After the pigment is coated, the pigment is dried, so that the moisture in the pigment can be volatilized, and when the primer is coated, the primer and the pigment can be effectively prevented from being mixed, so that the yield of the manufacturing process is improved.
In some embodiments of the invention, after the pigment is applied, it is dried at 20 ℃ to 25 ℃ and a relative humidity of 30% to 40%. Drying under the above conditions can avoid the negative effects of temperature on the paint pigments.
And after 2-3 times of primer coating, preparing a third prefabricated product, and polishing the third prefabricated product, wherein the polishing pressure of the third prefabricated product is 0.15-0.18 MPa. Under the condition of the polishing pressure, the paint covered by the primer, namely the painting sample, can be polished out, thereby obtaining the lacquer painting.
It is also noted here that the primer is applied after the pigment has dried, the thickness of the primer being 0.2mm to 0.6 mm.
In the invention, the sand with 800 meshes to 1000 meshes can be adopted for polishing in the polishing process.
The features and properties of the present invention are described in further detail below with reference to examples.
Example 1
The present embodiment aims to provide a process for making a lacquer painting with gold wires embedded in the surface, which comprises the following steps:
mixing raw lacquer, vermiculite and chlorite according to the mass ratio of 8:2.5:1, stirring for 12min under the condition that the stirring speed is 250rpm, homogenizing for 4min under the condition that the pressure is 0.4MPa after mixing, and preparing a primer; polishing the base plate under the pressure of 0.3MPa until the drawing surface of the base plate is flat, coating primer on the base plate, drying at 35 ℃, and attaching the prefabricated pattern to the base plate in a silk-screen printing manner to obtain a prefabricated product I;
slotting the gold wire embedding position of the prefabricated product I, filling a glue agent in the slot, embedding the corresponding gold wire in the slot, curing at normal temperature, polishing under the pressure condition of 0.2MPa, and preparing a prefabricated product II; wherein the adhesive is a commercially available transparent adhesive;
coating a pigment on the corresponding position of the second prefabricated product, wherein the thickness of the pigment is 0.1mm, drying the second prefabricated product at the temperature of 25 ℃ and the relative humidity of 35% to obtain a semi-finished product, and coating the semi-finished product with primer for 2-3 times to obtain a third prefabricated product; and grinding the prefabricated product III under the pressure of 0.16MPa to obtain the lacquer painting.
Example 2
The present embodiment aims to provide a process for making a lacquer painting with gold wires embedded in the surface, which comprises the following steps:
mixing raw lacquer, vermiculite and chlorite according to the mass ratio of 7:2:1, stirring for 15min under the condition that the stirring speed is 200rpm, homogenizing for 5min under the condition that the pressure is 0.3MPa after mixing, and preparing a primer; polishing the base plate under the pressure condition of 0.3MPa until the drawing surface of the base plate is flat, coating primer on the base plate, drying at 35 ℃, and attaching the prefabricated pattern to the base plate in an adhesive manner to obtain a prefabricated product I;
slotting the gold wire embedding position of the prefabricated product I, filling a glue agent in the slot, embedding the corresponding gold wire in the slot, curing at 35 ℃, polishing under the pressure condition of 0.15MPa, and preparing a prefabricated product II; wherein the glue is prepared by mixing polypropylene and epoxy resin, and the mass ratio of the polypropylene to the epoxy resin is 1: 1;
coating a pigment on the corresponding position of the second prefabricated product, wherein the thickness of the pigment is 0.2mm, drying the second prefabricated product at the temperature of 20 ℃ and the relative humidity of 30% to obtain a semi-finished product, and coating the primer on the semi-finished product for 2-3 times to obtain a third prefabricated product; and polishing the prefabricated product III under the pressure of 0.15MPa to obtain the lacquer painting.
