Background
CN200810143949.1 discloses a method for making meteorite glass, which comprises the steps of uniformly coating the prepared meteorite glass paint on the surface of glass, spreading a crumpled PET (or PVC) film on the surface of the glass meteorite paint, enabling the glass meteorite paint to flow along with the wrinkles on the PET film, after natural solidification and drying, uniformly spraying 2-3 times of glass colored pearl paint and colored silver powder paint (or spraying 1 time of mirror silver reflective paint) on the surface of the meteorite paint with the wrinkles, roasting in an oven with the temperature of 60-70 ℃ for 40-60 minutes, and finally spraying black or white seal primer. Because the construction process different from the prior glass paint is adopted, in particular to the different preparation of the glass colored pearl paint, the colored silver powder paint and the mirror silver reflective paint and the more reasonable control of the roasting temperature and time, the meteorite paint and the glass can be combined more tightly, the brightness of the surface is higher, the refraction effect is better, the glaring degree is stronger, the meteorite paint layer can not fall off after long-term decoration application, and the brightness, the refraction effect, the glaring degree, the light transmittance, the permeability and the like can not be changed.
The scheme is that a film with texture is laid on a paint surface to form multi-angle anisotropic texture, and the method is a forming technology of 'simultaneous existence and difference, random setting art'.
However, the meteorite glass decorating material prepared by the scheme cannot obtain the decorating effect like the impact pits on the surface of the moon.
To solve the problem, an alternative solution is to provide bumps on the PET film (or PVC film) so that obvious pits are formed. But the process is complex and the cost is high.
The present solution is proposed based on the above problems.
