Abstract
本发明公开了一种静电纺丝制备光催化无纺布的制备方法,该方法是将苯胺、纳米二氧化钛以及纤维材料溶解到溶剂中,得到混合溶液;利用静电纺丝的方法将混合溶液纺丝制备无纺布;将无纺布浸泡于酸溶液中24小时,取出用水洗涤,干燥得到光催化无纺布。本发明利用静电纺丝制备的光催化无纺布具有良好的柔性,能作为口罩、抹布、滤芯等用途,并具有光催化分解污染物的能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及纤维材料技术领域,具体涉及一种静电纺丝制备光催化无纺布的制备方法。
背景技术
无纺布具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻等特点,在农用薄膜、制鞋、制革、医疗卫生、床垫、子母被、装饰、化工、印刷、汽车、建材,家具等行业广泛使用,然而,传统的无纺布在使用的过程中,特别是在医疗卫生、过滤以及家用等方面,比较容易滋生细菌,吸附污染物,这给其应用带来了限制,因此,制备具有抗菌能力、以及能够清除污染物的无纺布显得尤为重要,鉴于此,有必要研究一种光催化无纺布。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种能为日常生活使用,并且能在光的作用下具有较好的催化效果的光催化无纺布的制备方法。
为了实现上述目标,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种静电纺丝制备光催化无纺布的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
S1、将苯胺、纳米二氧化钛以及纤维材料在20~100℃下溶解到溶剂中,得到混合溶液;
S2、利用静电纺丝的方法将混合溶液纺丝制备无纺布,将无纺布浸泡于0~5℃的浓度为1摩尔每升的盐酸溶液中24小时,取出用水洗涤,干燥得到光催化无纺布。
优选地,前述步骤S1中,纳米二氧化钛的粒径为5~30nm。
再优选地,前述步骤S1中,纤维材料为腈纶、涤纶、锦纶、丙纶、乙纶、氯纶中的一种。
更优选地,前述步骤S1中,苯胺、纳米二氧化钛和纤维材料的质量份数分别为2~6份、1~3份和50~98份。
进一步优选地,前述步骤S1中,溶剂为二甲基乙酰胺、二甲基甲酰胺或者二甲基亚砜。
本发明的有益之处在于:
(1)本发明的工艺过程操作简单、成本低廉,能够适应大规模实际生产;
(2)本发明是利用静电纺丝的方法制备光催化无纺布减化了制备工艺;
(3)本发明制备的光催化无纺布能够在普通太阳光下实现光催化功能。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作具体的介绍。
实施例1
一种静电纺丝制备光催化无纺布的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
S1、将2份苯胺、1份纳米二氧化钛以及50份腈纶在20℃下溶解到二甲基乙酰胺中,得到混合溶液;;
S2、利用静电纺丝的方法将混合溶液纺丝制备无纺布,将无纺布浸泡于0~5℃的浓度为1摩尔每升的盐酸溶液中24小时,取出用水洗涤,干燥得到光催化无纺布。
实施例2
一种静电纺丝制备光催化无纺布的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
S1、将6份苯胺、3份纳米二氧化钛以及98份涤纶在100℃下溶解到二甲基甲酰胺中,得到混合溶液;
S2、利用静电纺丝的方法将混合溶液纺丝制备无纺布,将无纺布浸泡于0~5℃的浓度为1摩尔每升的盐酸溶液中24小时,取出用水洗涤,干燥得到光催化无纺布。
实施例3
一种静电纺丝制备光催化无纺布的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
S1、将4份苯胺、2份纳米二氧化钛以及70份丙纶在50℃下溶解到中二甲基亚砜,得到混合溶液;
S2、利用静电纺丝的方法将混合溶液纺丝制备无纺布,将无纺布浸泡于0~5℃的浓度为1摩尔每升的盐酸溶液中24小时,取出用水洗涤,干燥得到光催化无纺布。
实施例1中静电纺丝制备光催化无纺布的扫描电子显微镜图如图1所示,可以看出,通过静电纺丝的方法制备出了纤维致密交错的无纺布。

1.一种静电纺丝制备光催化无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下制备步骤:
S1、将苯胺、纳米二氧化钛以及纤维材料在20~100℃下溶解到溶剂中,得到混合溶液;
S2、利用静电纺丝的方法将混合溶液纺丝制备无纺布,将无纺布浸泡于0~5℃的浓度为1摩尔每升的盐酸溶液中24小时,取出用水洗涤,干燥得到光催化无纺布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种静电纺丝制备光催化无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中,纳米二氧化钛的粒径为5~30nm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种静电纺丝制备光催化无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中,纤维材料为腈纶、涤纶、锦纶、丙纶、乙纶、氯纶中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种静电纺丝制备光催化无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中,苯胺、纳米二氧化钛和纤维材料的质量份数分别为2~6份、1~3份和50~98份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种静电纺丝制备光催化无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中,溶剂为二甲基乙酰胺、二甲基甲酰胺或者二甲基亚砜。
