Detailed Description
In order that those skilled in the art will better understand the present invention, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention refers to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
The embodiment of the invention provides a rescue information processing method, which can obtain a rescue request generated by a rescuer based on a marker carried by a rescued person, can generate and send an acquisition permission request to a preset contact person of the rescued person based on the rescue request, and sends emergency rescue information to the rescuer after obtaining a permission instruction of the preset contact person. As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
and S1, receiving a rescue request which is sent by the rescuer terminal and generated based on the identifier carried by the rescuer.
The rescuer terminal can be a smartphone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer and other terminals carried by the rescuer, and the description is omitted. The identifier can be an ornament, a card or a signboard, and can comprise a bar code, a two-dimensional code, a radio frequency tag or a character code and the like, wherein the character code can comprise a rescue request sending address and a user code of a rescued person, and can be formed by combining letters, numbers, symbols and the like according to a certain rule.
Further, in order to make the identifier have higher reliability, the identifier can simultaneously comprise at least two of a bar code, a two-dimensional code, a character code and a radio frequency tag, so that when one identification mode fails, a rescue request can be sent through the other identification mode. For example, the identifier may have both a two-dimensional code and a character code, and when the two-dimensional code fails due to wear or other reasons, the identifier may interact with a rescue request receiving device such as a server by manually inputting the character code.
In order to make the marker have better durability and keep the use value of the marker, the marker can be made of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant metal materials or high polymer materials, such as aluminum alloy materials. The bar code, the two-dimensional code and the character code can be printed on the surface of the marker, and can be effectively identified in extreme environments in order to ensure that the bar code, the two-dimensional code and the character code are not easy to wear. The radio frequency label can be pasted on the surface of the marker or embedded in the marker.
For example, the elderly with lost intelligence, the mentally handicapped people or the minors can be worn on the chest and other significant parts at home, so that the elderly, the mentally handicapped people or the minors can be found by rescuers in time when the rescues are needed. When the rescuer finds that the rescued person is difficult to encounter and needs to be rescued, if the identifier comprises a bar code or a two-dimensional code, the rescuer can scan the bar code or the two-dimensional code on the identification plate of the rescued person by utilizing a camera of the rescuer terminal so as to acquire the content of the bar code or the two-dimensional code. The content may include a rescue request transmission address and a user code of the rescued person. The address can be used for interacting with the rescue request receiving device, for example, an access request is sent to the rescue request receiving device, a rescuer account is logged in, a rescue request generation page sent by the rescue request receiving device is obtained, and a rescue request can be generated and submitted to the rescue request receiving device through the rescue request generation page. If the signboard includes a radio frequency tag, the NFC of the rescuer terminal may be enabled to scan the radio frequency tag to obtain the content of the radio frequency tag. If the identification tag includes a character code, the rescue request can be generated by manually entering the rescue request receiving device access address and interacting therewith, and by manually entering the user code of the rescued person.
The rescue request includes at least one of: rescuer information, rescued person information, or rescue event information. The rescuer information may include a user name, a user code, a real name or a certificate number of the rescuer, etc. and is used to match the complete rescuer user information in the database. The rescuer information, which may include the rescuer's user name, user code, real name or certificate number, etc., is used to match the complete rescuer user information in the database. The rescue event information can comprise the description of the rescue event, the live photo and the live video of the rescuer, and the description of the rescue event can be in a text form or a voice form. It should be noted that the rescue request may only include information of a rescuer and information of a rescued person, for example, the rescue event information is not time to enter in an emergency, and the rescue request receiving device receives the rescue request and then determines that the rescued person needs to be rescued; and the information of the rescuers, the rescued persons and the rescue event can be simultaneously included.
And S2, generating an acquisition permission request based on the received rescue request, and sending the acquisition permission request to a preset contact terminal associated with the rescued person.
The rescue request receiving device can acquire preset contact information in the database based on the rescued person information after receiving the rescue request. The preset contact information at least comprises one of the following: the method comprises the steps of presetting contact names, presetting contact terminal account IDs, presetting contact telephones, presetting contact mailboxes and the like. The preset contact information may be an emergency preset contact entered when the rescuer account is registered. For example, when there are vulnerable groups such as the elderly with lost intelligence, the mentally handicapped people, or the minors at home, an account can be registered in advance and one or more preset contacts can be entered. When multiple preset contacts are set, the ordering of the preset contacts may also be set. If the acquisition permission request can be preferentially sent to the preset contact terminal in the front sequence, when the preset contact terminal in the front sequence does not feed back within the specific time, the acquisition permission request is sequentially sent to the preset contact terminal in the back sequence until the feedback is obtained. And simultaneously sending an acquisition permission request to the multiple preset contact terminals, and judging whether to send emergency rescue information to the rescuer terminal according to instructions fed back by the front preset contact terminals.