Example 3
The present embodiment aims to provide a process for making a lacquer painting with gold wires embedded in the surface, which comprises the following steps:
mixing raw lacquer, vermiculite and chlorite according to the mass ratio of 9:3:1, stirring for 10min under the condition that the stirring speed is 300rpm, homogenizing for 3min under the condition that the pressure is 0.5MPa after mixing, and preparing a primer; polishing the base plate under the pressure condition of 0.35MPa until the picture making surface of the base plate is flat, coating primer on the base plate, drying at 40 ℃, and attaching the prefabricated pattern to the base plate in a digital printing mode to obtain a prefabricated product I;
slotting the gold wire embedding position of the prefabricated product I, filling a glue agent in the slot, embedding the corresponding gold wire in the slot, curing at 45 ℃, polishing under the pressure condition of 0.25MPa, and preparing a prefabricated product II; the glue is prepared by mixing kaolin, polypropylene and epoxy resin, wherein the mass ratio of the kaolin to the polypropylene to the epoxy resin is 1:6: 5;
coating a pigment on the corresponding position of the second prefabricated product, wherein the thickness of the pigment is 0.05mm, drying the second prefabricated product at the temperature of 25 ℃ and the relative humidity of 40% to obtain a semi-finished product, and coating the semi-finished product with primer for 2-3 times to obtain a third prefabricated product; and grinding the prefabricated product III under the pressure of 0.18MPa to obtain the lacquer painting.
Example 4
The present embodiment aims to provide a process for making a lacquer painting with gold wires embedded in the surface, which comprises the following steps:
mixing raw lacquer, vermiculite and chlorite according to the mass ratio of 7.5:2.3:1, stirring for 11min under the condition that the stirring speed is 230rpm, homogenizing for 3min under the condition that the pressure is 0.35MPa after mixing, and preparing a primer; polishing the base plate under the pressure condition of 0.35MPa until the drawing surface of the base plate is flat, coating primer on the base plate, drying at 37 ℃, and attaching the prefabricated pattern to the base plate in a silk-screen printing manner to obtain a prefabricated product I;
slotting the gold wire embedding position of the prefabricated product I, filling a glue agent in the slot, embedding the corresponding gold wire in the slot, curing at 36 ℃, polishing under the pressure condition of 0.18MPa, and preparing a prefabricated product II; the glue is prepared by mixing kaolin, polypropylene and epoxy resin, wherein the mass ratio of the kaolin to the polypropylene to the epoxy resin is 1:5: 3;
coating a pigment on the corresponding position of the second prefabricated product, wherein the thickness of the pigment is 0.15mm, drying the second prefabricated product at the temperature of 23 ℃ and the relative humidity of 33 percent to obtain a semi-finished product, and coating the primer on the semi-finished product for 2-3 times to obtain a third prefabricated product; and polishing the prefabricated product III under the pressure of 0.17MPa to obtain the lacquer painting.
Example 5
The present embodiment aims to provide a process for making a lacquer painting with gold wires embedded in the surface, which comprises the following steps:
mixing raw lacquer, vermiculite and chlorite according to the mass ratio of 9:2:1, stirring for 14min under the condition that the stirring speed is 280rpm, and homogenizing for 3.5min under the condition that the pressure is 0.45MPa after mixing to prepare a primer; polishing the base plate under the pressure of 0.33MPa until the drawing surface of the base plate is flat, coating primer on the base plate, drying at 38 ℃, and attaching the prefabricated pattern to the base plate in a silk-screen printing manner to obtain a prefabricated product I;
slotting the gold wire embedding position of the prefabricated product I, filling a glue agent in the slot, embedding the corresponding gold wire in the slot, curing at the temperature of 43 ℃, polishing under the pressure condition of 0.23MPa, and preparing a prefabricated product II; the glue is prepared by mixing kaolin, polypropylene and epoxy resin, wherein the mass ratio of the kaolin to the polypropylene to the epoxy resin is 1:6: 3;
coating a pigment on the corresponding position of the second prefabricated product, wherein the thickness of the pigment is 0.08mm, drying the second prefabricated product at the temperature of 20 ℃ and the relative humidity of 38% to obtain a semi-finished product, and coating the semi-finished product with primer for 2-3 times to obtain a third prefabricated product; and polishing the prefabricated product III under the pressure of 0.17MPa to obtain the lacquer painting.
Examples of effects
The lacquer paintings were produced by the production processes of examples 1 to 5 under the same conditions of the same drawing sample and the same production environment, and after the production was completed, the quality of the lacquer paintings was evaluated, and the yield of the lacquer paintings was calculated, and the results are shown in table 1.
The manufacturing process of the comparative example is the same as that of the example 1, and the difference is that the primer is manufactured by using raw lacquer.
