A ganoderma lucidum whole plant essence soft capsule for expelling toxin, protecting liver, improving radiation resistance and inhibiting tumor is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 60-70 parts of ganoderma lucidum extract, 0.2-0.7 part of ginkgo leaf extract, 0.2-0.5 part of semen allii tuberosi extract, 6-8 parts of radix puerariae powder, 1-2 parts of acerola powder, 2-3 parts of wall-broken ganoderma lucidum spore powder, 5-8 parts of ganoderma lucidum spore oil, 1-2 parts of soybean lecithin, 2-3 parts of beeswax, 2-5 parts of soybean oil, 1-3 parts of gelatin and 3-6 parts of glycerol;
the ginkgo leaf extract is prepared by the following method: cleaning ginkgo leaves, adding 1-2 times of water, adjusting the pH value to 3-4, soaking for 20-30 min at 70-80 ℃, taking out the ginkgo leaves, drying and crushing, adding an ethanol solution with the mass concentration of 60-70%, leaching for 30-60 min at 70-80 ℃, filtering, concentrating the filtrate to 20-30% of the original volume to obtain a concentrate, adding water into the concentrate according to the material-to-liquid ratio of 1 (1-3), adjusting the pH value to 5-6, soaking for 30-45 min at 50-55 ℃, filtering, concentrating and drying the filtrate to obtain a ginkgo leaf extract;