The rescue request receiving equipment can also generate an acquisition permission request based on the received rescue request after receiving the rescue request, and sends the acquisition permission request to a preset contact terminal associated with the rescued person. When the preset contact information is the user ID in the preset contact terminal, the acquisition permission request can be sent to a specific APP on the preset contact terminal in the form of an APP message. And when the preset contact information is the contact telephone of the preset contact, sending the acquisition permission request to the preset contact terminal in a short message form. In order to ensure that the preset contact can see the acquisition permission request in time and ensure that the rescued person can be rescued in time, the acquisition permission request can also be sent to the preset contact terminal by APP information, short messages and other modes.
The get permission request includes at least one of: the information of the rescuers, the information of the rescuees or the information of the rescue events, so that the preset contact can judge whether the emergency rescue information needs to be sent to the terminal of the rescuers or not based on the information. For example, whether the rescuer has a reliable reputation may be determined based on the rescuer information, whether the rescued needs to be rescued may be determined based on the rescued information, and whether the rescue event is urgent may also be determined based on the rescue event information. If the emergency rescue information needs to be sent to the rescuer, the permission instruction can be fed back according to the acquisition permission request. If it is determined that the emergency rescue information does not need to be sent to the rescuer, a prohibition instruction may be fed back for the acquisition permission request.
And S3, after the permission instruction fed back by the preset contact terminal aiming at the permission acquisition request is acquired, sending preset emergency rescue information associated with the rescued person to the rescuer terminal.
After the permission instruction fed back by the preset contact terminal aiming at the permission acquisition request is acquired, the preset emergency rescue information of the rescued person can be called, wherein the emergency rescue information can comprise information such as name, age, sex, photo, height, weight, blood type, disease and medicine taking condition, family order support, past main medical history, allergen, taboo, hobby, preset contact information and the like, so that the rescued person can timely and effectively rescue the rescued person.
As shown in fig. 2, in an embodiment, the method may further include:
and S4, receiving rescue result information sent by the rescuer terminal, and sending the rescue result information to the preset contact terminal.
After the rescuer completes the rescue action, rescue result information can be sent to the rescue request receiving equipment. The rescue result information may include a description of the treatment of the rescue event, live photos, live videos, and the like. After the rescue result information is received, the rescue result information is sent to a preset contact terminal, so that the preset contact can know the rescue result of the rescuers to rescued persons in time. For example, when the rescued person is a lost child, the rescuer may take the rescued person to a nearby public security office, and then may text that the rescued person is taken to the xxx public security office, address: xxx, police contact phone: xxx, so that the preset contacts can get in time to contact the police office and receive back to the rescued person. The rescuer may also take a picture of the rescued person at the police station and upload the picture so that the pre-set contacts can determine that the rescued person is indeed sent to the police station.
In one embodiment, the method may further comprise:
and S5, receiving the rescue behavior evaluation information sent by the preset contact terminal, and generating a rescue record associated with the rescuer.
And simultaneously or after the rescue result information is sent to the preset contact terminal, an evaluation information acquisition request can be sent to the preset contact terminal so as to invite the preset contact to evaluate the rescue behavior of the helpers. The preset contact terminal may request feedback of evaluation information for the acquired evaluation information. The evaluation information may include text information, voice information, video information, or picture information to show the person-oriented behavior of the rescuer. The evaluation information may also include an evaluation of the rescuer's rescue behavior in the form of a person-oriented score. The value of the person-friendly score is between 0 and 100, and higher scores indicate that the preset contact is more favorable for the facilitator. And generating a rescue record associated with the rescuer after receiving the evaluation information, wherein the helpers-oriented score can be accumulated under the name of the rescuer user, and the accumulated helpers-oriented score is the quantitative performance of the persevered. The person-oriented score can be used as a quantitative basis for showing out the profits of various societies, so that the construction of the contributors is encouraged to avoid dropping off.
