;电力机车高速运行时,太阳能发电功率不够时,再通过蓄电池动力系统(5)的蓄电池向电机或“太阳能中转储能及供电系统”补充供电;
当不采用太阳能充电系统时,由太阳能电力智能管控系统(8)通过电力数据采集系统(9)获得电压、电流、电量、功率数据并传输至电力监控系统(10);通过对电力智能判断系统(11)设定启用电力切换系统(12);太阳能光伏发电系统(1)与太阳能MPPT充电系统(2)断开;太阳能MPPT充电系统(2)与蓄电池动力系统(5)断开;太阳能MPPT充电系统(2)与太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)断开;太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)与电动车控制器(6)断开;蓄电池动力系统(5)与电动车控制器(6)导通;电动车控制器(6)与直流电机动力系统(7)导通;此时,电力机车的唯一动力来源为市电充电;晚上静止时,蓄电池市电充电系统(4)给蓄电池动力系统(5)供电;白天工作时,电动车控制器(6)会根据操作者的指令对电力机车进行启动、运行、进退、速度、停止等动作;由此消耗的全部电力由市电补充;
当采用太阳能辅助充电方式时,通过电力智能判断系统(11)设定启用电力切换系统(12);太阳能光伏发电系统(1)与蓄电池动力系统(5)相连的太阳能MPPT充电系统(2)常通;太阳能MPPT充电系统(2)与蓄电池动力系统(5)常通;太阳能光伏发电系统(1)与太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)相连的太阳能MPPT充电系统(2)常断;太阳能MPPT充电系统(2)与太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)常断;蓄电池动力系统(5)与电动车控制器(6)导通;太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)与电动车控制器(6)常断;此时,太阳能作为电力机车的重要辅助动力来源;晚上静止时,利用市电通过蓄电池市电充电系统(4)给蓄电池动力系统(5)充电;白天工作时,太阳能光伏发电系统(1)为蓄电池动力系统(5)供电;电动车控制器(6)会根据操作者的指令对电力机车进行启动、运行、进退、速度、停止等动作;由此消耗的全部电力以市电为主,太阳能为辅进行补充;
设备间的电力切换系统(12)导通与断开由电力智能判断系统(11)控制;晚上静止时,利用市电通过蓄电池市电充电系统(4)给蓄电池动力系统(5)充电;白天工作时,通过由太阳能电力智能管控系统(8)通过电力数据采集系统(9)获得电压、电流、电量、功率等数据并传输至电力监控系统(10);电动车控制器(6)根据操作者的指令对电力机车进行启动、运行、进退、速度、停止等动作;直流电机动力系统(7)做出相应动作并消耗电力;此时,太阳能光伏发电系统(1)通过太阳能MPPT充电系统(2)与太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)常通;与蓄电池动力系统(5)常断;太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)与电动车控制器(6)导通;直流电机动力系统(7)电力供给由太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3);太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)在放电的同时利用太阳能光伏发电系统(1)通过太阳能MPPT充电系统为其充电;为防止锂电池组过充和过放,通过对电力智能判断系统(11)自动启用和断开电力切换系统(12);由太阳能电力智能管控系统(8)通过电力数据采集系统(9)获得电压、电流、电量、功率等数据并传输至电力监控系统(10)并进行判断;可选充电方式有恒流充电,恒压充电与浮充充电;通过对太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)锂电池组电流、电压和电量的检测,当充电从恒流充电进入恒压充电并开始浮充充电时,即可视为充电结束;此时,电压在一定误差范围内波动,电流降低到定值;当太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)锂电池组电压降低至低限值或电量降低至20%,可视为太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)电力亏损,改由蓄电池动力系统(5)供电;通过设定太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)电量、电压和电流的阈值以防止过充和过放,延缓太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)锂电池组寿命;此外,在行驶过程中,通过PLC的自动控制系统,可将太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)的电压值或电量值作为给定值,通过太阳能MPPT充电系统(2)电量供给和蓄电池动力系统(5)选择性旁路供给,最大化地利用太阳能对电力机车进行电力供应;
通过电力智能判断系统(11)设定启用电力切换系统(12);太阳能光伏发电系统(1)通过太阳能MPPT充电系统(2)持续为除工作状态之外的其它太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)电池组充电;仅当动力不足或电力不足时,由蓄电池动力系统(5)辅助供电或直接供电;当所有太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)电池组均充满时,由太阳能光伏发电系统(1)通过太阳能MPPT充电系统(2)给蓄电池动力系统(5)充电。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种电力机车控制系统,其特征在于所述的太阳能光伏发电系统(1)采用太阳能光伏板。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种电力机车控制系统,其特征在于所述太阳能光伏板采用单晶硅、多晶硅、非晶硅或多元化合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种电力机车控制系统,其特征在于所述的太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)采用蓄电池。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种电力机车控制系统,其特征在于所述蓄电池市电充电系统采用220V或380V交流电为太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)和蓄电池动力系统(5)充电。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种电力机车控制系统,其特征在于所述电动车控制器(6)控制电力机车电机的启动、运行、进退、速度、停止。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种电力机车控制系统,其特征在于所述直流电机动力系统(7)采用永磁式直流电机、无刷直流电机或高速永磁无刷电机。
8.根据权利要求1所述一种电力机车控制系统,其特征在于所述的电力数据采集系统(9)所采集的信号包括太阳能光伏发电系统(1)的开路电压及输出电压、电流和功率;太阳能MPPT充电系统(2)的输入和输出电压、电流和功率;太阳能中转储能及供电系统(3)的输入、输出电压、电流、功率和电量;蓄电池市电充电系统(4)的充电和输出电压、电流和功率;蓄电池动力系统(5)的输入、输出电压、电流、功率和电量;直流电机动力系统(7)的输入电压、电流和功率;电压及电流采集信号通过变送器或传感器获得;视在功率和累计功率通过电压和电流积算获得;电量测量根据C-V曲线获得,或通过蓄电池内阻和电量间曲线获得。
