determining a distance value of a first consultant closest to the first location based on the first location and the second location;
when the distance value is smaller than or equal to a preset distance threshold value, taking the first doctor closest to the first doctor as a medical staff;
and when the distance value is larger than a preset distance threshold value, acquiring an idle second consultant of the working point closest to the first position as a medical staff.
5. The online management platform for rural medical use according to claim 4, wherein the scheduling module transmits a scheduling command to the medical staff, and performs the following operations:
generating scheduling specification information based on the medical record data and the first location;
and generating a scheduling instruction based on a preset scheduling instruction generation template and scheduling description information.
6. The online management platform for rural medical applications according to claim 1, further comprising:
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring a second diagnosis request instruction of a second terminal arranged at each distribution position in the rural area;
the verification module is also used for verifying the second diagnosis request instruction;
the positioning determining module is also used for positioning a second terminal which sends out a second diagnosis request instruction;
the scheduling module is also used for determining medical staff and sending scheduling instructions to the medical staff based on the setting position of the second terminal and the positioning information positioned by the positioning module.

The online management platform for rural medical use as in claim 6, wherein the second terminal comprises: the device comprises a third body, a mounting structure detachably connected with the third body, a third positioning module, a third processor, a third communication module, a third display module, an audio acquisition module, a video acquisition module and a third key; the third positioning module, the third processor and the third communication module are arranged in the third body; the third display module, the audio acquisition module, the video acquisition module and the third key are arranged on the upper surface of the third body; the third positioning module, the third communication module, the third display module, the third key, the audio acquisition module, the video acquisition module and the third display module are respectively and electrically connected with the third processor;
when the third processor receives the pressed action through the third key, the audio acquisition module and the video acquisition module are awakened; the third processor collects audio data of the pressers through the audio collection module, and collects video data of the pressers through the video collection module; and generating a second diagnosis request instruction based on a preset second diagnosis request instruction, audio data and video data, and sending the second diagnosis request instruction to a second acquisition module through a third communication module.
8. The online management platform for rural medical applications according to claim 7, wherein the verification module verifies the second diagnosis request instruction by performing the following operations:
analyzing a second diagnosis request instruction to acquire audio data and video data;
keyword recognition is carried out on the audio data;
facial expression recognition is carried out on the video data;
when the keywords in the preset keyword library are identified and the facial expressions belong to the expressions in the preset first expression library, verifying to pass;
when the facial expression is identified to belong to the expression in the preset second expression library, the verification is failed;
when the keyword is not recognized but the facial expression belongs to the expression in the preset first expression library, the verification is passed.
9. The online management platform for rural medical applications according to claim 6, further comprising:
the distribution position determining module is used for determining distribution positions;
the distribution position determining module determines the distribution position and performs the following operations:
acquiring a map corresponding to a rural area;
dividing the map into a plurality of first areas to be screened based on a preset dividing frame;
determining risk scoring values corresponding to all areas based on the risk areas in the first area to be screened and a preset risk area scoring table;
when the risk score value is larger than a preset risk threshold value, determining the center of the first area to be screened as a first position to be screened;
taking a first position to be screened as a center in a map, and determining an associated area corresponding to the first position to be screened by using a preset radius value;
extracting the area which is not associated with the area and is a closed area in each map as a second area to be screened;
determining the area of each second region to be screened;
deleting the second region to be screened, the area size of which is smaller than the preset first region threshold value;
taking the center of a second area to be screened, the area size of which is larger than or equal to a first area threshold value and smaller than a preset second area threshold value, as a second position to be screened;
partitioning a second region to be screened with the area larger than or equal to a second region threshold according to a preset partition area, and taking the center of each partition as a third position to be screened;
and taking the first position to be screened, the second position to be screened and the third position to be screened as distribution positions.
10. The online management platform for rural medical use according to claim 9, wherein the scheduling module transmits a scheduling instruction to the medical staff, performing the following operations:
determining a risk area in an associated area associated with the setting position of the second terminal;
determining a preparation item based on the risk area and a preset preparation item determining library;
generating a template and a preparation item based on a preset scheduling instruction, and generating a scheduling instruction;
