With the increasing market competition, fasteners are updated more and more quickly, stock varieties are more and more, the conditions of multiple varieties, medium and small batches and mixed flow just-in-time production in production become mainstream, and particularly, for enterprises matched with the automobile industry, for example, fasteners are taken as examples, and qualified products are required to be provided for different automobile models in parallel and just in time. Therefore, the interval time of the die replacement is shorter and shorter, namely, the frequency of the die replacement is higher and higher, the downtime of the corresponding cold header is greatly increased, the production efficiency and the machine utilization rate are seriously influenced, the delivery cycle is prolonged, and the large investment cannot be effectively returned.
The current situation arouses the attention of manufacturers for producing and using the cold heading machine in China, and if the problem of rapid die change is not effectively solved in cold heading processing automation, the automation degree of other production links is higher, so that the utilization rate of equipment and the production efficiency are difficult to be fully improved. This problem has been substantially solved in industrially developed countries, namely: a rapid die change system is employed. The quick die changing system has strong practicability and wide application range, can be used for various cold heading machines of companies, is not available for quick die changing equipment, and a skilled worker needs to complete die changing within 7-8 hours, thus occupying too long working time. If the rapid die changing equipment is adopted, the fast die changing equipment only needs to occupy about 20 minutes on line, and other work can be finished under the line, so that the production efficiency is greatly improved. The quick replacement mechanism can greatly improve the production efficiency of the fastener industry.

the vertical moving unit comprises an inverted U-shaped plate, a movable die mounting plate and a static die mounting plate which are respectively arranged at the bottom ends of two sides of the U-shaped plate, a vertical air cylinder rod connected with the U-shaped plate and a vertical air cylinder connected with a vertical air cylinder piston rod; the movable die mounting plate is connected with the movable die unit through a plurality of movable die vacuum chucks; the static mould mounting plate is connected with the static mould unit through a plurality of static mould vacuum suckers;
the horizontal moving unit comprises an L-shaped plate, a moving plate connected with two ends of the L-shaped plate, a horizontal cylinder rod connected with the moving plate and a horizontal cylinder connected with the horizontal cylinder rod; the L-shaped plate is connected with the U-shaped plate through a vertical rail;
when the device is used, the precision of the movable mould unit and the static mould unit is adjusted on line, then the movable mould unit and the static mould unit are placed at a specified position, and the movable mould unit and the static mould unit are moved to the installation position by using the moving unit.

The lower end of the horizontal cylinder is provided with a horizontal mounting plate; and a horizontal guide rail is arranged on the horizontal mounting plate and is used for horizontal movement of the L-shaped plate.
The number of the vacuum suction cups is 8, and the vacuum suction cups are respectively arranged above the movable mould unit and the static mould unit.
