The use method of the height-adjustable assembled double-layer outer protection frame device is characterized in that: the method is implemented in sequence as follows:

b. construction: fixing two brackets A positioned at the upper part and the lower part of the bracket B on the precast concrete outer wall through split bolts, hoisting the precast concrete outer wall to a corresponding construction point, and paving a pedal on the horizontal right-angle side of the support frame to serve as a working platform;
c. disassembling: after the construction is finished, unscrewing the split bolts, detaching the bracket A and the bracket B from the precast concrete outer wall and lowering the brackets to the ground, and unscrewing the positioning bolts
d. Repeating: and (c) repeating the steps a to c according to the new floor height until all the prefabricated concrete outer walls are constructed.
The invention uses the outer protective frame fixed on the outer wall as the construction operation surface, thus solving the construction problem of the prefabricated concrete structure enclosure project; the outer protection frame device is fixed on the prefabricated outer wall through the triangular support frame, a steel flat plate with a skirting board is laid above the horizontal channel steel of the triangular support frame to form a construction operation platform, the length of the vertical channel steel of the outer protection frame connected with the skirting board can be adjusted, and the height of the second-layer protection platform is adjusted by adjusting the length of the vertical channel steel. The invention has the following beneficial effects: 1. the scaffold can be recycled, the purchasing cost of the scaffold is saved, and the construction cost is favorably reduced; 2. the outer protection platform is a prefabricated part and can be completed only by on-site splicing, so that the time for erecting a scaffold is saved, and the construction progress is accelerated; 3. the outer protection frame platform is adjustable in height, large in flexibility and wide in application range.

c. construction: fixing two brackets A1 positioned at the upper part and the lower part of the bracket B2 on the precast concrete outer wall 10 through split bolts 14, then hoisting the precast concrete outer wall 10 to a corresponding construction point, paving a pedal on a horizontal right-angle edge of a support frame 11 to serve as a working platform, wherein the construction content generally comprises outer wall waterproof construction, external heat insulation material adhesion and the like;
d. disassembling: after the construction is completed, the split bolts 14 are unscrewed, the brackets A1 and B2 are detached from the precast concrete outer wall 10 and lowered to the ground, and the set bolts 23 are unscrewed
e. Repeating: and (d) repeating the steps b to d according to the new floor height, so that the construction is carried out in a turnover manner until all the prefabricated concrete outer walls 10 are constructed.
