The invention belongs to the field of cold heading dies, and particularly relates to a method for quickly positioning and replacing a bottom die.
Background
At present, cold heading equipment in fastener production uses manpower to put a die in when changing the die, and is adjusted by oneself. Sometimes, due to the fact that production arrangement needs to be changed frequently, due to the fact that changing time is too long, and the investment of personnel needs to be increased. Resulting in longer production period and great labor loss. Particularly, the profit is reduced for tasks of various varieties and small batches.
The problem of mold replacement is solved by improving a mold replacement method, so that the mold can be rapidly replaced, the product precision needs to be ensured, and the mold is safely and firmly installed.
Summary of the existing production problems:
1. the traditional die change process needs manual operation through observation, is complex in installation, wastes time and labor, and has great potential safety hazards.
2. Workers move around to find and take tools, materials and the like, and much time and labor cost are wasted.
3. The traditional die change process has long and complicated die change time and seriously influences the production efficiency and the machine utilization rate.
4. The traditional die change process is easy to cause die damage and has large potential safety hazard.
With the increasing market competition, fasteners are updated more and more quickly, stock varieties are more and more, the conditions of multiple varieties, medium and small batches and mixed flow just-in-time production in production become mainstream, and particularly, for enterprises matched with the automobile industry, for example, fasteners are taken as examples, and qualified products are required to be provided for different automobile models in parallel and just in time. Therefore, the interval time of the die replacement is shorter and shorter, namely, the frequency of the die replacement is higher and higher, the downtime of the corresponding cold header is greatly increased, the production efficiency and the machine utilization rate are seriously influenced, the delivery cycle is prolonged, and the large investment cannot be effectively returned.
The current situation arouses the attention of manufacturers for producing and using the cold heading machine in China, and if the problem of rapid die change is not effectively solved in cold heading processing automation, the automation degree of other production links is higher, so that the utilization rate of equipment and the production efficiency are difficult to be fully improved. This problem has been substantially solved in industrially developed countries, namely: a rapid die change system is employed. The quick die changing system has strong practicability and wide application range, can be used for various cold heading machines of companies, is not available for quick die changing equipment, and a skilled worker needs to complete die changing within 7-8 hours, thus occupying too long working time. If the rapid die changing equipment is adopted, the fast die changing equipment only needs to occupy about 20 minutes on line, and other work can be finished under the line, so that the production efficiency is greatly improved. The quick replacement mechanism can greatly improve the production efficiency of the fastener industry.

The invention aims to provide a method for quickly positioning and replacing a bottom die.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a method for quickly positioning and replacing a bottom die uses a quick bottom die replacing device, wherein the quick bottom die replacing device comprises a movable die unit, a static die unit matched with the movable die unit and a moving unit; the moving unit comprises a vertical moving unit and a horizontal moving unit;
the vertical moving unit comprises an inverted U-shaped plate, a movable die mounting plate and a static die mounting plate which are respectively arranged at the bottom ends of two sides of the U-shaped plate, a vertical air cylinder rod connected with the U-shaped plate and a vertical air cylinder connected with a vertical air cylinder piston rod; the movable die mounting plate is connected with the movable die unit through a plurality of movable die vacuum chucks; the static mould mounting plate is connected with the static mould unit through a plurality of static mould vacuum suckers;
the horizontal moving unit comprises an L-shaped plate, a moving plate connected with two ends of the L-shaped plate, a horizontal cylinder rod connected with the moving plate and a horizontal cylinder connected with the horizontal cylinder rod; the L-shaped plate is connected with the U-shaped plate through a vertical rail;
when the device is used, the precision of the movable mould unit and the static mould unit is adjusted on line, then the movable mould unit and the static mould unit are placed at a specified position, and the movable mould unit and the static mould unit are moved to the installation position by using the moving unit.
The movable die unit comprises a bottom die positioning plate and a plurality of bottom die quick-change mechanisms connected with the bottom die positioning plate; the bottom die quick-change mechanism comprises a bottom die mounting plate, a bottom die, an upper pressing block, a lower pressing block and an upper adjusting bolt, wherein the upper pressing block and the lower pressing block are fixed on the bottom die mounting plate and are respectively arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the bottom die; the upper and lower adjusting bolts penetrate through the prefabricated holes in the upper portion of the bottom die mounting plate and the upper pressing block and are in threaded connection with the bottom die.
The lower end of the horizontal cylinder is provided with a horizontal mounting plate; and a horizontal guide rail is arranged on the horizontal mounting plate and is used for horizontal movement of the L-shaped plate.