The uniformity calculation method comprises the following steps: uniformity is (maximum thickness-minimum thickness)/arithmetic mean of thickness of each point;
the yield calculation mode is as follows: the yield is 1- (the coating missing quantity, the uniformity unqualified quantity and the drawing unclear quantity)/the total production quantity;
moisture absorption: the finished products (qualified finished products) prepared in examples 1 to 5 were randomly sampled and extracted, and were allowed to stand for 30 days under an environmental condition with a relative humidity of 75%, and the humidity of the samples was measured. And the moisture absorption rate is calculated as follows:
moisture absorption rate (humidity after 30 days-humidity before 30 days)/humidity before 30 days.

As can be seen from the above table, when the lacquer painting is manufactured by the manufacturing processes provided in embodiments 1 to 5, the yield of the lacquer painting is high, and the quality such as uniformity and appearance is good, so that the economic benefit is high, and the requirements of consumers are met. In example 1, the yield was affected because the coating effect of the pigment was not good after curing due to the selection of the gum. In addition, the moisture-proof characteristic of the primer can be known through a humidity test, and the advantages of the primer can be seen.
In addition, in the comparative example, there was a phenomenon that the primer dropped during the manufacturing process due to the difference of the primers, and thus, the yield thereof was affected.
In summary, the invention provides a process for manufacturing a lacquer painting with gold wires embedded on the surface, which mainly comprises the steps of manufacturing a primer, coating the primer, embedding the gold wires, coating pigment, polishing and the like, and has the characteristics of suitability for industrial production and strong practicability. The primer is prepared by mixing raw lacquer serving as a main material and vermiculite and chlorite serving as auxiliary materials, has the advantages of wear resistance, solvent resistance, heat resistance, water resistance and the like, has the characteristics of difficult falling, no breaking and no moisture absorption, is hard in texture, can effectively enhance the fault tolerance rate of the preparation process, and is suitable for industrial production.
The embodiments described above are some, but not all embodiments of the invention. The detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention is not intended to limit the scope of the invention as claimed, but is merely representative of selected embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A process for manufacturing a lacquer painting with gold wires embedded in the surface is characterized by comprising the following steps:
mixing raw lacquer, vermiculite and chlorite to prepare primer; coating the primer on a base plate, drying, and attaching a prefabricated pattern to the base plate to obtain a prefabricated product I;
according to the prefabricated pattern, grooving at the corresponding position of the prefabricated pattern on the prefabricated product I, after filling the glue in the groove, embedding a gold wire in the groove, and grinding the gold wire protruding out of the base plate to obtain a prefabricated product II;
coating pigment on the position of the non-gold wire of the second prefabricated product, drying to obtain a semi-finished product, and coating primer for 2-3 times on the semi-finished product to obtain a third prefabricated product; and polishing the primer of the third prefabricated product to obtain the lacquer painting.
2. The process for making a lacquer painting with gold wires inlaid in the surface according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the raw lacquer to the vermiculite to the chlorite is (7-9): 2-3): 1.
3. The process for making a paint picture with a gold wire inlaid on the surface according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the base plate is polished under a pressure of 0.3MPa to 0.35MPa before the primer is applied.
4. The process for making a lacquer painting with a gold wire inlaid on the surface as claimed in claim 1, wherein the glue is prepared by mixing kaolin, polypropylene and epoxy resin.
5. The process for making paint picture with gold wire inlaid on the surface as claimed in claim 4, wherein the mass ratio of kaolin, polypropylene and epoxy resin is 1 (5-6) to (3-6).
6. The process for making a lacquer painting with a gold wire inlaid on the surface according to claim 1, wherein the gold wire is embedded in the prefabricated product, and then the prefabricated product is cured at 35-45 ℃ and polished.
7. The process for making a lacquer painting with a gold wire inlaid on the surface according to claim 6, wherein the polishing pressure is 0.15MPa to 0.25 MPa.
8. The process for making a paint picture with a gold wire inlaid on the surface according to any one of claims 4 to 7, wherein the coating thickness of the pigment is 0.05mm to 0.2 mm.
9. The process for making a paint picture with a gold wire inlaid on the surface according to claim 8, wherein the paint picture is dried under the conditions of 20-25 ℃ and 30-40% of relative humidity after the pigment is coated.
10. The process for making a lacquer painting with a gold wire inlaid on the surface as claimed in claim 1, wherein the polishing pressure of the third prefabricated product is 0.15MPa-0.18 MPa.
