本发明公开了一种灌入车辆充气橡胶内胎而堵 住被扎孔的自动补胎剂。它的重量百分比组成是,水 93—95%、聚乙烯醇2.7—3%、滑石粉1.8—2%、纸 纤维素0.8—1%。
本产品具有优良的流动性、渗透性和韧性,自动 补胎防漏效果极佳。

Description

本发明涉及一种车辆充气橡胶内胎的自动补胎剂。
目前,已出现的自动补胎剂有粉剂和水剂两种。前者主要用淀粉、石膏粉等制成,技术效果差,只能维持几个小时,且灌胎时必须用水调配,用水量不当则造成不能使用;后者用聚乙烯醇和以锯木灰为原理的木质素等制成,所补胎不能承受较大压力,有缓慢漏气现象,三至五天即失效。已有技术的补胎剂存在流动性和渗透性以及韧性均不好的缺陷。
本发明的目的是,设计一种自动补胎剂,具有自动补胎效果好,流动性和渗透性及韧性好的特点,以克服已有技术的不足。
本发明的技术方案是,所述自动补胎剂由重量百分比为93-95%的水、2.7-3%的聚乙烯醇、1.8-2%的滑石粉、0.8-1%的纸纤维素组成。
以下对本发明做出进一步说明。
本发明由水、聚乙烯醇、滑石粉、纸纤维素充分混合而成,四组份的重量百分比组成范围分别为93-95%、2.7-3%、1.8-2%、0.8-1%。
各组份的作用原理是,聚乙烯醇作为胶粘剂起胶粘作用,纸纤维素起填充作用,滑石粉起加固作用,水为溶剂。本发明的产品灌入车辆充气内胎后,就随着车轮的转动而在车胎内流动。当某处被扎有小孔时,所述补胎剂就在内胎气压作用下迅速渗入被扎孔内,将漏眼堵住。纸纤维素比已有技术中的木质素有更好的流动性、渗透性、韧性,能充分渗入车胎的被扎孔中,起到完全堵漏的作用。经滑石粉加固后,钻入孔中的纸纤维素紧紧地粘在被扎孔中,而由该孔瞬间喷出的胶水(以聚乙烯醇为主要作用成份)在孔眼处的车胎外表面很快干燥而形成薄膜状胶皮层,将内胎扎孔牢牢补住,而纸纤维素入孔(填充)效果大大优于木质素,使本发明的效果大大优于已有技术产品。
本发明的制造工艺流程是:
由以上可知,本发明为一种具有良好流动性、渗透性、韧性而优于已有技术产品性能的自动补胎剂,灌入车辆的充气内胎,可在内胎被扎破时及时将其堵住,防止漏气。
实施例:本发明的最佳重量百分比组成是:水94.4%、聚乙烯醇2.8%、滑石粉1.9%、纸纤维素0.9%(此比例即为100∶3∶2∶1)。