In one embodiment, the method may further comprise: and generating first verification information based on the rescue request, and sending the first verification information to the rescuer terminal to verify the rescue request and generate a first verification result.
After receiving a rescue request sent by a rescuer terminal, first verification information can be generated based on the rescue request, and the first verification information is sent to the rescuer terminal. The first verification information may be information for verifying the identity of the rescuer, for example, the first verification information may include feature information related to the identity of the rescuer, a preset verification password, a face recognition verification or a fingerprint recognition verification to verify whether the rescuer is a real-name authenticated rescuer. The first verification information may also be information for verifying the identity of the rescued person, and the first verification information may include characteristic information related to the identity of the rescued person, such as sex determination, estimated age, physical characteristics, and the like, so as to verify whether the rescued person is a real-name authenticated rescued person. The first verification information can also be verification information of the authenticity of the rescue event, for example, through video interaction with a rescuer terminal, through manual verification of the scene situation of the rescue event. And on one hand, when the first verification result is qualified, the acquisition permission request is generated and sent to a preset contact terminal. Therefore, the rescue requests with unqualified verification can be shielded, the interference of the acquisition permission request generated based on the rescue requests with unqualified verification on the preset contact terminal is avoided, and illegal personnel can be prevented from cheating the emergency rescue information of rescuees by using false rescue events. On the other hand, whether the first verification result is qualified or unqualified, an acquisition permission request is generated based on the rescue request, and the acquisition permission request and the first verification result are sent to the preset contact terminal together, so that the preset contact can judge whether to send emergency rescue information to the rescuer terminal. Therefore, the situation that the rescued person cannot obtain the emergency rescue information and the rescued person cannot obtain effective rescue due to the fact that the rescue event of the rescued person is real, the first verification result is unqualified due to misoperation or other reasons, and the rescued person cannot obtain the emergency rescue information can be avoided.
In one embodiment, the method may further comprise: and evaluating the credit of the rescuers based on the information of the rescuers, generating credit evaluation information of the rescuers, and sending the credit evaluation information of the rescuers to the preset contact terminal.
After a rescue request sent by a rescuer terminal is received, the credit of the rescuer can be evaluated based on the information of the rescuer in the rescue request and the credit evaluation information of the rescuer is generated, and then the credit evaluation information of the rescuer is sent to a preset contact terminal, so that the preset contact can judge the credit condition of the rescuer, judge whether to permit the sending of emergency rescue information to the rescuer terminal, and further improve the information safety and user experience of a user.
The evaluation process can evaluate the credit of the rescuer based on the historical rescue record of the rescuer, for example, the credit of the rescuer can be evaluated based on the average value of the person-oriented score of the historical rescue record, and when the average value of the person-oriented score of the rescuer is within the first score range, the credit evaluation of the rescuer can be marked as excellent; when the average value of the person-oriented integral of the rescuer is within the second score range, the credit evaluation of the rescuer can be marked as good; and so on. Afterwards, the average value of the help-oriented scores of the rescuers and the reputation evaluation mark can jointly form reputation evaluation information of the rescuers.
The evaluation process can also be evaluated based on a socially public distressed person database, namely, after the information of the rescuers is obtained, the rescuers are searched in the distressed person database so as to check whether the rescuers are listed as distressed persons or not. And if the rescuers are retrieved, marking the rescuers as the distressed personnel, and forming reputation evaluation information of the rescuers according to the distressed personnel. Obviously, in order to guarantee comprehensive and objective evaluation on the credit of the rescuers, evaluation can be performed on the basis of historical rescue records of the rescuers and a socially-disclosed distressed personnel database.
In one embodiment, the method may further comprise: and evaluating the urgency of the corresponding rescue event based on the rescue event information, generating urgency evaluation information, and sending the urgency evaluation information to the preset contact terminal.
When the rescue request transmitted by the rescuer terminal includes rescue event information, the urgency of the rescue event may be evaluated based on the rescue event information and urgency evaluation information may be generated. For example, a rescue event may be rated as an emergency when the rescue event is, for example, a disease or a traffic accident, and may be rated as a non-emergency when the rescue event is, for example, a lost. After the urgency evaluation of the rescue event is completed, the rescue event information and the urgency evaluation information can be transmitted to the preset contact terminal together. The emergency rescue system is used for assisting the preset contact person in judging the urgency of the rescue event.
