Abstract

本发明公开了一种带温度调节的储气罐,包括储气罐主体、支撑装置和调节装置;支撑装置包括支撑环和减震组件,支撑环固定套装在储气罐主体下部,减震组件为多组,每组减震组件包括固定筒、支撑杆和压缩弹簧;固定筒固定设置在支撑环下端,支撑杆上端上下滑动设置在固定筒内,压缩弹簧位于固定筒内,且一端与支撑环接触、一端与支撑杆接触;调节装置包括储液箱和密封环;密封环设置在储气罐主体中部,且与储气罐主体形成密封空间;储液箱连接水泵输入端,水泵输出端通过进液管连接在密封空间的下端,密封空间上端通过出液管连通储液箱。本带温度调节的储气罐结构简单,不仅能够对储气罐的进行减震,而且实现对其温度的调节。

技术领域
本发明涉及储气罐领域,具体涉及一种带温度调节的储气罐。
背景技术
储气罐是指专门用来储存气体的设备,同时起稳定系统压力的作用,一般由筒体、封头、法兰、接管、密封元件和支座等零件和部件组成。
现有的储气罐一般都不带温度调节装置,而环境温度对储气罐的影响很大,温度过高或较低将影响储气罐中气体的排放输出,并且在生产中储气罐容易收到周围其他设备以及气体通入时造成的震动影响。
发明内容
本发明提供一种带温度调节的储气罐,结构简单,不仅能够对储气罐的进行减震,而且实现对其温度的调节。
为实现上述目的,本带温度调节的储气罐包括储气罐主体、支撑装置和调节装置;所述储气罐上端设置进气口、上部设有压力阀、下端设有出气口;
所述支撑装置包括支撑环和减震组件,所述支撑环固定套装在储气罐主体下部,所述减震组件为多组且圆周均匀分布在支撑环下端,每组减震组件包括固定筒、支撑杆和压缩弹簧;
所述固定筒固定设置在支撑环下端,所述支撑杆上端上下滑动设置在固定筒内,所述压缩弹簧位于固定筒内,且一端与支撑环接触、一端与支撑杆接触并处于压缩状态;
所述调节装置包括储液箱和密封环;所述密封环设置在储气罐主体中部,且与储气罐主体形成密封空间;
所述储液箱连接水泵输入端,所述水泵输出端通过进液管连接在密封空间的下端,所述密封空间上端通过出液管连通储液箱,所述进液管和出液管上分别设有第一阀门和第二阀门。
进一步的,所述密封环与储气罐主体中部接触处设有密封圈。
进一步的,所述密封空间下端设有泄水阀。
与现有技术相比,本带温度调节的储气罐由于设置支撑装置,通过多个减震组件对储气罐进行支撑,压缩弹簧设置在固定筒内并处于压缩状态,因此实现对储气罐减震,避免储气罐主体在使用或者安装过程中,防止其他干扰造成震动而造成其损害;由于设置调节装置,通过液体从进液管注入密封环与储气罐主体的密封空间内,实现对储气罐温度升高或者降低。满足温度调节的功能;本带温度调节的储气罐,结构简单,不仅能够对储气罐的进行减震,而且实现对其温度的调节。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,本带温度调节的储气罐包括储气罐主体1、支撑装置和调节装置;
所述储气罐上端设置进气口11、上部设有压力阀13、下端设有出气口12,
所述支撑装置包括支撑环21和减震组件,所述支撑环21固定套装在储气罐主体1下部,所述减震组件为多组且圆周均匀分布在支撑环21下端,每组减震组件包括固定筒23、支撑杆24和压缩弹簧22;
所述固定筒23固定设置在支撑环21下端,所述支撑杆24上端上下滑动设置在固定筒23内,所述压缩弹簧22位于固定筒23内,且一端与支撑环21接触、一端与支撑杆24接触并处于压缩状态;
所述调节装置包括储液箱31和密封环33;所述密封环33设置在储气罐主体1中部,且与储气罐主体1形成密封空间,
所述储液箱31连接水泵32输入端,所述水泵32输出端通过进液管34连接在密封空间的下端,所述密封空间上端通过出液管36连通储液箱31,所述进液管34和出液管36上分别设有第一阀门35和第二阀门37。
进一步的,所述密封环33与储气罐主体1中部接触处设有密封圈38;
进一步的,所述密封空间下端设有泄水阀4。
本一种带温度调节的储气罐使用时,从储气罐主体1上的进气口11通入气体,并从出气口12出去,通过压力阀13实现对储气罐主体1内部气体的气压监测,当对储气罐主体1中的气体进行增温或降温时,通过将温度较高或较低的液体注入储液箱31内,此外储液箱31内可设置加热装置或冷却装置,通过水泵32将液体通过进液管34注入密封环33与储气罐主体1的密封空间内,并通过出液管36进行回收,通过密封空间内的液体实现对储气罐主体1内的温度调节;另外在支撑环21下端设置减震组件,通过压缩弹簧22实现减震,避免储气罐主体1在使用或者安装过程中,防止其他干扰造成震动而造成其损害。

Claims (3)

1.带温度调节的储气罐,包括储气罐主体(1),所述储气罐上端设置进气口(11)、上部设有压力阀(13)、下端设有出气口(12),其特征在于,还包括支撑装置和调节装置;
所述支撑装置包括支撑环(21)和减震组件,所述支撑环(21)固定套装在储气罐主体(1)下部,所述减震组件为多组且圆周均匀分布在支撑环(21)下端,每组减震组件包括固定筒(23)、支撑杆(24)和压缩弹簧(22);
所述固定筒(23)固定设置在支撑环(21)下端,所述支撑杆(24)上端上下滑动设置在固定筒(23)内,所述压缩弹簧(22)位于固定筒(23)内,且一端与支撑环(21)接触、一端与支撑杆(24)接触并处于压缩状态;
所述调节装置包括储液箱(31)和密封环(33);所述密封环(33)设置在储气罐主体(1)中部,且与储气罐主体(1)形成密封空间;
所述储液箱(31)连接水泵(32)输入端,所述水泵(32)输出端通过进液管(34)连接在密封空间的下端,所述密封空间上端通过出液管(36)连通储液箱(31),所述进液管(34)和出液管(36)上分别设有第一阀门(35)和第二阀门(37)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带温度调节的储气罐,其特征在于,所述密封环(33)与储气罐主体(1)中部接触处设有密封圈(38)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带温度调节的储气罐,其特征在于,所述密封空间下端设有泄水阀(4)。