The number of the vacuum suction cups is 8, and the vacuum suction cups are respectively arranged above the movable mould unit and the static mould unit.
And adjusting bolts are arranged at the left end and the right end of the upper pressing block.
The upper pressing block and the lower pressing block are respectively fixed with the bottom die mounting plate by using an upper locking nut and a lower locking nut.
And a through hole is formed in the bottom die positioning plate and used for installing a zero point positioning system.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the bottom die replacing device is simple and reasonable in structure, improves bottom die replacing efficiency, simplifies bottom die replacing steps, improves equipment utilization rate, reduces enterprise cost, and is very obvious in application effect.

In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood by those skilled in the art, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and preferred embodiments.
A method for quickly positioning and replacing a bottom die, which uses a quick bottom die replacing device, and fig. 1-2 shows the quick bottom die replacing device, which comprises a movable die unit, a static die unit matched with the movable die unit, and a moving unit; the moving unit comprises a vertical moving unit and a horizontal moving unit; the vertical moving unit comprises an inverted U-shaped plate 14, a movable die mounting plate 12 and a fixed die mounting plate 13 which are respectively arranged at the bottom ends of two sides of the U-shaped plate, a vertical cylinder rod 15 connected with the U-shaped plate and a vertical cylinder 22 connected with a piston rod of the vertical cylinder; the movable mould mounting plate is connected with the movable mould unit through a plurality of movable mould vacuum chucks 10; the static mould mounting plate is connected with the static mould unit through a plurality of static mould vacuum suckers 11; the horizontal moving unit comprises an L-shaped plate 17, a moving plate 23 connected with two ends of the L-shaped plate, a horizontal cylinder rod 20 connected with the moving plate, and a horizontal cylinder 21 connected with the horizontal cylinder rod; the L-shaped plate is connected with the U-shaped plate through a vertical rail 16. The horizontal cylinder is fixed on the L-shaped plate 17. The lower end of the horizontal cylinder is provided with a horizontal mounting plate 19; the horizontal mounting plate is provided with a horizontal guide rail 18 for horizontal movement of the L-shaped plate. The number of the vacuum suckers is 8, and the vacuum suckers are respectively arranged above the movable mould unit and the static mould unit; when the device is used, the precision of the movable mould unit and the static mould unit is adjusted on line, then the movable mould unit and the static mould unit are placed at a specified position, and the movable mould unit and the static mould unit are moved to the installation position by using the moving unit.
The movable die unit comprises a bottom die positioning plate 1 and a plurality of bottom die quick-change mechanisms connected with the bottom die positioning plate; the bottom die quick-change mechanism comprises a bottom die mounting plate 2, an upper pressing block 24, a lower pressing block 25 and an upper and lower adjusting bolt 3, wherein the bottom die 7 is fixed on the bottom die mounting plate and is respectively arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the bottom die; the upper and lower adjusting bolts penetrate through the prefabricated holes in the upper portion of the bottom die mounting plate and the upper pressing block and are in threaded connection with the bottom die 7. And adjusting bolts are arranged at the left end and the right end of the upper pressing block. The upper pressing block and the lower pressing block are respectively fixed with the bottom die mounting plate by using an upper locking nut 4 and a lower locking nut 8. And a through hole is formed in the bottom die positioning plate and used for installing a zero point positioning system.
The working principle of this application does: the movable mould unit and the static membrane unit of this application carry out the precision adjustment through artifical line down respectively, and it is the adjusting bolt at both ends about the last briquetting of accessible die block unit specifically, adjusting bolt and upper and lower lock nut and lower part lock nut carry out the precision adjustment to it. The adjusted static die unit and the adjusted movable die unit are placed on a specified table board; and starting an equipment button, enabling the equipment to be driven by the air cylinder from an original position to move down to be in contact with the movable mould unit and the static mould unit, and positioning and clamping the movable mould and the static mould by using the vacuum chuck. After clamping, the movable mould unit and the static mould unit are driven by the air cylinder to move linearly upwards to corresponding positions, then horizontally move forwards to a specified position to stop, and then vertically move downwards to enter the installation positions of the movable mould unit and the static mould unit. Zero positioning systems are arranged among the movable mould unit, the static mould unit and the mounting plate, and accurate positioning can be carried out. And the moving die unit and the static die unit after being in place send signals to the vacuum chuck through the sensors, the vacuum chuck is loosened, and the air cylinder drives the vacuum chuck to retreat to the original position.
