The rotation axis of the rotation plate 20 is parallel to the moving direction of the press-fit member with respect to the rotation axis of the mounting base 10.
Specifically, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the press-fit component includes: an upper carriage 021, a lower carriage 022, a servo press 04, a lifting cylinder 05 and a guide rail clamp 06; the workpiece bearing seat 03 is positioned between the upper sliding frame 021 and the lower sliding frame 022; the fixed end of the servo press 04 is fixed on the upper sliding frame 021, the movable end is connected with the lower sliding frame 022, and the servo press is used for driving the upper sliding frame 021 and the lower sliding frame 022 to be relatively close; the cylinder body of the lifting cylinder 05 is fixed at the top of the equipment body 01, a piston rod is fixedly connected with the upper sliding frame 021 and is used for driving the position of the whole upper sliding frame 021 and the whole lower sliding frame 022 along the vertical direction; the rail clamp 06 is mounted on a rail between the lower carriage 022 and the apparatus body 01, and is connected to the lower carriage 022 for locking the position of the lower carriage 022 relative to the workpiece carrying seat 03.
Specifically, the bushing press-fitting apparatus provided by the embodiment of the present invention is used to assemble a bushing, fix a workpiece to be assembled with the bushing to the workpiece carrying base 03, and connect the bushing to the upper carriage 021. The lifting cylinder 05 drives the lower carriage 022 and the upper carriage 021 to a set position, and the guide rail clamp 06 locks the lower carriage 022; the oil dipping mechanism drives the rotating plate 20 to reach an oil dipping position, and the oil box 30 is positioned below the bushing; the servo press 04 drives the upper sliding frame 021 and the lower sliding frame 022 to be relatively close, and at the moment, the upper sliding frame 021 moves downwards to drive the bushing to move downwards; the bushing moves down into the oil box 30 to finish dipping the oil; the servo press 04 drives the upper sliding frame 021 to move upwards, the bushing is moved out of the oil box 30, and the oil dipping mechanism drives the rotating plate 20 to rotate to a deviating position; the servo press 04 continues to drive the upper carriage 021 downward to press the bushing into the bushing mounting bore of the workpiece.

The oil dipping mechanism for a press-fitting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the oil dipping mechanism comprises a locking plate which is proximate to a side wall of the second section, and which is provided with a boss abutting against a bottom surface of the second section; the oil box bearing plate is arranged on the top surface of the second subsection and is connected with the top of the locking plate.

The oil dipping mechanism for press-fitting equipment according to claim 2, wherein the oil dipping mechanism comprises a positioning pin, a positioning round hole is formed in the oil box bearing plate, a positioning strip hole is formed in the second subsection, and the positioning pin penetrates through the positioning round hole and the positioning strip hole.
5. The oil dipping mechanism for a press-fit apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a first buffer stop secured to the mount for limiting the rotating plate to the offset position when the driving means drives the rotating plate to move toward the offset position.

The oil dipping mechanism for a press-fit apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a second buffering limiter fixed to the mounting base for limiting the rotating plate to the oil dipping position when the driving device drives the rotating plate to move toward the oil dipping position.

The oil dipping mechanism for a press-fitting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the driving means comprises a telescopic cylinder, a cylinder body of the telescopic cylinder is rotatably connected to the mount, and a piston rod is rotatably connected to the rotary plate; and, the axis of rotation of the piston rod with respect to the rotating plate is parallel to the axis of rotation of the rotating plate with respect to the mounting base.
8. The dip mechanism for a press-fit apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the dip mechanism includes a bearing assembly provided to the mount, and the rotating plate is mounted to a rotating end of the bearing assembly.
9. A bushing press-fitting apparatus, comprising: an apparatus body, a press-fitting part, a work piece carrier, and the oil dipping mechanism for a press-fitting apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 8;
The workpiece bearing seat is fixed on the equipment body and is used for fixing a workpiece with an assembly bushing;
The press-fit component is connected to the equipment body in a sliding manner and is used for connecting a bushing and driving the bushing to move towards the workpiece bearing seat;
The mounting seat in the oil dipping mechanism for the press-fitting equipment is fixed on the equipment body, the oil dipping position is located between the press-fitting part and the workpiece bearing seat, and the deviating position avoids the press-fitting part, the workpiece bearing seat and the area between the press-fitting part and the workpiece bearing seat.