In one embodiment, the method may further comprise: and constructing a communication channel between the rescuer terminal and the preset contact terminal based on the rescue request so that the rescuer and the preset contact can directly communicate by using the communication channel. For example, the preset contact through the communication path may communicate with the rescuer to confirm the identity of the rescuer, to confirm the identity of the rescued person, to confirm the authenticity of the rescue event, to negotiate a rescue plan, etc. Therefore, the rescue method is beneficial to a rescuer to finish a rescue behavior better, and the preset contact can directly participate in the rescue process, so that better experience can be provided for the user. Specifically, the communication channel can realize the transmission of contents in forms of words, voice, pictures, videos, texts and the like.
In one embodiment, the method may further comprise: and acquiring a second verification result of the preset contact terminal for verifying the rescue request based on the communication channel, and sending the emergency rescue information to the rescuer terminal when the second verification result meets a preset condition.
After the preset contact terminal receives the permission acquisition request and establishes a communication path with the rescuer terminal, second verification information can be sent to the rescuer terminal based on the communication path, and the second verification information can be information for verifying the identity of the rescuer. The second verification information may also be information for verifying the identity of the rescued person, and the second verification information may include characteristic information related to the identity of the rescued person, such as sex determination, estimated age, physical characteristics, and the like, so as to verify whether the rescued person is a rescued person associated with the preset contact. The second verification information may also be verification information of authenticity of the rescue event, for example, by performing video interaction with a rescuer terminal, by manually verifying a scene condition of the rescue event, and generating a second verification result after the verification is completed. And after the second verification result is obtained, emergency rescue information is sent to the rescuer terminal when the second verification result meets the preset condition. The preset condition can be that the second verification result is qualified, namely that emergency rescue information is sent to the rescuer terminal when the second verification result is qualified, so that illegal persons are prevented from cheating the emergency rescue information of rescued persons by false rescue events.
Fig. 3 is a block diagram of a server according to an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 3, the server according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: the device comprises a communication module and a processing module.
Specifically, the communication module is configured to receive a rescue request sent by a rescuer terminal and generated based on a marker carried by a rescuer.
For example, the identifier can simultaneously have a two-dimensional code and a character code, and when the two-dimensional code fails due to abrasion or other reasons, the identifier can interact with the communication module in a manner of manually inputting the character code.
When the rescuer finds that the rescued person is difficult to encounter and needs to be rescued, if the retrieval mark comprises a bar code or a two-dimensional code, the rescuer can scan the bar code or the two-dimensional code on the identification plate of the rescued person by utilizing a camera of the rescuer terminal so as to acquire the content of the bar code or the two-dimensional code. The content may include the address of the communication module and the user code of the rescuer. The address can be used for interacting with the communication module, for example, an access request is sent to the communication module, a rescuer account is logged in, a rescue request generation page sent by the communication module is obtained, and a rescue request can be generated and submitted to the communication module through the rescue request generation page. If the signboard includes a radio frequency tag, the NFC of the rescuer terminal may be enabled to scan the radio frequency tag to obtain the content of the radio frequency tag. If the identification plate comprises character codes, the identification plate can be interacted with by manually inputting the access address of the communication module, and a rescue request can be generated by manually inputting the code of the rescuers user.
It should be noted that the rescue request may only include information of the rescuer and information of the rescued person, for example, the rescue event information is not time to enter in an emergency situation, and the communication module determines that the rescued person needs to be rescued after receiving the rescue request; and the information of the rescuers, the rescued persons and the rescue event can be simultaneously included.
The processing module is configured to generate an acquisition permission request based on the received rescue request and send the acquisition permission request to a preset contact terminal associated with the rescued person. The communication module can acquire preset contact information in the database based on the information of the rescued person after receiving the rescue request.
The processing module can also generate an acquisition permission request based on the received rescue request after receiving the rescue request, and sends the acquisition permission request to a preset contact terminal associated with the rescued person.
The communication module is also configured to send preset emergency rescue information associated with rescued persons to the rescuer terminal after the preset contact person terminal feeds back a permission instruction aiming at the permission obtaining request.
After the communication module acquires the permission instruction fed back by aiming at the acquisition permission request in the preset contact, the preset emergency rescue information of the rescued person can be called, and the emergency rescue information can comprise information such as name, age, sex, photograph, height, weight, blood type, disease and medicine taking condition, family order support, past main medical history, allergen, taboo, hobby, preset contact information and the like, so that the rescued person can timely and effectively rescue the rescued person.
